PROCARE Landscape in Grand Rapids

Recently had a landscape installed by Procare and had a great experience. Installed a retaining wall and plants. Would recommend.

We had Procare come out a little over a year ago to finish a portion of our backyards with mulch and some hydrangeas and wild grasses. I thought their initial consultation process and pricing was good but the actual work they performed was sub par in my opinion. They did not properly install the weed barrier so weed immediately grew back within a month or so of them coming out. This was mostly due to them not tacking down the fabric barrier so weeds grew right at the spots that they overlapped the fabric so it really does not look good anymore and requires constant attention in the spring and summer. When I brought this issue to their attention they just brushed it off and said the weed issue was unavoidable and they wouldn't do anything to fix it. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the work.

Procare created the exact grassy backyard space we were looking for! They are easy to work with and provide excellent service. I would highly recommend the Procare team for all of your landscaping needs and dreams.

Worst experience we have had. We understand that a lot of snow happened at once, but don't take on more companies than you can handle. We weren't plowed until after we opened and they did one pass through. We came in the next day over 24 hours after the one and only pass, and that hadn't come back. We were told it would be fixed, and it wasn't. Our neighboring company ended up plowing it for us a couple of days later when we had no luck with your company. We were emailed that it would be an additional charge to come back and "fix". You should not be charging to "fix" something that should have been done in the first place.

Contracted their “services” for our office parking lot this winter and it has been the most ineffective service we have had in the last 10 years. If I could do 0 stars I would.

Left snow from previous plowing now it is a slushy mess and they will not return to plow without another charge. Person taking their calls is also more rude than helpful. Try someone else for your plowing.

BRAND NEW BUILT HOME IN BYRON CENTER and I'm so embarrassed to even mow my yard...I'm literally cutting weeds and gravel. Should of went with PRO MOW. First of we had landscaping done..wich was slim to none and that was horribly executed...no real defined lines they just through mulch in. I had to go back and rake it together and then put down our own edging...is was the front of our house. Did not use enough top soil so the hydro never took because they seeded rocks. Cut my cable cord in the process. Then soak came in and put an irrigation system in afterwards (backwards suppose to be first) wich was done by two careless 18yr old boys. Literally up and left the job in the middle. So they came back and finish. By then the irrigation system was all funky and slapped together. (Way to many heads). Lines are coming through the yard. Took so long my hydro seed dried out. Left a cable to my box open to the house. Jason miller sales rep came out and said my yard was patched because of our dog. I walk her down the road and keep her out of it..lol lies. Comcast came out and fixed my cable cord and hit one of my irrigation lines cause it was only barried 4in that still needs to be fixed. Joy the receptionist or account payable was extremely rude. We over paid by 5,000$ compared to what PROMOWS offer because they did not include the irrigation system as a package deal. we thought we were getting because we gave them a budget and slipped us a 2 attachment for irrigation bill. Chad irrigation guy came out and said everything was good...dealing with has been no treat. I was as professional as they could ever be..as soo. As soon as I said I was a veteran they hang up the phone...been dealing with this since the beginning of June and have not excepted responsibility and are trying to duck and hide...PRO MOW ALL THE WAY. THE WORK WILL SPEAK FOR ITS SELF.. procare is a NO GO AT THIS STATION!!

Our old desk was worn and dated. Love my patio space and having friends over to enjoy a fire.
