Doug and his team did a phenomenal job on our landscaping. from the beginning of getting in touch with him, Doug has been so professional and answered every question and concern i had leading up to the date of the landscaping being done. so happy we went with this company.

We hired fresh cuts to come and repair / redo the landscaping we had done last year by someone else. We have SO many good things to say about our experience! Doug responded to my inquiry email (and every email after) within minutes. We were quoted in person the very next day after I submitted an online request. The quote was 1/8th of the price of our project the previous year by another company. A little under a month later, the fresh cuts team was here bright and early (and exceptionally punctual!) to complete our project. They were done before noon and there is not a single thing I don t love about it! I am a client for life now!

Highly recommend! They had great ideas for how to clean up the look of our landscaping, brought a hardworking crew to our home, and all for a very reasonable price. We love the look of our new landscaping and appreciate how Fresh Cuts made the vision a reality.

Doug knows his plants and when we were doing the original walk through he instilled confidence by naming them. Awesome service

Wow. I would give 6 stars if I could. Our yard was a disaster. It was a toy graveyard from winter and last year with covid we skipped yard maintenance. They were super professional, fairly priced and quick. They had a big team that nailed out a huge project in a few hours. I also really appreciated the quick communication back and forth.

The crew is very hard working and an owner who is right there with his crew getting his hands dirty. Great work ethic! They started at 730 and got done within an hour. Had 2 trees planted and some ground leveling around my foundation. Ive seen Fresh Cuts work at other peoples houses. They always do quality work. During the estimate, he was down to earth and answered any question I did have. Ill be coming back for more work in the years to come!

My lawn needed a makeover and Doug and his team delivered. I have enjoyed watching the neighbors stop their cars so they can admire the work done to my yard. Doug and his wife are amazing to work with. We had issues some pretty major issues with a third-party payment company. Although Doug was fully paid and didnt have any responsibility to help - Doug and his wife spent HOURS working with me and this other company. Time out of their days working with something that was not their fault - AFTER he was already paid! He could have said, sorry about your luck, but he went the extra MILES to help us out to make sure we received what we needed. 99% of companies wouldnt do that in todays society. Im blown away by his professionalism, courtesy, kindness, honesty and the quality work he completed. He turned our gross, ugly landscaping into something that works for us! Great service and job

My experience is not with the actual service this company provides but with the way the guy who answered the phone treated my wife when she called. My wife does cold calling for a marketing company, it is a thankless job and very few people that do this job are good at it. My wife is one of those few people. She is friendly, polite and very professional when she calls businesses. Today she called your company and the first time she gave the guy who answered the phone the benefit of the doubt and thought they may have accidentally gotten disconnected. That was not the case at all, when she called back the same guy hung up on her again. This is very bad customer service and I certainly hope he doesnt just hang up on most calls or you may be losing a lot of business. I suggest that you train your employees how to handle marketing calls professionally so your company does not look bad. It really does not take much effort to simply say, Thank you for calling, but we are not interested at this time. Have a nice day.

I Love my new landscaping! Fresh Cuts had the best price out of all the quotes I got, they had a quote back to me the same day they came out, they got the job done really fast and were very professional! I would recommend them to anyone!

Doug and Fresh Cuts was absolutely great. Very professional and fantastic communication. He had expertise in transforming our yard and knew what needed to be done before I even had to explain what I wanted done. He made transforming our yard so easy, and built a new retaining wall for us. Would absolutely recommend and would call him again in a heartbeat. He and his team were hard working and efficient, and so so easy to work with.

It is so refreshing to have a contractor that completes the job and complete it well. NOT 97% done but, 110% done. It is done and done well. I love it. After seeing the work you do, I have no reservations on having you out again. A company that actually follows through and does an amazing job is so hard to find nowadays. Id have to say that I am a very critical customer and I expect the best. They were able to impress me. Id highly recommend.

Doug came out to replace/build a retaining wall for me. When he first came out for the estimate, he was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He listens to what you want /need and he makes it happen. Not only did he give a fair estimate but it was by far the best one I got, and I had several. After we signed the contract and set the date, Doug was still easy to get into contact with and answer questions. The crew showed up on time and immediately went to work. Speaking of work, it is BEAUTIFUL! The job was done quickly, efficiently, and just right. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am going to be having them do several other jobs around my house. I seriously could not be happier with Doug and his crew! If I had to sum up the workmanship, professionalism of this company it would be EPIC! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing landscaping done on their property!
