Isauro was wonderful when he & his worker came to the house to take out a large,sick bush we had in the front of our yard. The two of them worked diligently to get it all taken out & made sure to clean everything up! He also accidentally sawed thru a watering pipe, but graciously went back to the office to get the supplies he needed to fix what he had done. We just hope we are not charged for the mistake he made because he did repair everything beautifully!

Typically i get good results with my lawn care. More recently, Ive had weeds popping up along the edge next to driveway and along the sidewalk. I dont know if the technician is missing along the edges or not, but Ive had to hand-pull a bunch of weeds.

The majority of the irrigation work they have done for me today is leaking or not watering plants properly. I cannot get them to return calls or emails. Customer service is non-existent. I have a lot of work that needs done on my yard but apparently they dont need the business.

Poor communication, poor business ethics. I would give a zero if I could. Came out Wed May 8th to give a bid for landscape work. He said he would have the bid to me that Friday, nothing. Next Friday, nothing. Next Friday, nothing. Todays the 28th and still nothing. Whats worse is that he claimed they could start on it in two weeks, and most likely we would have accepted the bid. I called 3 separate times and my wife once, and all we got was Well pass along the message and the last call they put as High priority Yeah sure, lip service. I also ask for someone to come ASAP for sprinkler work, also nothing until I called. Except Well pass along the message They called on the 20th in the late afternoon and said someone would be out first thing in the morning. Do you think people dont have lives? I was pleased to tell WD that I had found someone to come out already, and scheduled to give me a bid. I also said if they still wanted to get me the bid I would consider it, and nothing. I service, maintain, and sell HVAC equipment, and if pulled this on my customers I would be fired.

WD Yards Inc does an excellent job of keeping my yard free of weeds, grass fertilized and they are always on time. The Company is Veteran owned. Positive

Used them fall of 2022 to blow out my sprinkler system. Was expensive and the tech showed up Ill prepared and accessed my pump through my neighbors property - which was ridiculous by itself. Come spring, my pump was shot, full of water and broken. Was angry, threw it out and paid a friend to install. Then found a brokeen line. Called WD on a sunday, then it took me calling again twice to get a return call. Have used two other companies for 12 years, no issues, quick and half the cost. So they show up and I told them while I understand that they needed to see the pump, it was gone. I told them you believe me or not. They fixed the broken line and left a mess to deal with. Didnt even completely fill the hole in, mud and rocks in my grass. Unbelievable. Then they said they would talk to management about my request, which in my mind is very reasonable. The pump was $650 and labor plus two fittings brought the total to $800. I am only asking for half the pump price, so $325. Over 1 week ago the irrigation manager said he would get back to me. Guess what, crickets. Not even a phone call. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We recently contracted WD Yards to help us get the weeds on our large lot under control and the grass looking greener and healthier. Stephanie came right out, gave us an economical quote without trying to oversell us anything and then services were promptly started with quick results. Stephanie has been very helpful along the way, getting back to my emails within the first few hours. I am glad we picked WD Yards to help us out!

We purchased the entire season weed control package. It was supposed to include 2 pre emergent treatments of everything but the yard, and unlimited spot treatments. So far its been a complete FAILURE. We have weeds everywhere in our treated areas, many over a foot tall. We have already called twice for additional treatments, the last being 10 days ago. At this point its a total waste of $500+, the weeds all need pulled not sprayed. Last season I treated my property myself with Noxall and had great results. Were shocked that WD yards has performed so poorly.

Used a weed eater to mow one of the yards in our HOA that cant handle a riding lawn mower and they said they would use a push mower on it. Called them to see if they would come fix it because of the uneven look and the bad job and they said they would not come back out till our next scheduled mow. Will be calling them and telling them not to come back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHOULD FIX THE WORD OF YOUR EMPLOYEES THE SAME WILL NOT MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS WAIT TILL THE NEXT WEEK. UPDATE: Just to be clear nothing against the office staff that answered the phone. My problem is not getting a call back. Also we do have videos of them weed eating the whole yard not just edging and forgetting to come back

WD Mowed 2 small front yards at Coronado Ct in Clifton with a weed Wacker and not a mower as was on our contract. The Owner was wondering why the lawn was looking so terrible the last few weeks. WD denied doing it and said they trimmed and forgot to mow. They lied! The owner has it on video of them doing this along with blowing the grass back on the lawn. They were asked to come back and mow correctly and they said they would not be back till the next week. HOA canceled the contract and they are using that as the excuse to not come back. They are very unprofessional and do what they want, and not what the customer wants. Beware! We would NEVER recommend them to anyone! Minus stars is what they are.

WD Yards always provides great value and they want our yards to look the best. My yard is less than a year old and looks great even in this heat. Just had the soil conditioner apply.

Don t know where to start don t know how to start, I called WD YARDS to have them come out and give me a price on shrub cleanup and yard cleanup. In general, they gave me a price and a time and day they would be at my house to do the work, I stayed at my house all day, long, waiting for them to show up to do the work they never did, I waited 2 to 3 days and called them back and ask them if they were coming to do the work, they told me the work was already done, I explain to them the work was not completed yet, they told me that they had a computer problem, programming problem, some kind of problem, I never received a call explaining this to me, I called to talk to their operations manager. It took almost 2 weeks to get a phone call from him, the phone call, ended up of him hanging up on me and telling me that he was not going to be yelled at he s been in the business too long, I called the office the next day to have the owner call and talk to me and I have not heard from him , all I was asking is they have some kind of compensation or discount applied to my bill, and they said they could not do that, I do not recommend WD YARDS to anybody in the grand Valley or surrounding areas very very unprofessional !!!!! All they re worried about is the almighty dollar and not trying to make it right with the customer, there is are 2 rules in business, rule number one the customer is always right, rule number two if their customer is wrong, look at rule number one !!!!!

Their weed and border product does not work for the easiest of weeds. Their Office Staff and Management is Disrespectful. Their Prices are Higher than anyone elses. Do your research and youll be able to make a better choice. Im firing them this week and they will be losing their contract with my H.O.A. soon. When companies get big they concentrate on cheaper product for more pricing. Safe to say but thats WD Yards these days. May you find the product, courtesy and professionalism you deserve. Theyve done the 3 strikes and your out I Believe. 1. Talk over me when Im trying to explain. 2. Take advantage 3. Lie Lets see what their excuses are: Now a year and two later after using WD yards. I hired a Arborist(professional tree guy) to figure out why my expensive trees, bushes and plants are dying simultaneously and they said it s because of WD Yards products. If you want everything to die eventually use WD Yards. Wish I would of knew before. Here s a warning to everyone who loves Trees, Bushes and Plants!

WD Yards does a great job! We had a broken pipe in our yard and Doug came over and fixed it. He upgraded the pipe and fittings to be stronger. He explained everything he was doing and was really nice. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. We are very thankful and will use WD Yards again!

WD has been great to work with, they always let us know when they are coming and they have always done exactly what they said they would be doing. They fixed our sprinklers and our yard looks much better than it did a year ago!

They do an excellent job but this last time. We had went out n we put the dogs up so they could work. There was no receipt on the door so we called n was told they came but the gate was locked. I said it wasnt because we never lock that gate during the day. When they came back they insisted that gate was locked. I showed them there was a loop device on it but the gate was not locked. They said it was. I know it wasnt locked when I left cause I got bird seed out right before we left n I went in n out that gate. Unless someone came in locked the gate then unlocked before we came back home. It was not locked. Viola Hoffman

I asked the arborist at WD Yards to send a tech to water the six trees in my yard because we have had so little precipitation. I wasnt there to watch the two techs who carried out Wills orders. I came home late in the evening and found they had left both gates to my backyard wide open. I was upset by that carelessness because open gates invite strangers to wander in off the bicycle path and invade my backyard which is private and for invitees only! I just hope my trees will flourish in the spring as a result of this extra winter watering.

A couple years ago they denied me winterizing services because I didn t purchase their early plan. This year they denied me fertilizing service because I didn t want to purchase their whole five round plan. Now they lied to me on the day they were coming and I m out of a days work since I had to take it off due to being home because of my dogs. Very poor customer service!

I just started using WD Yards a few months ago, but Im already super impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable everyone has been. They really take the time to answer questions and pay attention to details to make sure they get it right. At first, I wasnt sure that a larger company would have great customer service, but now Im so glad I chose them.

Lawn mowing service not to bad but it seems to me that the only thing the lawn mowing crew worries about is mowing the lawn. I have witnessed obvious problems with the lawn (large ares of the lawn drying up and dying indicating a problem with the irrigation system and weeds growing out of control) that should be reported back to their main office so someone from WD can come out and correct the problem. Instead its ignored. Irrigation repair and maintenance/weed control are a joke. It is my opinion that if you dont bird dog this outfit they will short change you on providing the services that have been agreed to in your contract.

Awful awful awful unprofessional work careless behavior. We have the misfortune of living in a HOA that uses this outfit, lawns are deteriorating in their care, masses of weed fields now sprouting everywhere, they do not clean up after mowing so you end up tracking clipping into your home, deliberately drive push lawnmower over lawn edging damaging and uprooting the edges, they see a sprinkler head stuck up so they mow over it shearing off the sprinkler head who does that. Terrible work and shiny trucks now we know why they ask for so much money to get shiny toys not to do good honest work...

WD yards is the best! I have been using them for about 4 years now! My yard looks fabulous! Never any weeds and my grass stays green year round from their fertilizer maintenance! I highly recommend these guys. Don t forget to tip the employees! They work very hard

Overall they do a good job. Never the same worker twice in a row. Only concern is when weather is questionable for applying treatment, they don t let you know anything - no phone, no email, no text - would be nice to know what their possible time line will be. I always enter my next expected application in my calendar and call them if they are not on time.
