You are able to meet our schedule. Two concerns are the application in July. With the weather being so hot that it doesnt seem that it is greening up as well as normal. I plan to watch it as the weather cools down for improvement . I also feel that I have a little too much pasture grass in the lawn. But using irrigation doesnt help. Two of concerns we have.

Only first application . Weed and feed. We werent home but all went well as far as we know

Mesa Turf Masters came out and aerated my lawn. They did an excellent job going over it well. I will use them from now on to aerate my lawn.

I am new to the services of Mesa Turf Masters and I have had nothing but extremely poor customer service from the staff at their office. The field technicians have been great but trying to coordinate with the office girl to get them to come out to my property either on a Friday when I am off or after 2:30pm when I am at home from work has been an absolute nightmare! Either they schedule the service and don t show up, call, or anything or cancel the service at the very last minute. When I explain to the gal at the office that my property is behind locked gates and with biting dogs so I need to be home to unlock the gate and put the dogs up, the gal at the office tells me in an extremely awkward manner that I just need to leave my property unlocked and dogs locked inside of my home like all of their other customers so they can perform their service. They are very inconsistent with their scheduling and out of four scheduled services they only showed up for one. Each time they blamed it on the weather when I contacted the office to see why they did not show up again. Two of the occurrences there was no rain, storms, excessive heat, nothing that could have or would have been weather related. I would not recommend this company. Although their field technicians are amazing, their office staff is just horrible!

We recently added weed control to our services provided by Mesa Turf Masters. I have been trying to control the weeds myself with a variety of sprays and chemicals, only to have a new crop of weeds within a matter of days. MTM has only done one application so far but not only are the old weeds dead, there are no new ones growing. I m a person who likes to do things for myself but when it comes to weed control, I ll leave it to the experts at Mesa Turf Masters.

I have used Mes Turf Masters for my lawn fertilization for several years. They always call or text me the day before service and if a lawn issue comes up the employee indicates it on my statement.

Our lawn was mostly dead after a longer than expected winter in warmer weather. I called around and Mesa Turf Masters came out to check on the issues that this 40+ year old acre of grass had. They identified some bugs and suggested their ferritization application to bring it back, along with water that was much needed (the water for the lawn was not on while we were away for the winter). Within a week of the initial treatment the lawn had recovered and was more lush than I had seen it in years! What is wonderful is I knew what the issues were, but I didnt have the time to resolve them, but adding Mesa Turf Masters saved me! Less stress that I had inadvertently killed the lawn my dad had planted 40+ years ago, and now it is a gorgeous lush green lawn!

Last year I had a dead chicken in my yard, feathers everywhere and he not only cleaned that up, he also got rid of the dead chicken. Who ever does that? He definitely is a keeper. And I should have let you know that.

Thank you T2 group for walking me thru the process of raising the lower canopy up to 8 feet, clearing the canopy away from the house, and cleaning the inside of the trees. The trees look great! These people are always conscientious, courteous, and really do a good job! We have a pretty large and complicated property, including lots of landscape areas that grow weeds by the ton...not this year, and our lawn has never looked this great! the 2 men worked very hard and diligent to do the tasks we had requested, cleaned up completely , and asked if there was anything else they could do; the only thing they did not do was to know they needed a ladder for one of the trimming tasks.

Horrible customer, I was a loyal customer for 10yrs. Tech recently came out for law aeration that was never approved. I called customer service and talked to them about the charge. I had explained to them about me never approving that service and I was very rudely told that I should have responded to an email that they had sent out weeks prior to decline the service. I receive several junk emails from them monthly I dont look through them all nor have the time to. But instead of making things right they had no issues see me go.

Happy with service for both lawn fertilizer & weed control and weed control in rock areas. Service has been very effective. Staff is very friendly and professional. They are also very helpful with answering questions and providing advice and tips for lawn care and watering.

Knowledgeable employees, company keeps up with local trends, in tree care and pests is area. I think their service is keeping my ash trees healthy.

Friendly staff and technicians, however our weeds were not well managed in our rock areas this year. When calling to remedy the situation, Mesa Turf was quick to dismiss why our rock areas were not as well managed as our neighbors and offered no acceptable resolution, other than paying more money for areas that were missed on the last spray. They stated the last seasonal spray they planned in our area for our seasonal rock weed management was in July unfortunately there is still quite a bit of weed growth from August through early October. As they don t plan on managing our rock area for the second half of the growing season, after we payed for seasonal management in the spring, I m going to try a different company next year.

Mesa Turf removed existing landscaping and replaced it with sod and gravel. We have received positive comments from neighbors about the appearance of our yard.

Pleased with the communication from Mesa Turf Masters. They have been quick to answer phone calls and return calls. The text notification to tell us when the service would be was helpful. The only con has been we had to have them come out for a warranty spray because the service member didn t spray everything on one service call.

We hired Mesa Turf Masters to xero scape our front lawn and not only did they design and install a front lawn that all of our neighbors provide positive comments and admiration of but they continue to handle all of our repairs/replacement and any additional needs that we have in our front lawn and back lawn. I love this company and here is why. They allow me to pay for all my planned services in advance in January and give me a 10% discount. They call me the day before they plan to spray so I can shut off my automatic sprinkler system. They are always there when they say unless the weather is bad, and they call me to reschedule. They do a great job spraying and they hit all the edges of the yard. But most of all, they kill the weeds and the grass is green and healthy. What a great company.

Need to allow less than 4 treatments per season; and need to address soil fungi rings in turf. Yard is better than before Mesa Turfmasters services, but too pricey, and need to address new ring spots that appeared during service year.

The results of the treatments have been great. No more doing the work ourselves without the results we needed.

We had lawn service for four treatments and my lawn has never looked so healthy and greener. Great service and employees very helpful when I asked for additional treatments. Service always completed as scheduled and this service allowed me more time to worked on other projects around my home. In addition to saving time i was about to save $$ due the increase costs of fertilizer and chemicals for lawns at Lowe s/Home Depot. The treatment for the extreme hot summer weather was very beneficial for the lawn.
