Wow, nice business model. I left 1 star because y'all said you'd be out the following day to give me an estimate. You never showed up and never called. Next day , no show, no call so I messaged you at the end the business day to see if you'd made it by and I wasn't aware. Next day, no show, no call, messaged you again to let you know that I would find someone willing to show up. Y'all never said you would let me know when you could make it out. You said you'd be out the following day! You earned your one star,! No need to attack people who just wanted y'all to show up and do the job you advertise! Grow up!

They came one spring and did blanket spray for weeds and it worked great. The next year called back and the lady was rude and didn't want to do our property because we don't want the full weed plan and I don't use my voice mail. Wow I've never spoke with someone so rude.

I have done business with Liqui Green for several years, mostly for turf fertilizing and grub control. Both of which worked really well. This year I decided I wanted a full landscape service that includes spring and fall shrub pruning, cleanup and weekly mowing. I was not sure what to expect but their pruning crew of two guys took care of my bushes and shrubs in a timely, efficient, and professional fashion. They did a lot better job than I could ever do myself working all winter long. They have the tools, the knowledge, and the work ethic to do a superior job. I’m feeling pretty satisfied and confident in our business arrangement going forward. We’ll done Liqui Green!!

I took a weekend away from New York to assist a friend with his new home. After choosing luqui green, i returned a few months later to observe the progress they for sure lived up to their claim of high quality work.

I contacted them for weed control, I was given a quote which I prepaid with my Visa. I asked when I could expect them to spray my property. I was told they would be out in a week, I told them not to charge my card then as I would pay them when they completed the work. A week later I called them to see when they were going to do the spraying. I was talking with a female who was very rude saying they would be out when they could. I told her I would go with a different company, the female then hung up on me. I found they had charged my card anyway. I contacted the card company about the fraudulent charge. The charge is being dealt with . Liquigreen are thieves do not use them, I should have read the reviews first where I found they have over charged other people as well.

Horrible customer service. Have used them for years. Not anymore. Gave me a quote on hanging lights on some trees. Same amount as last 4 years. Got an invoice almost 3 times as much as quote. Said my lights were tangled. I would think a phone call in advance to make sure I was ok paying 3 times the estimate would be satisfactory instead of sending an invoice with the new amount without checking with me. No communication at all. It ‘s the principle not the money. Maybe you can learn something here so you don’t lose more customers.

Use someone else!!! Lots of other companies to choose from. My wife and I have been using this company for a while and they sent us to collections. Instead of calling us to let us know we needed to pay for our last service (because we thought we had) they send us to collections. Two months later we have our sprinklers blown out by them and we call to pay and they never informed us we missed a payment. They could have let us know when we set up the sprinklers to be blown out that we owed. Or like I said when we called to pay for the blow out they should've collected not hurt my credit. Customer service is poor as is their attitude while discussing this with me. Remember, people who get good service will tell a couple people...people who get poor service will tell many.

They have an employee that is rude and disrespectful. He will leave his truck on while mowing which is bad for our environment. I have called the company numerous times, and they do not correct the behavior. This morning I asked the guy to move, and he just ignored me, and then he said call his company. I have called three times. I am tired of cleaning up his mess, getting his fumes in my house, and the workers disrespect. Do not use this Company!!!
