Editing to update after this company decided to threaten to take me to collections. You have been paid, I have the receipts. You did not come out to fix the issue, I work from home and could not have missed someone. I tried reaching out multiple times to have the services I paid for completed and was ignored, until a review goes up. Judging by the other reviews on here, I'm not alone on this. Maybe take a look at your local management (or lack there of) instead of threatening previous customers. Original review: Did not do the job they were paid to do, still forced payment under threat of being sent to collections. I tried multiple times to have management rectify the situation, they refused to do anything other than say they would have someone come out, which never happened. Would not recommend working with this company.

Called twice and they said they would be out to give estimate. Still haven't heard from Thom. Figured if I have to call that many times for an estimate, didn't want to take the chance of how many times I would have to call to get them to do the work. Went with a different company.
I had (3) boxwood bushes that were old and dying taken out and (3) brand new ones planted in their place. The worker was prompt and efficient in doing the work. He managed to clean up whatever mess there was as well.
Augusta is the best lawn care service I've had in 11 years since becoming a home owner. Mike does a fantastic job of making my yard the best looking yard in the neighborhood! Best company in town! And best prices!
Would not recommend. Just had to the yard. Parts were not mowed. Weed eating and blowing off sidewalk not done. Big clumps of grass everywhere he did mow. Not to mention I was scheduled for Wednesday and didn’t show up until 6:30 Thursday evening
We requested to have our 9 rose bushes trimmed uniformly at approximately 12 inches. The result was uneven & often completely untouched areas of each rose bush with no consistency & debris. We were told that we would receive a call & an opportunity to inspect the work before the crew left but we did not. We also provided feedback to the company immediately after the service with no response. Very disappointing work and customer service.
Terrible customer service! Terrible job just cutting the grass and when we called 3 times with promises of we will have a guy out today to fix your yard no one ever shows! Willl definitely not be recommending or using this service again!

If you dont mind spending too much on a poorly done mowing job, this companys for you. They may even throw in some property damage as a bonus.
Micah worked on our terribly overgrown landscaping with a lot of volunteer trees sprouting up and weeds taking over. It s better than we could have imagined, the company was incredibly professional, concise, and prompt.

Not very happy with the service a lot of loose grass was left in my yard, and a bunch was just blown to the street. My neighbors were complaining and I was not Happy at all. A better clean job was expected, plus one guy showed up on Monday and I was expecting them in Tuesday.

HORRIBLE snow removal service. If you are a business DO NOT contact this company. We had tenants stranded in their homes after a snow storm back in January of this year. They had to take time off from work because could not get out of their driveway. The snow removal team snow up at the end of the day instead of the morning. Beyond not showing up on time, the quality of work was DISAPPOINTING! We contacted the office numerous times during the snow events in December & January and the crews had to make multiple trips back to clear sidewalks & driveways that were missed. Not too surprising the office team is as bad as their field teams. No one ever knew what was going on or could advise when teams would be on site to clear snow or even how to contact the field teams. We of course reached out to management requesting that they contact us to address our many concerns hoping to correct some of these issues. Weeks passed and we never received a response. We contacted them today and cancelled our account.
Was easy to call and get estimate. The day they said they would be there they were and got the job done fast and in good quality. Definitely will be calling again for future yard work.
They did a small spring clean up and my yard looks 10x better. Thanks Augusta!
Augusta Lawn care is one of the best Lawn care businesses I ve hired. They are very professional and care about their work. I ve never had problems with communication or their work. They do a great and fast job mowing, trimming, and edging making my lawn look the best in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend.

The previous owners of our home had left the landscaping long neglected. Logan and Russel made everything look fantastic. They gave the landscaping a much needed refresh, filled in the river rock beds, and added mulch in areas where there was nothing but dirt. We re very pleased with the results.
Logan did an awesome job. My backyard was a mess and he was able to do the hard work so that it is in good shape again.

I just started using Augusta a month ago to mow and trim a business property. I found them online looking for a lawn mowing service. The communication with them is easy and they are quick to respond. Today Chris and Miguel came they had to leave to fix a piece of equipment they let me know this and came back quickly. They are professional and courteous. This companies customer service is great which seems to be in short supply most places. I highly recommend them. Their prices for what I am having them do are very competitive.
Satisfied with the mowing and trimming. The crew can get into the backyard through the small fence behind the white car or they can go through the gate in the back of the garage and enter into the back yard behind the white shed. Also, the grass needs to be mowed on the north side of the house where the air conditioner is located from the edge of the chain link fence to the street. Thank you.
Jordan came out to provide me a quote for work I wanted and needed to get done. Once he turned in the requested work order I received a quote the same day by email. It was a fair cost for the work to be done. I agreed to the quote and within 3-4 days Jordan came back to do the work. He was early and he was very meticulous on the quality of his work for me. When finished he and I did a walk through and if anything needed a touch he did it before leaving. He cleaned up after himself and left my yard in better shape than it was when he arrived. I plan to have Agusta do more work in the fall and in the future. Im impressed with Jordan and his workmanship.
From the very first call their staff was easy to talk to and so informative about the different services they offer without feeling like I was being rushed or pushed into a commitment. Going with Augusta Lawn Care was a no-brainer for me, then yesterday they sent Drew out to do my first cut..... and he knocked it out of the park! Drew took his time making sure every detail received his full attention and looking at the yard afterwards, you can tell. Im glad I went with Augusta Lawn Care and Drew!
