They did an amazing job putting in my sprinkler system. When I had an issue they were quick to resolve it.
Tilley's has done a great job working on our large back yard. Previously it was all weeds and thorns, we had them add sod in one area and natural grass in another. They worked efficiently and communicated well. We are excited to have sprinklers and a functional yard! I highly recommend using Tilley's for your landscaping needs.
Great experience with Tilley Sprinkler Systems. It was easy to set up the service appointment. My technician, Kyle, was absolutely great. He worked hard, even had to dig up something. And it was a darned hot day ! My system is working just like I wanted it to. Highly recommend Tilley.
Had tilleys come out to move a sprinkler head and show me how to run our sprinkler system. Service guy was very patient and explained things very well. Also it didn't take him forever as they charge by the hour for a service call.
Would recommend! Nick was very professional, the estimate was presented in a nice folder. Work was done timely and efficiently, everything is working great. Love the wi-fi smart controller, well worth the extra money.
Tilley's always does such a great job. They replaced all the old wiring that was 30 years old and while I was afraid it would make a huge problem in my lawn, they were tidy, quick and professional. Other than some lines in the sod, you didn't know they were there. I will always use Tilley's!
08/10/2023 I have to say coming from a service business also that my first experience with Tilley's is one I waited for. The service man listened to what my issues were then helped me to understand what was more than likely causing my issues of what I thought would be a main line in the ground softening an area still. I did have this line repaired 2-3 weeks prior and chose to call Tilley's rather than others that have serviced our system in the past. Based on other reviews I had read I thought just maybe I should find a different view on this problem. Great first experience with your company! Todd from GI
We utilize Tilley’s maintenance plan to keep our sprinkler system running well and without any problems. We had an issue with one of our sprinkler heads and the tech found the problem and fixed it quickly. He was very thorough and explained what had happened and how he fixed it. Very courteous and professional.

Alex was quick and efficient! All my broken lines and heads are replaced and running well thanks to him. He even gave me pointers on maintaining a green lawn with the proper watering times for certain heads.
Tilley rep came out and started up our system this spring. Was happy that he not only turned on the water for startup but he checked each station to make sure everything was working. Wish we had a better understanding of how to setup the sprinkler system timer, or user instructions.
They installed underground sprinkler systems at my house and also my fathers. Had both done in less than 2 days, install crew was very courteous and knowledgeable of the job and took the time to answer any questions. You could hardly tell They were even there when they left. Nick was also very helpful and responded quickly with any questions I had leading up to and during instalation process. I will definitely be using them for future projects.

This company has always been there for me when things go wrong. They get out to me quickly within the next day, they fixed things then and there, they knew my sprinkler system so well. I just have a genuine trust in them. Most recently, my dog chewed up a sprinkler head, and when the new drive waynhad to be built, they rerouted my line. I like their work. Also the office manager is up front with me about what would be most cost efficient. Any business that takes my financial wellbeing into account over more profit, you have my business.
The work I had completed by them was good, and the technician they sent was professional, and very knowledgeable and capable.

If anybody is looking to have underground sprinklers installed, I would absolutely recommend Tilley. They were professional and did exactly what they said theyd do. When Nick came to give me a quote, he didnt talk down to me - which I greatly appreciated! The only thing that I thought was odd is that they charged an extra percentage to pay with a card. If a company cant cover that as a cost of doing business, they should build it into their price. Because if I didnt know that I was paying it, I wouldnt have been bothered at all.

We Love Tilley Sprinkler - They have been our go to for over 18 years. They have always been professional. Together we work look at the Sprinklers and need of the yard. Give them a call, they will take terrific care or your yard needs. Ask them about Landscaping as well.
Highly recommended! High quality, professional and dependable. They came out and gave us a bid on a new sprinkler system installation for our yard very quickly after we asked. Nick Mustion came on a cold day, mapped out the entire yard, sat in his truck to figure up the cost and came inside to give us the quote. Tilleys was the only one that did this and we called SEVERAL others. When we were given the bid Nick told us to expect them sometime near the end of May. Nick gave us notice before they were coming and they showed up exactly when they said. This is one of the very few contractors that has actually done what they said they were going to and did it when they said they were going to. They installed our sprinklers and had the utmost respect for our property. After the install was complete I was shown how to use my system and make adjustments should I need to later on. They adjusted all of my sprinkler heads and got them exactly how they needed to be before they left. I will recommend this company to anyone.
They installed our underground sprinklers in one day and we have a huge lot! They yard looked great when they were finished. They were so careful to leave our yard how they found it. If I didn t know it, I wouldn t have been able to tell that they were there. Amazing!
Everybody we dealt with at Tilleys including Eudora and all the guys, where some of the nicest people we have dealt with. They landscaped our yard and added sprinklers for the new grass they planted. Everybody was easy to deal with, very accommodating and professional when you asked them to do something. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good professional landscaper.

I helped build it
My father hired Tilly s to put down sod and install sprinklers. Dad is elderly (70s), has lost so much from last year s flood, and needed help adjusting the sprinkler heads as the technician didn t do it much less, educate him. The job isn t finished and they are demanding the rest of their money. The owner had the audacity to call my father and start a phone conversation with what is your problem? This is not how you talk to a customer or any human being for that matter. Where is your professionalism and integrity?
Got the job done but paid the extra price. Tool died the first day to locate a box, searched for 30 minutes by hand before leaving and had to come back to finish the job. Parts they replaced were charged for 3x the cost I could buy them at any store
Before calling Tilleys we were struggling with a no-longer functioning sprinkler system. Some people were telling us to replace some to repair. Tilleys was the first to take into account how my wife felt about the situation and offer a solution that solved our problem and made my wife feel good about it as well. Plus they came in with a very reasonable quote. We are very happy with the system they installed and they were good to work with.
I am very disappointed with this service. We bought a new build and they are the ones contracted to do our yard. They are very slow about getting here and when they are here they rush and don t do a quality job. Some of the employees are very kind some are very rude. To many jobs and not enough staff. We are paying good money for this service and are not getting it.
