Have used them for a number of years. We are on a acre land. The mosquito control really worth the money. Scott is patient very helpful! 2024 update - reduced to 2 star, as their price has gone up significantly. They used to spray every two weeks, but now only 4 -5 times , and they change you by each spray. So when they spray later in September without my consent, I had to pay that useless spray. Very sad for a long term customer. Well, time to move on .

If you need any lawn care, these guys are better than any other Ive tried. Honesty is rare, but they still have it.I would recommend it with no hesitation.

Steve Niedermair always does a great job, is very professional, conscientious and takes care of things (such as shutting my back gates as I have a dog) that go above and beyond servicing my lawn. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Don t pay up front! Every service has been 2-6 weeks behind schedule and I have had to follow up to ask for each service.

After only one spray there are no signs of those pesky mosquitoes.

The company also installed an irrigation system this year that is making a real difference, especially during the month of August. We ve been using Nutri Lawn for our Mosquito control for 3 years now, going onto our 4th. We noticed a significant different in mosquitos just after the first application. In summer months, our family loves being in the backyard enjoying our pond and firepit, and Nutri Lawn had made it possible. They are friendly and professional every time they visit. We strongly recommend the mosquito control.

Fast Friendly Professional

The company has been providing lawn care for a couple of years. They are professional and provide a good service. On the last visit they notified me of a pest attacking my lawn. This helped because I didn t know what it was. I bought some pesticide and rectified it.

They were terrific.

Annoying email and constant texts saying they are coming to do service when I never asked for anything. Signed up last year to remove weeds and do seeding. I ended up pulling weeds last year. Wasnt sure about working with these guys this year. I get texts and emails that they are coming tomorrow when I never signed up. Stop being annoying- I dont want your services or your emails at 5 in the morning on Sunday telling me your coming the following day.

Kaitlin came to put down our Spring fertilizer on April 15. She was efficient providing the service and very friendly when we spoke.

April 17, 2024: In response to your comment below, it took Nutri-Lawn 5 months to respond to my Google review - that shows the caliber of the customer service. Emails were never answered post season. The only time Nutri-Lawn emailed or called me was to renew the service. Attached is what my grass looked like after Nutri -Lawn finished with it. My neighbour did nothing with their grass and it looked 100x better. We unfortunately did not have the best experience with Nutri-Lawn: The seeding was poorly done and did not take. Nutri-Lawn was late with treating chinch bug, we lost 3/4 of our front lawn, and when they treated the grass, whatever was left, turned black. My wife and I spent $120 on seed and $100 on lawn soil to bring it back. There were still many weeds on the front lawn. Nutri-Lawn trucks were frequently out of commission. During the season they were available for calls. Post season, they have not responded to my numerous emails about the quality of work and turning off the auto-renewal option on my account (it took a couple of phone calls to get through).

I am extremely satisfied with Nutri-Lawns services. Brandon who works here is so polite, responsible, and knowledgable. He answered all of my questions accurately.I appreciate them.

Very professional and punctual. I was informed via text message of the services they provided on my lawn that day. When i contacted them about a question regarding my lawn, they either provided an explanation or came out to inspect at no additional cost. Mr. Sahil from Nutri-Lawn was applying spring fertilizer at our property & noticed that a portion of the wooden gate had fallen over. He took the trouble to lift it up & prop it back in place. It is very much appreciated. Also, I did not know that Nutri Lawn also provide all these services for home owners, like Fencing Installation. So, if someone can give me a quote, would be much appreciated. Of course that will also has to be approved by the neighbor, on the other side of the fence, hopefully will share the cost. We ve been with Nutrilawn for over 14 years now and are just so impressed from the first line of contact (often Rhonda) to all of their technicians, namely Rob Greenwood. From the first time I contacted Nutri-Lawn and spoke with Ian Madeley, Ive received excellent customer service! Hes always prompt with his replies, detailed, and honest. Nutri-lawn company did excellent job on my grass, when our family went away for holiday for three week, after we came back , the garden look like somebody else house, then after so many times they came without disturb us to check the grass and made some extra work , the best experience ever!

They just applied lawn fertilizer today. We were notified by e-mail well before their arrival. Arrived and performed the task as scheduled. On completion we got notified by email again. Email was very informative with details of application and expected results as well as the duration of effectiveness. Bitto was the individual who performed the task and kept us informed. He also mentioned the aliments (rain, mowing) will not have any negative impact or will not reduce the effectiveness of the application. We are very happy in the professional manner they have conducted their business and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional lawn maintenance services.

I was skeptical about the mosquito spray. After Hector and his team walked me through it and did the first application I was sold. It works! I now have my backyard back. Ive had a very positive experience with Nutri-Lawn York Region. I started using them in the spring of 2021 as my lawn was in desperate need of attention after some extensive chinch bug damage from the previous year. After a lawn repair treatment of seed and soil and a summer long of fertilizer, weed control and other treatments including one for chinch bug, my lawn has never looked better. I didnt hesitate to use them again this year. I couldnt be happier. And on top of that, the customer service has been great. Denise was awesome to work with in understanding my needs and putting the right plan together. They also have great and friendly technicians who come out to service the lawn. One of those is Amelia who always does a thorough job and provides a nice note when she finishes outlining what she has done and any observations shes had about my lawn health. She even pointed out how beautiful our gardens looked...a nice and friendly touch. Another is Cameron who was doing a fertilizer application when he called me out to show me some early chinch bug damage. He literally got down on his hands and knees and was pulling up little bits of sod to show me examples. He pointed out other spots of concern and recommended a treatment plan. You could tell he took great pride in ensuring I had a great looking and healthy lawn. Overall a great experience so far! I would highly recommend considering them for your lawn care needs.

Cade and Ben has been performing mosquito extermination services for my property this season. Probably two of the best in the business. They came by one day, did their work, but it rained shortly after reducing the effectiveness of the work. I called in to notify them and they came right back shortly after to redo the whole thing again. Pretty thrilled about it.

Steve Niedermair is the company representative with whom we always work. He responds quickly to requests but yesterday his response time was even more impressive - within minutes of me sending an email he responded by phone, discussed my concerns and said he would have a technician out to evaluate our lawn. Later in the afternoon Steve was here on his hands and knees checking for chinch bugs. He spent a lot of time checking out lawn and then explained the issues. We appreciate him making the extra effort.

Cameron found a problem when he fertilized and inspected my lawn last week. He found chinch bug in an area on my back lawn. His service was great and so was his advice. Dennis came today and treated the lawn for this bug and explained how to keep it from returning. Great service and much appreciated.

Dealt with Denise Molloy who was great to work with - provided the right details and had me scheduled the next day. Mosquito control was very good - we have a lot of mosquitos and it was getting to the point you couldnt sit outside. After the service, we were able to enjoy the yard as it should be enjoyed. Weed control was also good - weve only had one spray thus far but after 2-3 days you could see all the weeds darkening and dying. Would recommend the service/team to anyone looking to have this either of these services done. Shout out to Cade who managed our mosquito control and was both professional and efficient. Thank you!

Do not trust all the positive reviews on this company! We tried them 3 years ago and was not impressed with their results at all. So the year after we decided to try a different company which was also just okay then the year after they reached out to us trying for another chance and we did and the quality was absolutely garbage! Our yard last year was Full Of Weeds and dying patches of grass and I had to repeatedly call the company to come and check out what the problem was and they would never show up. I had to call more than three times before someone finally decided to show up and still nothing was done. They are the most unresponsive company and are just in it for the money and reviews. We went with a different company this year and the results are so much better. I cant even remember a single dandelion in my backyard and my grass is all healthy again Edit to reply: of course Im not going to use my real name or email youd just trash my house but my facts are all correct

Absolutely terrible job on my lawn last summer. Backyard and lawn were riddled with weeds and my husband always had to call them to do their job instead of them just doing it on an appropriate schedule. HIGHLY DI NOT RECOMMENDED

Dealing with the team at Nutri-Lawn was quick and easy from quote to getting the work done. We had them do a mosquito control application in the backyard a day before a family get together Worked out well, not a single person mentioned the word mosquito!

Sahil had applied Fiesta weed control and I appreciated the photo that he sent, his explanation of the the process and the directions that he gave to avoid unwanted spreading of the product. I had Nutri-Lawn come and winterize my in-ground sprinkler system. I found their website easy to navigate and their admin team was very responsive. It was handy to get a reminder over text as well. It only took a few days for them to come out which was great and the service was completed without me having to be home which was very helpful. The best part was certainly the price which matched or beat all of the other companies I looked at. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be using them next spring!
