Loren with Worry Free Sprinklers did a phenomenal job overhauling our aging residential sprinkler system. After searching online for a sprinkler repair company, I came across Worry Free Sprinklers. I appreciated the fact this company had stellar reviews and was located in Goodyear. Subsequently, I reached out to Loren and left a message regarding all of the work I needed completed on our problematic irrigation system, specifically looking for an estimate. Later that same day, Loren returned my call when he scheduled an appointment to stop by the house so he could assess the irrigation system. He showed up on time and spent around an hour checking all of the system components and answering several of my questions. Loren was knowledgeable, articulate, and easy-going. Prior to leaving, Loren said he would email a written proposal later that day. It was later that afternoon I received the email. The written proposal was professionally written, detailed, and the cost was fair and reasonable, considering the size and scope of the job. In all, Loren rebuilt 4 valves in the front yard, and rewired and installed a new irrigation control timer box. In the backyard, he rebuilt a 4-valve manifold and installed 4 new valves. Additionally, Loren replaced several sprinklers and made sure all of the grass was receiving adequate water coverage. Not only did Loren complete the job that was agreed upon, but he also exceeded my expectations. Loren was very thorough, has a great can-do attitude, and is genuinely a nice guy. Loren was very responsive, professional and reasonably priced. I messaged him about replacing a sprinkler timer and he responded immediately. I have a sprinkler system which only had one zone. Approximately 75 emitters with trees and flowers and shrubs all on one zone. I also had a vegetable garden on the same zone. Situation looked very grim, big water leak and pipe was under concrete. Loren worked a miracle resolve, a tremendous blessing. The resolve was incredible, timely and critical in the sale of the home. Concrete was not touched and leak resolved. All leaks and emitters taken care of; AWESOME!

Very honest company. Agreed on bid for irrigation and when they started the work they determined that I did not need most of the system replaced. They repaired for a third of the price. Loren Bennett could have gone ahead and done what we originally planned but he was ethical and transparent. You just dont hardly see that anymore. Highly recommend Worry Free!!!
