Spring Green in Goldsboro

I have been a Spring Green customer for over 2 years. I have always received excellent service from them. They have taken excellent care of my yard and it has never looked better. The employees are very friendly and courteous. I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend Spring Green to everyone .

I have been using Spring Green for over 10 years, and have always been happy with the quality of the lawn applications as well as the friendly employees!

I have used this service for years. Currently the weeds are really bad in my yard and many areas are dying. I have been trying to contact someone, but no answer. Hopefully, I can get some help or I won't be renewing the service.

I decided to try Springgreen for the first time this year. My first service was on March 4 and they sprayed for weeds. I was told and the brochure states I would receive 7 fertilization and weed control treatments for $60.95 per visit plus a free Fire Ant Control. I paid for the first visit and I have not seen them since. I was told they would come every 4-6 weeks. I called the Owner, Richard Carter on May 4th, since it had been 9 weeks and I hadn’t heard anything from them. He said they were behind but someone would come the following week....that didn’t happen and I’m still waiting! It’s now May 17th, and still no call or visit! I sure thought this was going to be a better experience!

At first, they were great. But after burning my lawn with a strong weed mixture, they ignored me until I changed companies. I rate them 1/2 *. And that is being generous.

Rip off service! Treated my whole yard without permission then left a $120 bill that I'm not paying! I contacted him on the phone 2 Oct 19 at 820am and he was very rude and lied and wanted to argue! Customer's need to cancel this rude rip off service, I can get fertilizer at Lowe's much cheaper!

Had them come out and spray in Oct '14, there service was good, but they were told right then and there that it would be a one time service only. They took it upon themselves to come out and spray again without my permission and sent a bill in the mail.

When they come, they do a good job. The difficulty is getting them to call you. My wife and I have called 3 times in the last 3 weeks, and we still have not received a call back. In one message I even said, "I don't mind if you don't have an answer to my question; please give me a call anyway." Nothing. Again, when they come they do good work. It's the communication that's sub par. ************************* Received a call and a visit since this post. Friendly service. Hopeful that communication will improve going forward.
