Following a severe wind storm, we were in need of someplace to take care of a large downed pine tree. Autumn Tree responded and provided an estimate and indicated theyd be able to do the job that week. After having to contact them since they did not reply to schedule, they finally agreed to come out the following Monday. A HUGE stump and roots were left behind (somehow not part of the removal, even though the entire stump was already out of the ground ). Not impressed with their response time or service. **Follow up response: There was no mis-communication between other parties and myself. In speaking with you, it was indicated your company would be able to complete the job that week. We had not heard back and it was finally scheduled for Monday, with some pushing from our side. Regarding the stump, I understand some people want to leave the stump-- WHEN IT IS STILL THE GROUND. However, the entire tree was uprooted. I would guess it is far easier for you to cut it up and dispose of it when it isnt in the ground. Considering your customer is elderly, it would have been nice of your company to be more accommodating to help with the uprooted base of the tree. We declined stump grinding because to our understanding, that involves minimizing the stump IN THE GROUND. In this case, what was required was cutting the end of the tree. By definition (in regard to trees,), a stump is part of a tree left in the ground. So, we dont have a stump. We have the bottom of the tree which needs disposed of. Like I said, your company didnt provide great service and ended up being less helpful than we expected. Now we know. *Side note: they charge a fee for credit card payments (a major inconvenience). Your company was aware this job was for an elderly person, whom the contact person was assisting in getting work completed. That person was in continued contact with me and the other parties involved. Other companies do not charge credit fees to their customers. Your free options include bringing thousands of dollars to your office (completely inconvenient) and using online services with daily dollar limits, necessitating multiple payments (and calls from you asking where the rest of the payment is). It should be noted that when you were made aware of the customers dissatisfaction, you made no attempts at rectifying the situation.

Call and got a quote within a week. Quite responsive there. I accepted the proposal and they called 3 weeks later to schedule the job for the following week. 10/6 was supposed to be the service date. On 10/6 at 3 pm I called them to see where they were at. They claimed a equipment malfunction and that they would call me back that day to reschedule which they didnt. I called Monday morning and they said I was back on the schedule for 10/19. I advocated that I should be a lot sooner and why am I getting pushed so far out. They would not budget and move me up any earlier. More I thought of it the more I believe they forgot about my job and there was no equipment malfunction. Anyway, poor communication and unprofessional customer service. Seems like they cater to commercial jobs and give them a priority, hence my job getting pushed 2 weeks out. Canceled my service and will be going to someone that appreciates getting business.

The recent spring snow fall, many branches broke off on a tree in front of my house. These were not small limbs, they were good size. I spoke to a good friend and asked who he recommended to help get them removed. He gave Jamies, Autumn Tree, lawn & Landscape number. They came out the same day I called and took care of the mess. Very satisfied with everything. I would and will recommend them in the future and will probably hire them for some future landscape work we have around our home.

They were by far the cheapest quote I received to remove a large limb that broke in a recent storm. They were quick to come out and give me an estimate, fast to do the work, and took away the dead branches. Would definitely recommend!

Recommend. Hired them a few times and their prices are competitive and they do good work. Make sure to set expectations when they provide an estimate. I did get charged more for some additional cleanup resulting from a shrub they removed that they didnt include in the estimate. The extra charge was fair, but its a better use of everyones time to confirm the scope of work if its not clear in the estimate. Will hire again.

What a great experience, watching this professional crew of five. They seemed to enjoy what they were doing and the cleanup afterward was so much better than we were expecting. Over and above the removal of our sad old apple tree, was the unexpected addition of an apple juggling program. Good job guys. Positive

Just had Autumn Tree, Lawn & Landscape out to remove a giant dead tree of ours. I cannot rave enough about this company and the service they provided! The crew was extremely friendly, respectful, and professional the entire time. They had to move a rather large lawn ornament (that I forgot to remove) and did so with great care. I was truly impressed with how quickly they were able to get the tree down and the amount of clean up they did. My yard looked better than when they arrived! I recommend them to anyone looking for tree services and will absolutely recommend them to my friends! Thanks again guys!

Ive used this company for all of my tree services for several years. Theyre always friendly, professional and honest. Its been a long time since Ive bothered getting other bids, but their pricing generally strikes me as reasonable. Ive had several trees pruned/thinned and they did a great job on all of them. Recently Ive been hiring them for winter watering and spring shrub & tree fertilization as well. I have a big yard and a lot of plants, and they can complete the task a lot more efficiently than I can. Always courteous and helpful. Theyve never let me down.

The Person that answers the phone and schedules everything is very knowledgeable and can guide you on exactly what you need.
