I have been with this company for a little over 2 years. I like that my front lawn is doing so well and looks really good. I have 3 small dogs and the portion of the yard that still has good grass is staying that way, in my opinion, because of the fact that this company is doing a good job. If I have concerns or questions I can always count on talking to a real person when I call and they are all so polite and professional.

The Senske Technician canceled the first appointment because she said her truck broke down, so I was rescheduled a week later. At 8:00 she called to say she would arrive in 20 minutes, but said I was scheduled for fertilizing instead of the tree spray, so she said she would clear it with the office. She arrived after 6:00 and spent 5 minutes spraying my 12 trees and 6 areas of shrubs. Complete saturation may not be required for treatment, but the spraying did seem a bit limited compared to the service last year.

We have been very satisfied with Senske! We started with them a year ago when a very wet spring brought insects we never had problems with! We now do not have carpenter ants, red biting ants, wasps, spiders, beetles, crickets, and much fewer flies!

Ambrosia came out to do trees and shrubs. Some of things were buried by snow so she found out where they were at and took care of them. My backyard is turf so she soaked ground through turf and then front yard handled like normal. Very professional and kind. Thank you!

I hadnt heard of Senske services until I got a bill on my front door for a chemical treatment I didnt order. When I called them to try to resolve the situation, I ended up with a 40 minute long phone call in which I was on hold most of the time. While on hold, I had to finally hang up because I had to leave for an appointment. Since then, I got repeated bills. It was/is a very frustrating experience and a waste of my time. My advice to someone reading this review: Find a different company!

Mike Shue has been working with us on our grass for 3 years now. When we first hired Senske our yard was a wasteland of weeds and dirt. Now it s a healthy and thriving lawn. Mike provides a lot of great information and tips! Highly recommend.

This company bought out Liqui Lawn which was top notch, told all the customers you wont even notice the change over. The change over was a disaster, you dont have a local person to talk to instead you get put into a call center not even in the state. I have never had my yard look as bad as it does now with the amount of times they have applicated. The weeds in the yard dont even wilt, their tech will make up excuses on why they didnt apply to your yard when they say they will then you will get put onto the schedule more than a week out to fix their screw up. Bottom line they took a company that was good and worked and turned it into a joke.
