OLI did an amazing job cutting down a large dead pine tree and grinding the stump! Youd never know there was once a tree there! They provided excellent service. They were always quick to return any phone calls. They were fast in scheduling to come out for an estimate, and quick to return to cut down tree and grind stump. And- They are so affordable! I am so glad I have found a reliable tree service! I will be sure to continue to use them in the future! Thank You OLI!

Allan was quick to meet with my husband and give us a good, fair quote. The crew did a fabulous job and did an amazing clean up and the girls in the office were extremely easy to communicate with. Very pleased from beginning to end!

OLI tree service took down 8 trees, cut the stumps to ground level and trimmed trees back to property line. They gave me an estimate on Tuesday, and Wednesday they started on the job. It was a big, complex job, but after four solid days it was complete. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. The Owner, Allen contacted me to make sure everything was going as planned. They are not cheap, but they have the big toys to complete any job. I highly recommend and would use again.

My husband and I needed to have a few trees cut down I met with, at least, five tree removal services for contracting bids. I was thoroughly impressed with Allen from Oli Tree Services by far hands down. He was extremely pleasant, thorough, and discussed in detail what would and would not be covered for the bid he offered. What sealed the deal was his willingness to go below the lowest bid I had been given. I hired Olis and received a work date that afternoon. On the day the crew arrived the work was done efficiently and as thoroughly as promised. The entire crew worked diligently and went above and beyond in their clean up making sure every tree limb and probably a few extra were picked up and all debris cleared. The entire area looks fabulous. All the men were pleasant and worked very hard to make sure the quality of their work was top notch. I will certainly look to Oli s for the time we need tree work done in this yard and happily refer them to anyone we know. However, the one aspect that was truly disconcerting happened at works end. The crew manager, Forest, shook my husband s hand with a Thank You for the work, Sir. This was patriarchal, sexist and unprofessional. I brought this point up to the company but to date have heard nothing from them.

The OLI team removed huge trees from my home after hurricane Helene. The crane operator was amazing at how he was able to lift giant trees over top of my house. The team was friendly and efficient and worked into the dark to complete the job.

The team at OLI Outdoor Services is exceptional. After 2 Oak trees crashed into my house during Hurricane Helene, OLI was there within hours to remove them using state of the art equipment and a very professional staff. Allen and George were amazing to work with and I count them more as friends than contractors. There were many tree removal companies combing my neighborhood after the storm. I interviewed many of them before choosing OLI. OLI had the latest, most advanced equipment on the market, an abundance of trained staff, and interestingly enough, was the least pushy of the bunch. These men were great!! I am in Augusta, Ga. and went threw the hurricane with a lot of damage. They removed a tree from my house and cleaned all the debris up. And they did it really quick. I really appreciated it when the owner showed up to check it out and make sure I was satisfied. Great team!!!

I am fortunate to have many trees on my property, but it was a nightmare to manage by an older me. I watched OLIs work on my neighbors place and immediately called OLI. That was many trees ago. Yesterday, they took down 3 trees (70 ft high) on the edge of my street where I had planted Black Eyed Susans under neath the canopy. They were not touched by the machinery, crane, falling limbs, etc. Trust me. Trust OLI.

Cost competitive, safety concious, efficient, attention to detail, knowledgable; where do I stop? I was more than pleased with the work OLI did for me when I needed help with three issues: a huge dying tree that already had destroyed our patio canopy in a recent storm and could destroy our family room, a 2nd smaller tree that was also dying; and two huge limbs over our garage and solar panel installation that were of concern to us. My wife and I watch in awe as OLIs team of 5 dealt with each of these issues and cleaned everything up after addressing each concern. Allan and his crew did an amazing job with my trees. They cut down a 60ft pine, trimmed up several other trees, cut down another 30+ foot tree, and cleared a lot of brush I had growing up. Totally squared up my backyard so I can put in my fence soon. So if you need your tree/trees cut down or trimmed up nicely, OLI most definitely is the company to call. Theyre also on Facebook. OLI services came to our assistance after a bad storm blew down our large pine tree onto our house . I would highly recommend OLI. They have been fantastic to work with from first contact to end of contract. They are very courteous and respond promptly to any questions. I value great communication, efficiency and kindness. I got all three with them. They communicated very well, handled any questions promptly, and were very courteous at every step from the owner, the office manager, and the crew that came out. His crew was also a well oiled machine that was fascinating to watch just how well they worked together, each person knowing their task. I called them to get an estimate and they said they be out in a day or two. Allan came out looked at work, spoke with my wife to get more specifics. Later that day we had the estimate in e-mail. I called to clarify some things on the estimate and to better understand some things. They let me know the power would have to be shut off to get to the back trees to trim them given their position but they would handle getting ahold of the power company etc. I had also mentioned that I was hoping to get the front tree cut down and the back trees trimmed before we had our roof done. Which he was very understanding and accomodating with the request. They called and let us know what day they would be out and what time. They also let me know how the power turning off and on would work. They had fit us in with one of their crews pretty promptly so the trees would be done before the roof. They also called the day before and left a voicemail reminding that they be out the next day at 8am. On the day the tree was to be removed and the trees in back trimmed, they arrived promptly and the OLI gentleman knocked on the door with someone from ameren to let us know about the power and to turn off the main breaker in house as well to avoid any spikes, etc. Also the OLI gentleman went over confirming what was to be done and asking if we had any specifics we wanted with the work, that way they assured we got done what we wanted. They then set about doing their job in a well orchestrated performance. They laid plywood down to minimize damage to the yard, they brought back the spider to get up to the back trees to trim them, you had one person running the mini skid (which he did with precision), someone else maintaining the guide line, another person running the chipper, etc. Again a well orchestrated performance with each player knowing their part. We left for an appointment and unfortunately missed the big performance of the tree out front being taken down, but we arrived home with the tree gone and the stump ground down even with the yard. Overall, A fantastic experience and I would totally use them again and recommend them to anyone. I got was an entire orchestra in tune with each other to play the symphony of tree care. We had a 150 year old oak tree with tons of dead wood which we needed cleaned out for safety reasons. The communication from the owners was impeccable- followed up multiple times with me - and they were the only company that did this ! The team of guys that trimmed the tree were polite and professional - wonderful equipment- got here promptly at 8 am and were finished by 11am - clean up was immaculate - from start to finish this was an exceptional contractor experience for us ! Highly recommend don t look anywhere else!

I had to have three huge trees removed from my property, all three having very large branches extending over roofs and multiple neighbor s homes. Not one branch damaged my property, and the worksite was cleaned upon completion. The level of professionalism exhibited by every member on the worksite was exceptional. It was like watching a well-rehearsed Broadway Play. I never need to take bids for tree removal service again because I will only use OLI. They were not the lowest bid, but they were far and above the best team for a job this large; and remember, you get what you pay for.

I had a large tree I thought needed to be removed. I got Olis quote, plus others. I then got several opinions that the tree didnt need to be removed, but thinned out, so I changed the request to thinning out three large trees in my yard. Throughout the process, Oli responded to requests and numerous change-of-requests (by me) without complaint and always responded within a day, sometimes within a few hours. None of the other companies were anywhere near as responsive. Their crew was friendly and efficient, and impressed two neighbors enough to have them asking for Olis number. Olis not the cheapest, but also wasnt the most expensive. You get what you pay for, and I will be coming back when my trees get out of my control again.

I hired this company to clear out brush down to the dirt so that I could plant new bushes and install a privacy fence. They also removed a stump from a prior tree removal. They did a good job on the stump. The brush removal was horrible. I asked the guy about it and he told me that his saw would not go any lower and that I should get some Roundup and put it down. I contacted the company on several occasions and was told somebody would come back out. Needless to say no one did and I was ultimately told by Abbey, that per Allan they took it as they could go. Now I have to hire another company to complete the job. If he was not able to complete the job as I asked, he should have been honest and said so. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting to hear from them. I would not hire this company.

Very high price, they tag on a charge of $3500 for emergency service for a falling tree even though they were in town. We had another tree removed that was bigger and it was 1/3 of their price. Make sure you get the pricing for service when you call them.

Good morning, Just wanted to share with everyone that ALI are true to their word! They said they were sending out a man to pick up our tree limbs and they did. A very nice employee by the name of Dan came out Saturday the 26th. Trust me, it was raining cats and dogs and I was thinking, Oh great. He showed up promptly and said he would be picking up the mess and he did. Dan was very professional and answered all our questions. Allan Tree was a professional tree service I would use there services again for other work we need to be done. The work was done in a timely manner, out door furniture was put in safe spot all debris was picked up and hauled away, Ameren was notified for brief disconnection of services. I would highly recommend this company and will do business with them again in the near future.

The guys showed to take down a few small trees that were dying and trim some others back as well as cutting a stump even with the ground. I had to take my wife to the hospital right when they got to my house because we suspected she had a broken ankle from a incident the day before when we returned a few hours later everything was done exactly the way I wanted and cleaned up with a invoice stuck in the front door. We needed that on that particular day of turmoil. Can not say enough good things about this company give them a try you will really like their work.

Weve used this company for a couple of jobs and were great both times! Fast, friendly, professional and cleaned up when they were done. Will definitely be using them for future projects.

Had multiple estimates for a tree removal and OLI was reasonable priced but I went with them because they were extremely polite and informative and responsive. They removed the tree and cleaned up in only a few hours and were very professional and polite. Great work!

I contracted with Allan and his team for three separate jobs - tree removals on two rental properties, and trimming/pruning at my personal home. Every job was done on schedule. The crews picked up every twig and branch, and there was no sign of damage from any of the equipment. Ill be using them again when the need arises!

Wow! I am so impressed with OLI! I sent an email on Tuesday asking for an estimate. I had a response to my email within minutes. A rep was sent out to do the estimate within 24 hrs and I had a bid the following day. The bid was well under other estimates I had received. And on Friday they were out to trim the trees. The communication was fantastic. The guys who came out to do the job were very personable and took the time to explain what they would do and ask for my preferences as well. Amanda was great as well! I just cant express how incredibly pleased I am with this company and will certainly be recommending to others.

They are amazing! They showed up with a full crew and a huge amount of equipment. They were fast, safe, professional and friendly. They even rescued a baby squirrel that fell from the tree they were cutting down. The crew worked wonderfully together and they didnt leave a mark on the yard with their heavy equipment. Id recommend them to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable.

We recently had OLI cut down a tree for us, and could not have been more pleased with everything they did for us. They also ground the stump from that tree as well as one other stump. The job was done quickly and well, and for a reasonable price (we had one bid that was more than double what OLI charged us!). All of their guys were really nice. They cleaned up everything after the job. And I just realized today that when they cleaned their debris off of our roof, they went ahead and cleaned out our gutters. I always appreciate when a company goes above & beyond to provide good service, and OLI definitely did that.

OLI has done a fantastic job by removing our dead pine tree, removing the stump and grinding it down. They cleaned up after both visits, as well as gave great advice on seeding this fall. The process to take the tree down was smooth and awesome to witness, they have great teamwork. The only drawback was that we didnt receive notice prior to the start of the job but it all went great anyways. Thank you for your help and service!

Will never recommend or hire this company again. We hired this company for 2 jobs. First job went ok, there was some minor damage to our property (the drain spout was crushed, one of our Shepard hooks were broken, and one of our outdoor chairs). No one told us about the damage, we noticed it when we came out to look at the job after the fact. We felt like this was minor, and did not hold it against the company nor did we request any kind of compensation for the damage. This shouldve been red flag enough. I asked them to remove the dead maple in the backyard and they sent a quote. Since we only had one remaining dead tree in our yard, I was careless and did not read the fine print that said right (a tree that was very clearly not dead) and they cut down our only living tree. Well since the fine print said right, Im basically being told by the owner that its my fault since I signed the contract and being LIED TO telling me the only living tree in our yard was in worse condition than the tree thats half missing. Mistakes happen and I was willing to work with the company. After being lied to, nevermind. I will take my business elsewhere. Not to mention they showed up without my knowledge. They did not contact us to let us know we were even scheduled. If we were home, as we planned to be, this never would have happened. Absolutely ridiculous. Editing my review because I cannot reply to the additional lies that were posted. You stated you cut down the only dead tree in our yard. Any competent arborist would agree the tree in the picture is dead. This is the tree that was left vs a tree full of leaves. I have video on my ring camera of all the live branches being removed from my yard. You also stated our neighbor was happy about this. Well we talked to our neighbor after noticing you broke her fence and she was very disappointed the shade was gone. Her words and I quote: When they planted the trees in the neighborhood 40 years ago they were not big enough to shade anything. Now 40 years later everyone is cutting them all down. Its a shame. Another update, for anyone who is interested: I just received a $1500 invoice from this company for a mistake a simple call on their part could have avoided.

I had two guys show up they were very nice respectful of my property grinded my stomp up very nice my only problem is when it came to the tree trunk they did not finish their cuts so I have to finish them myself my little chainsaw wont finish the last two so I have three big pieces of Lumber in my yard now I have to get a bigger chainsaw to finish the cuts cuz nobody wants to take the big pieces of wood I would have liked to give this place five stars but now having to rent a chainsaw just for two more cuts I dont think I can give them five stars

I will use them again if the need arises and highly recommend them to anyone, I have a 100+ yr. old Maple that developed a split in a 4 ft. dia. limb and if it fell it would have destroyed my big dogwood tree as well as the corner of my home. I called OLI around 11 am. today and they came out in about an hour later. They gave me a cost well under what others had quoted me. An hour later, the crew was here and about 2 hours later they had the job done and even cut out a big limb out of another one of my trees that had broken. They cleaned up all the mess and even did extra things like blowing a bunch of twigs and leaves off my roof while removing the dead limb over my garage. They even broke out a couple of high dead limbs in my dogwood tree. When the crew was done, you could not even tell they had been here. LOL, they even left my hostas around the base of the big maple tree intact. We are expecting strong storms later this evening and I can relax knowing OLI came so quickly to trim that tree. Everyone of the crew were very nice and professional. I am just amazed by the work they did for me today.

Called 3 tree trimming services for estimates; one didn t show, and OLI was half the price of the other. Alan said he was pricing it to get the job, and he got it. I made sure I was comparing apples to apples w both companies and was worried I might be paying for what you get - Not the case w OLI. To my novice eye, they did a great job on the 3 large trees in my back yard. They sent a guy or two up each tree and topped accordingly. They also razed the large oak in my front yard and took down and removed the stump of our unfortunate ash. After removing the stump (grinding it up), there s a leftover wood chip and dirt mix that they leave as fill in the hole where the stump was; I didn t realize how woody the mix was and asked they come out and remove the fill so I could add my own dirt and grow grass more easily. It wasn t a problem for them and they sent someone out as soon as possible.

Hurricane Ida recently left a massive tree on my home. Oli outdoor services came to me and removed the tree shortly after the hurricane passed. These guys were professional and had the right equipment for the job. My salesmen told me it would be removed the same day and it was. I would definitely recommend these guys. The tree was removed without causing more damage to my home.

I had some trees in my front yard come down after a storm and I was anxious to get it cleaned up. Allan came out right away and gave me a very fair quote but was straightforward with me that they were very busy and it may take a few weeks to get to me. After I expressed my desire to get this taken care of immediately, they said they would do what they could. They were there within the week, which was awesome! They did a great job and hauled off months of dead tree limbs that I had piled up as well. I am so appreciative that they were able to squeeze me into their schedule that quickly and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for tree services.

OLI recently removed 2 trees from my property and did a great job. Their quote was fair, they matched a slightly lower quote from a competitor, and they got the job done quickly and thoroughly. My only complaint was communication. After accepting the quote, they didnt contact me to schedule the service. I reached out a couple times asking when the work would be completed, and I never heard back. Then the team arrived unannounced ready to do the work. Luckily, the time they arrived was convenient for us. I just wish Id had a heads up about when they were coming. Overall a good experience though!

Left most of tree in my front yard, my contract from allstate stated the bid said remove from premises, Im left with a 10 foot high 10 foot long pile of debris in the front yard with no way to get rid of it.

Allan is a nice guy. I was quite impressed at how quickly he and his crew removed 3 trees & stumps for me today and in an unbelievably amount of time. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks for a more than fair price!

They did a great job! Quick, courteous and cleaned up after themselves nicely, they even grabbed a small pile of branches I had stacked up from a fallen branch. Very reasonable price which was supplied via email within minutes of the estimator leaving. I couldn t be happier.

This has been the worst possible experience with trying to get a tree trimmed. The quote was under Joseph Drees. Both emergency number and office number constantly go to voice mail. Messages are left to have a call back, with no return phone call from the company. We have been on the books since April 18th, and they have yet to contact us as to why they havent been out yet. We have called multiple times asking when they are coming out, due to our fence being installed sooner, but they never give an answer. I advise them to either get an emergency number that actually goes to a personal phone, or they just need to remove it from their website. I do not recommend this company, for lack of professionalism and customer service.

Reasonably priced. The crew knows their stuff and worked very quickly and professionally. It was a sizable job removing trees and stumps, pruning and lifting large trees and removing a considerable amount of brush and honeysuckle. All was good except I had to give 4 stars because there were a few places where cleanup could have been more diligent.

Called them, they made an appointment with me and then simply didnt keep it, call, or answer their phone when I called. Waste of over a week of my time. Cardinal in Maryville actually kept their word and did a great job.

We had a humongous Maple tree that needed to come down. Allan Tree Service did a great job of taking down the tree and cleaning up the limbs. Thank you.

I contacted them for Residential Tree Service and Stump Removal. They removed several trees and a row of old Hedge stumps..and also trimmed several remaining trees. I would use them again, great service and knowledge.

They topped my Tulip Poplar and thats not how to treat that tree. They should have cleaned it out only. The tree has list its umbrella effect. This is Allan Tree Service

I contacted Allan Tree Service on Thursday, June 7, 2018, as I needed an estimate on having some brush removed from my yard. On Monday, June 11, 2018, the guys came out and had the entire yard cleaned-up and brush removal completed in less than 30 minutes! Everything done was proficient and professional. The prior estimated given was what they charged. My family was thoroughly impressed by the expedient nature of the job being performed. I have another project that will I need enlist their services for and will not hesitate to contact them. I highly, highly recommend Allan Tree Service, Inc.!

All in all the experience was bad. The job still isnt done, they left mid way though the job. Damaged a fence and didnt hook the cable back up before leaving. Wont answer calls and said they wont be back till tomorrow some time.

This place has been ridiculous to deal with, not answering phone calls, not even doing to the job they started, and we are the NEIGHBORS! They unhooked OUR internet and haven t been back since yesterday.

I had a considerable amount of work that needed to be done and much of it in hard to reach areas. I was very pleased with the estimate for the work, and Allans crew was there within 24 hrs. Im still at a loss as to how they got in all done in 1 day. I was asked several times to review their work as it was being done making sure I was happy with the outcome. Both Allan and his workers (both crew and office) were great to work with. Handled everything in a friendly and professional way. Cost was very reasonable and response was very quick. Even took the time to make sure that we were happy with the entire job. I will definitely use them in the future.

Called Allen Tree Service at 1:00pm by 5:00pm my tree was completely removed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up (you cant tell that a tree was ever there.) Also, the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Allan Tree Service to anyone.

Dont even bother calling other tree services. These guys are prompt, professional, and do a GREAT job of cleanup. I had two VERY large trees trimmed (first time in 20 years). VERY happy with the job done.

Allans Tree Service did an excellent job removing a very large oak tree that was not easy to remove due to power lines and surrounding buildings. They arrived early morning and worked until the job was completed. It was impressive to see how well the crew worked together and had the appropriate equipment to get the job done. Plus they did an excellent job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them to others.

We had one large tree taken down and several others cleaned up of low hanging or dead branches. All big trees. Large crew, very personable and hard working all day. Cleaned up the yard nicely! Horrible experience, I used them a couple months ago and they tore my yard to shreds. I have contacted them numerous times about it. When they dropped the log they dropped it into the road and it broke the sidewalk and the curb I tried to contact them to give me a copy of their insurance papers. and they never responded, The city has now placed a lien on my property because they fixed it themselves but because they were dong the work for me I am responsible.

Very pleased. Great job. Cleaned up very good when trimming and topping was complete. Would definitely recommend them.
