Used their snow-clearance service for some years now. Great at keeping us informed of where and when their plows will be and their input on upcoming weather is a bonus! Couldnt be happier!

Timely, thorough, pleasant and dependable service! The summer crews are knowledgeable, dedicated, meticulous and responsive to any of our questions. I utilized their service in 2022, and overall, they removed snows. However, when I compare it to the Kodiak service that I used while living in Kanata, I find that their service and pricing fall short. They imposed an additional charge on me, citing a 2022-23 Season Snow Removal 250cm Overage Driveway fee. In contrast, when I used Kodiak at my Kanata residence, they never applied any additional charges, regardless of extra snow removal needs. I must say, I am quite disappointed with the service and the price I paid, given this experience.

I would just like to comment on the very nice fellow, who was plowing the end of the driveways in my neighbourhood, while I was out trying to shovel the end of my driveway out. I m sure they aren t suppose to do this but he swooped in and cleared the end of my driveway and just kept on going like he didn t just save me an hour of shovelling. Pure kindness. Next year if we decide to get a snow removal company I know who we will go with!

They are ok. They clean nicely WHEN they show up. So many times they missed our driveway and we had to contact them to come and clean it. The good thing is that they always show up quite fast when we email them.

Great snow clearing service! This winter I forgot to put my basketball net away for the winter and the backboard was unfortunately damaged accidentally by their tractor one snowfall. I figured- my fault, and I never bothered reporting it to them. Much to my surprise, they reached out to me, and replaced the net with a brand new unit at the end of the season! Fantastic customer service.

Contracted and entrusted this company to cut my lawn for the month of August as I was away for the month. Wanted to make sure the house looked like it was lived in, what a disappointment. Half of the lawn was cut Aug 28th a few days before I returned, my neighbour cut my front lawn without me asking. I contacted Hunt Club mid August to complain and was assured it would be cut. Thanks for nothing, I asked for a refund, paid $160:00 for a one time half cut lawn and have been totally ignored. Never again will I use this company.

Weve been with this snow removal service for years and we are satisfied. They are professional, reliable, communicate well with customers to provide forecasts and updates, and are quick to respond to enquiries.

Snow removal always done in a timely fashion and also after the city plows went by. My car sits in the driveway and their software let me know where the plow was and when it would arrive. Very pleased with the service and e-mail updates were informative and amusing to read.

The first year we moved here we didnt have a clue about any services and the guy doing the plowing decided to remove our snow for us because he saw us struggling...we werent even clients....well now its our 3rd year with them. Have used them for many years to remove snow from laneway. Excellent service. Laneway is always done soon after any significant snowfall & again after plows go by. Very pleased with their professionalism and reliability.

This was our first year receiving snow removal service and I must say I am incredibly impressed with their excellent communication (I relied on their email for snow prediction more than the weather app!), reliable service and hard-working drivers. I shopped around and while other companies jacked their prices way up, these guys remained fair. When snow is predicted, they sent an email with their plan of when they would come by, and reasoning behind the timing. If the weather shifted, they sent an update! I really appreciated knowing when they were coming and what to expect. They even allow you to request a 2nd pass if you had to move your car. I will be back next winter!

Kerry is great to deal with if we have any questions and the email system they have in place during the winter months to keep us informed of expected snowfalls is a little extra that shows they care about their customers!

Ive used HC for years when they were just snowplowing, and I appreciate their prompt arrival and continuous updates in snow season. In the one or two instances (over many years) where I had to ask for a plowing they always were there shortly... but they are very proactive. In the past two years Ive subscribed to their year-round service for lawn maintenance (its just cutting, edge trimming, and blowing) and again theyve always been proactive. Given that Ive remained a customer for over five years, obviously I am very pleased with their service.

I have had Hunt Club East Snow & Lawn service for both lawn and snow for many years now. They cut my grass once a week and arrive the same day of the week unless weather affects their schedule. The people are friendly, cut/whipper snap/blow, quickly and efficiently. I also have spring clean up and seeding included in my package. I also use them for my snow removal, we get lots of emails keeping us informed of the timelines during a snow storm, they are efficient and do a good job considering i am on a corner with no place to blow the snow. The office is responsive to my phone calls or emails. I would recommend them for the all year package, with monthly payment to ease the budget burdens.

Please ensure that gate is firmly latched on crew departure. Our pet dog is a runner amd we love the little guy. Meantime, at 89 years cold, I ll do my best to clean up land mines:: before every crew visit. THANKS!!

I think it is enough to state that it never happened that I was unable to move my car out of the garage in the morning or to drive it back into my garage in the afternoon. I thought that it was standard for all plowing companies, and I was very surprised to learn that it was not necessarily true. Anyway - good service, good communication with the customers. After each snowfall our driveway was cleared well before we got up in the morning and usually again in the afternoon.
