I contracted this firm to cut my lawn in May of this year. So far they have showed up three times. The first time although they missed some trimming. They did a reasonable job. The second time they did not cut half of my front lawn and left areas in the backyard untouched. Today was the third day and they arrived cut the grass left areas uncut and did absolutely no trimming. I see the glowing reviews for this company and I don't understand based on what I'm getting, how they could possibly think that this company is professional. We complained the second time about the lawn cutting and their literature says if we have a problem they will come and address it right away. Not true they never showed.
Terrible experience with Lawn Salon. Called Thursday morning to make an appointment and was informed they’d arrive within 24 hours, in which I provided credit card information. Contacted them on Friday after no show, and was told they’d arrive Monday. Monday comes, no one arrives, in which I had to contact Lawn Salon yet again, was told this time the reasoning was equiptment malfuntion. Save your time and book with another company.
It was a bad experience. They were passive-aggressive (the rep responded once to my emails). I never knew what day they would show up. They told us not to cut grass short but would trim edges to death. They did nothing extra special to show great service. They whipped thru the property and many parts were not cut. It's very sad because they were great the year before. Not sure why I have to complain to a manager to get good service. I waited it out and am giving this fair rating.

We were very satisfied with the maintenance of our garden, regular cutting of the grass, fertilizer in the flower beds and at the end of the season collecting dead leaves and planting a few flowers. Thanks to Juan Perez and his young team

The service provided is top quality, Haroon is a very professional and friendly person. He explained everything he was going to do very clearly with no ambiguity. He showed up with his equipment on time and did exactly what was expected ( lawn cut, edging and then clean up the area with a blower. I definitely recommend this service company.

I have been using OLS for my lawn for many years, they have excellent customer service. For the lawn, they are punctual and doing a very good job. They will also inform me when there is a schedule change due to weather or what not, I am comfortable with their services.
