AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! (Id give zero stars if it was possible). Let me tell you about our experience with them. Back on 12/21/2023 we reached out and requested their services to maintain the front and backyard of our residence. They told us, first visit is $290 and then its $75 a visit every month after going forward. If you choose two visits a month, it is $60 a visit. Originally, we agreed to the $290 initial visit and then once a month visit. Well, fast forward to 2/2024, its clear this company came in December but hadnt returned since (even though we agreed to them coming monthly). The front and backyard were a DISASTER. I called and asked why they hadnt been back to the home since December, and I was given lip service. They came up with all kinds of excuses. They told me theyd go to the home ASAP. In April of 2024, my brother stated, our yard is the worst looking yard on the street, and it isnt even close. Hearing that, I called this company and told them what my brother had relayed to me, and the woman said, we have yall on the schedule for later this week. Well, that day came and went and they never showed. I called and asked why they didnt come to the home like they said they would and they again came up with an excuse. I told them that clearly only coming once a month wasnt enough, wed like the (2) visits a month at $60 a visit. They sent an agreement and we agreed to it. They came out the next morning and serviced the yard. My brother, minutes after the company left, took pictures of their work and called me. It was more like, lack of work due to them literally doing nothing. Seeing the pictures hed sent, I was disgusted. This company was coming to our home, charging us for work that wasnt getting done. I called the company multiple times to tell them the issue, but no one answered. (They have tried calling back numerous times, but we are so over them). On top of them coming and charging us, after I cancelled, they then had the nerve to charge us $75 instead of the $60 we agreed to. I guess that extra $15 is really needed. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Please see pictures.

They did an incredible job. Came out immediately for a quote and next day for the service. All the crew were friendly and professional. It was a very large job and they took care of it with no problem. Absolutely recommend.

Guys came to install a French drain for me. Istalled it in a day. Workers were courteous and did a great job. They also filled in the ditches i had dug to keep the water away. Highly recommend them!

I don t even know where to begin with how unprofessional and disappointing this experience was! Joel came out to measure for paver and turf installation. He barely discussed details and then ended up sending a partner within the week to completely remeasure and discuss the plan. I never received samples that I asked for. I did receive photo examples via text that the partner actually indicated was HIS WORK! Not Joel s or KO! Joel never confirmed the actual products. I received an estimate VIA TEXT for $12k with no breakdown. What stinks is the bid was competitive but only a completely careless consumer would not expect a broken down estimate to spend $12k!

Had a backyard grading project. Eduardo and crew were a 10. Used good judgement when decisions were needed. Very particular with their work. Will know more when I can see proper drainage after the next large rain. Glad I hired them.

I hired KOS Landscaping to install approximately 1500 square feet of artificial turf. Eduardo and his crew did most of the prep work on one day and came back with 6-7 workers to complete the job in one day. The final product was beautiful. I have already received several compliments. Ok s Landscaping LLC was referred to me by one of your customers. I was looking for a sprinkler company I could trust. Excellent work Christine my initial phone contact, Roberto who came out to see what was needed and send me a quote. Finally, Inocencio and his two-man team that came out to install new control box and two new valves. Small issue with new PCV pipe that was repaired quickly a few days after installation. Very responsive and accountable! You will like their service.

Above all, Eduardo (our project manager) always goes above and beyond with over communication, meeting deadlines, ensuring quality from his team (even being onsite during work), and following up with us for the months following to make sure we re still satisfied. These folks did a major clean up at my home to get it ready to be listed for sale. The whole team was responsive and easy to work with. The yard looked amazing...never better! Just before the closing date I had them do a refresher and the got yard back to amazing. I am moving out of the area , so I wont be using them in the future, but I highly recommend this company. KOs Landscaping came out to remove a very large tree in my backyard that was in close quarters to my house, the wall, and my neighbors yard. That said, I was very concerned about unintended damage during the removal process. Eduardo came to the house, provided an estimate, and walked me through the removal process to my satisfaction. I wont get into the details of his explanation involving leverage, pulley systems, etc. but after our conversation I felt confident that he and/or his crew would be diligent and mindful of my concerns, while professionally removing the large tree. 5 STARS to KOs Landscaping for providing me with a plan, and executing the plan flawlessly. Im extremely satsisfied with the meticulous work and overall experience I had with this company.
