This business is unprofessional and does not take responsibility. They will keep asking for your money and not return your calls and make excuses. They were ok until it I needed to end my service due to me closing on a lot. I informed them 2 months in advance and have had zero luck with talking to anyone until it was time for them to send another bill. These crooks are not worth your time, look for better services else where.

Used them multiple times with good results. Last spring they cleaned and re sanded patio but a lot washed out and the moss is still there. They came out once after but same issue. Never came back out after paid for to fix issue. Also seeded but it didn’t grow. Disappointed that They didn’t follow through.

We have used Official Landscaping for lawn mower service, seasonal cleanup, brick patio, brick firepit, tree removal, hardscapes around the home, and much, much more. Impeccable and timely service all year round.

Wendy, Raul and company were a late addition to our driveway and service walk replacement project, but a very fortunate find nonetheless. Wendy was great at communicating by email and phone throughout the whole process as we navigated the village bureaucracy for proper permits. Raul and his team were very quick and professional in the installation of the new walkways and went above and beyond to remove some of the difficult older surfaces on the property.

used Official for two years. The first year they did a great job. Everything was done that I asked. Never a complaint. This year must have been a new crew and not a very good one. I made several calls and asked to have them weed whack the side of the house and blow the cut grass off the porch and walk after mowing. It was never done and I never received a phone call about the concerns. Last week they came and didn't even bother to do the back yard at all. I know this because I work from home and have my office where I can see and hear them. The same the week before that. Owners of a business have every right to not call back to discuss dissatisfaction with work but it is encouraged so that you keep your customers happy. I did wait a week to post a review, hoping for a return call but none forthcoming.

This company did a patio and landscaping for me. So very kind. The manager and his men were doing the job with such joy. They enjoyed working together. Plus they did an amazing job!!! I would fully recommend them. They did all that I asked of them.

I moved to the area at the end of October and needed to find someone to do landscaping at my house. Luckily, I saw Official Landscaping doing a few of my neighbors yards. I asked one of the guys if they could do mine(thinking maybe they would have to come back another day) and they did it right there. They gave me a piece of paper to write my name, address and phone number and the bill was sent later. Couldn't have been easier!!! And they did a great job with the mowing and fall cleanup.
