TLC Landscaping in Glen Rock

Their workers blew dust and dirt on my car. They have done it several times. Enough is enough. And Micheal refused my calls to rectify the situation.

TLC has been taking care of our property for eight years and always does a tremendous job. We appreciate their level of care and attention to detail. Fantastic landscaping company!

Speaking to a real person on the phone is impossible. The minute you dial their number you are asked to pay for a service. There is absolutely no option to speak to a customer support. If you don't give them your credit card number, the call will be automatically disconnected. Want to make a service appointment or change your service? No way! You will be billed for the rest of your life.

Would not recommend, we decided to save money with the less expensive option which ended up costing us double when we had to reseed our entire lawn.

I tried to call customer service and there is a lady attended my call, they are not even properly responded in spite she abruptly disconnected the call. I tried to reach out one of the supervisor , his attitude also same, I was shocked about this company behavior for new customer . I am surprised how come they got 5 star review. Gog grace i didn't have their service,

We’ve used Mike and TLC for our general lawn care for years, but recently used them for a large project after our property underwent a renovation. We met with Mike, shared some ideas and after some discussion, let him work his magic. The result was beyond what we envisioned. Mike is a great person and is obviously passionate about and good at his work. We highly recommend TLC for any landscaping needs, big or small.
