Never returned phone call

Poor customer service. Failed to follow up and give me a quote on work I wanted to be done. I'm assuming it was because it wasn't a big enough project for him.

3/4 of the time the team does just ok. Good luck getting anything other than autopilot from this team though. If they make a mistake or need to come by outside of typical service they simply don't show up or call back. Will also charge for weeks they don't come and when asked to return the money they do not respond. Mistakes are fine because it’s a service business and I’d be happy if they were taken care of. I’m tired of asking for the business to fix things and getting no response to the request. Especially errors. Specific issues include: Planted grass seed and marked it off which they immediately ran over with the lawnmower and did not replace when asked - and promised. Miss cutting spots in the yard regularly. Poor edging of the sidewalks by cutting huge, wide trenches. Billing errors.

Sergio and his team are top-notch. Everyone was really professional and they did great work, going the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. We couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Sergio and his crew are professional, dependable, reasonably priced and do great work. Helped me out in a pinch to do clean ups for a party without much advanced notice as well as general estate maintenance. Highly recommended.
