I have been using them for years for their organic mosquito control. I love that everyone that they send to spray my yard, call me in advance to let me know when they are coming, so I can keep my pets inside. They are very thoughtful not to spray close to my pond and berry garden when in bloom. The smell of their product is not bad either. I am very satisfied with their services.

Customer service is excellent...been using Naturalawn for guite awhile and have always had good results. Technicians are professionals with their serving, and are aware of your lawn needs.

I have used NaturalLawn services since 2019. My lawn is so healthy and green with the use of natural products. If you have any issues at all(weeds, etc.) they come quickly to analyze and treat. Prices are very reasonable and service is excellent.

Over all Outstanding services and exceptional customer support. Far exceeding others who provide similar services! Highly recommended and importantly they have Military discount, which is awesome!

Just had our lawn aerated and seeded. Was very impressed with the quality of work performed by the two technicians. They took their time and were very thorough. Weve been getting our yard aerated and seeded every couple/few years for decades and have never been so impressed and satisfied!

The work being done is not properly explained to the customer. Employees don t seem qualified. Not worth the headache.

I think that Rusty (who has mostly been the technician at my property) is fantastic. He is always on time, and explains what he is doing, and what I should expect. My lawn is looking progressively better, each season. Kudos to NaturaLawn.

We have been invaded by chickweed; I ve been reassured that the preemergent will take care of it. I m waiting to see results soon.

You give a list of what you put on but to the average client I have no idear as to what you put on..Please use laymans terms ie weed killer, fertilizer, bone meal etc...I would like to know what you actually did. Ron Williams

Just like to commend NaturaLawn on a great job. Our lawn tech treated our lawn today here in Abingdon Harford Co.and for the first time I was able to watch him thanks to our new ring cameras and was very impressed. He was very detailed with treatment, adding seed where needed and even treating small areas I assumed they would skip. Great Job

The yard is really looking great with minimum to no effort on my part thanks to NaturaLawn . I love not having to think or worry about what I should be putting on my lawn. My lawn looks noticeably better than my neighbors.

Was supposed to have one person over view my lawn until it reached lawn status. Its not happening. Seed was supposed to be left so I could work on trouble spots. None was left. Plus no personal interaction as promised when I signed up for your service.

They respect the parameters of an all green/organic approach. They ve done an amazing job of rehabbing my lawn. It s gone from pitiful to enviable.

Natural Lawn Review I decided to use this service because my neighbor uses the service. I ve been using it for 2 years now & I barely see grass in the front yard. The back is ok. Just concerned that if preemergent was applied then why do I see more weeds than grass. Looking for green grass in the front lawn & it s just not there. It s starts off ok in March & April then it shows no promise of grass at all in the subsequent months. I expect with drought that grass will turn brown but a few good rains will bring it back to green. Really disappointed right now. If no satisfactory results after next treatment will consider cancelling the service.

We both are pleased with the fall seeding. I even mowed and smelled fresh grass. Thats a real treat !

Natural Lawn of America has kept my lawn healthy for about 20 years by using organic weed control (mainly pre-emergent) and fertilization almost exclusively whenever possible. The service technicians themselves respond quickly to phone calls and address your concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally. Despite the extremely heavy precipitation this fall and winter, my lawn is surviving and awaiting the next core aeration and overseeding, which was not even been needed last fall. I have referred the company to several of my neighbors, who continue to use its services. We are all very satisfied with this company.

My lawn is getting compliments and it really does look great. In addition Bill Wilson has been very helpful in getting my miserable lawn looking really good. He always responds quickly and helpfully when there is a question or issue with the lawn. I recommend Natural Lawn of America.

The tech even moved trash cans from curb to garage. Tech was not our usual tech. All of the techs we have had have been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Russell is a very pleasant person. He engages with all of our concerns and gives us suggestions on how to make our lawn healthy and green. He always returns calls in a timely matter and calls two days before the next application. We get many compliments on our lawn.

If you like weeds and horrible customer service this is the company for you. I have a large dead areas in my front yard with healthy turf all around it. Weeds taking over after they missed services and they just want to make excuses and lie. Save your money and call a company that cares.

Love this service. They are great communicators - let you know when theyre coming, what theyre going to do and follow up with what they did and what they used.

I like this company for many reasons: 1- Everyone I have ever dealt with (on site and office staff) has been very friendly, personable, and willing to accommodate any of my requests. 2 - It says something about a company when they have many long term employees. I know of 3 who have over 10 years and I find that incredible in an industry with known high employee turnover. 3 - The same technician has treated my lawn since I started 6 years ago. He knows my yard, knows where to apply the treatments, and has made a point to know me. (Russell) I am not an anonymous customer and feel Russell is my partner in lawn care. Im a very pleased customer.

Kudos to our technician Russell Raeke of Natural Lawn. He himself blew the thick leaves off our grass to the edges of our property so he could apply our last fertilization of the season.

The service l have received for the last 2 years has been both courteous, competent, dependable, and friendly. Awful. Used them for years and nothing went right. Quit them a couple years ago for Blades of Green and they are fantastic. Natural Lawn kept calling me to come back and after numerous times telling them to stop they never did, forcing me to write this review. Not only do they suck but they are also annoying pests. I have now blocked their phone number. Use Blades of Green, they are expensive but totally get how results are important and how customer service works.

NaturalLawn has done a fantastic job treating our lawn and several of our neighbors lawns. They are friendly and informative, and they have the systems and processes in place that make it easy for me to manage.

I really like the personal service my tech provides. A phone call before his visit and a follow up note after every service. I appreciate their efforts to make me more informed about how to care for my lawn.

I tried Natua Lawn for 2 years after trying out True Green for a year. They are twice as expensive as True Green. Your lawn will not look better than True Green which is understandable since they claim to use less chemicals. They seemed to have much less turn over than True Green. The end result of applying their program for 2 years has resulted in average return at best.
