AJ's Lawn Service in Glen Burnie

I had been using AJ's Lawn Service for a few years for mowing my lawn which was ok. I just think that in any business customer service and communication is very important. I probably spoke with AJ twice. You call he does not answer, but will send a text. You ask if he can do something he wants you to send a picture instead of talking. As a business owner he should properly come out and assess things to see what the customer needs are especially if you want people to pay for service. Cutting grass is alot different from doing landscaping work. In March he sends out a text about starting bi-weekly lawn service on March 25th and the price will stay the same only if they cut the yard. I understand that some people may need to get their grass cut every 2 weeks but that is not the case for everyone and then you are starting in March. Lol. A few years ago, I asked about getting some plants planted and that did not happen for some reason. I have pictures to show what was actually done. There were no plants planted. Recently I asked about getting some landscaping, once again I was told to send picture of the area. I asked him 2 or 3 times to please send pictures of his work because of what I experienced the last time. The next day he told me they were discontinuing lawn service for me.

AJ has been providing lawn care and other services for me for several years now. He’s always professional, respectful and on time. They do a great job and have been very accommodating with whatever request I may have. I would recommend AJ’s Lawn Service for all your lawn care needs.

AJ and his team have been mowing our lawn every other week for the past 3 years and we couldn't be happier with the service. We have also used them for weed removal, bush trimming, and mulch replacement. Fast response time and competitive pricing. Highly recommended!

They’re always on time and if the weather is bad he always text and let me know that they’ll be out the next day and they always show up. My sister needed yard work and AJ and his team showed up and showed out (in a good way) because my sister fell in love with their work as well. AJ and his team are professional lawn service providers. I've been a customer since 2019. I receive lawn mowing service every other week and also use AJ's Lawn Service for gutter cleaning, quality landscape installation, and maintenance, furniture moving, and junk haul/removal. AJ and his team schedule is very flexible and fast moving with accomplishing services provided. In addition, this business use of digital payment application allows me to pay for their services conveniently with my smartphone.

I’ve been using AJ and his team for over a year now and I am very satisfied with the lawn care they provide! They are always on time and they clean up the yard afterwards. AJ sends me the schedule a few days ahead of time to confirm and he also text me to confirm the lawn has been completed afterwards. He is flexible with payment methods which is very convenient. I highly recommend his team if you want great service, consistency and reliability!

I would never recommend this Lawn Services to anyone. They don't remove the grass off the pavement. Their cutting grass skills is terrible. .AJ is very disrespectful and his customers Services is poor. This company don't even deserve 1star. I suggest don't waste your money on this company! THE OWNER JUST TYPE A FALSE statement. I have a text that he sent me to prove he did do the Lawn.amd I fired his company.

Incredible service! I stumbled across AJ's Lawn Service in 2018 and haven't looked any place else since. Andrew and his team are super professional, punctual, and reliable. They now handle all of my landscaping at multiple properties. It is great knowing that I can rely on Andrew and his team to promptly respond to any inquiries and get the job right.
