I needed to have the yard at a rental property regraded and a gravel parking pad added. The price was good, Tony and his crew arrived when they said they would, did a phenomenal job, and left the place as clean as they found out. I am completely satisfied with their work and plan on contacting SimLawn again, should the need arise.
We bought a new building and the large parking lot needed A LOT of TLC... We got 4 bids and I am glad I choose Simlawn Sealcoating! Tony & Bri did a great job from start to finish! Very Prompt & Professional and they did a great job making our large parking lot look like new. Now we have painted parking spaces and handicapped spots! Very satisfied.
My husband and I couldn't have received such professional and courteous service with any other company. I had called them last year for an estimate on sealing our driveway. Since it was nearly winter they said they would be glad to give us an estimate next spring. This past spring a very professional and informative young lady arrived, and gave us a very REASONABLE price. They came this morning and was so very thorough and neat. Our old driveway looks like new again!! Thank you so much for making us smile today! Our front yard is looking great, THANKS TO SIMLAWN! We will be having them trim a back yard tree and also spreading mulch around our house later in the month. We needed a foundation done for a new small barn we were having delivered. Tony came out within one day of the request. He gave us an estimate while here and scheduled the job within one week. He kept me updated on his timeframe and completed the job as he stated he would. He was professional, on time and did exactly what we wanted him to do. Simlawn showed up to seal my drive with a very professional looking rig that was spotless. my drive is roughly 19,000 sqft and they started by weedwacking the grass along each side of the drive so it would not interfere with the sealer. This is something that our prior sealing company did not do. They then blew off the drive and filled cracks with crack sealer. When they began spray sealing you could tell they have experience as the three of them worked very efficiently. My driveway looks great and I am confident I got a great deal. They answered my questions concerning diluted sealer as they advertise that they use non-diluted sealer. I wanted to know the difference. I would highly recommend Simlawn for seal coating and I look forward to using them again.
I found Tony and Matt at SimLawn to be hard working, very organized and polite. Their equipment and work trailer was exceptionally clean and well kept...a sign of excellence that some people overlook. Everything was completed on time and exactly as promised. They always cleaned up the work area each day upon leaving. The results from trimming, to planting, to the mulch they provided, met all my expectations. To summarize my opinion, because the front lawn (where the majority of the work was completed) had got ahead of me, Tony offered and mowed it (w/out charge) to show how their efforts impacted the front of the house. I would HIGHLY recommend SimLawn to a friend or family.
