Heather was fantastic when she first contacted me this spring and the service has been excellent! She was the technician that sprayed my lawn the last two times and she applied product to my entire lawn and made sure my gates were closed when she left. She also picks up any stray dog toys or bones that I may have missed so she doesn’t spray them. She goes above and beyond and I’m grateful for her! Thank you, Heather!
Richie was amazing! He did exactly what we wanted with our yard and it looked so professional. He also made sure to leave the bill in a safe place where we could find it. We are very pleased with our experience with TruGreen and Richie’s work! We will definitely continue our experience with them!

We have used TruGreen to aerate our lawn for several years now and they have always done a good job. They are good about calling before they come and have been good about closing gates and leaving the yard in good condition.
He was here early, so I didn't see him do the back yard. But I could tell he had already done it because the spray residual was glistening in the sun. Good job!
She came when I wasn't home and she was kind enough to text with a couple questions so I could help her in doing what she needed. I was more than happy to let her know what she needed to do. I appreciate the fact she did ask and didn't just spray where it wasn't needed.

Haven t had any problems with them. They shut the gates when done and when I forget to lock dogs up the skip and reschedule for the next day.

I gave two stars the tech left my gate open and dogs got out this is the second time its happened!! Didnt even let me know they were here. I wont give them another chance gate gets left open or they dont tell me theyre here again yeah not happy. Id rather not have my dogs out in the street running around! Weeds got sprayed but not happy gate got left open they know I have dogs.

The communication is horrible with these guys. They spray your lawn without even letting you know they are there so you can bring your dogs in. They set up appointments and never show up. They even leave your gate open after they finish spraying. Horribly unprofessional and a dangerous service to use for pet owners.
Terrible communication, once they get your money they have no use for your business. Repeated calls requesting a call back because I wanted to confirm cancelation, they never called.
Called with lawn problems and was very helpful
Wayne was awesome. He listened us about to what kind of bugs and spiders we d been dealing with and treated those areas. He also observed the ants and other bugs we hadn t noticed and treated those too. We have noticed a huge improvement since the treatments and will be calling again for another one.
Cut wires in AC unit now refuse to pay for repairs. Told it would be 85 dollars to mow. We agreed to price get a bill in the mail for 200 from them. Then told grass was to tall to we charged more. I asked them dont you think you should of called to make sure I was ok with the new price, and still wanted it done. Told wasnt their responsibility to inform me the price had changed. I didnt want to give them even a star but I had to give at least one. Worse company ever.
I hired these guys for a thistle issue. My thistle is way worse than last year. Not effective treatments after 400$.. Also they do not take cards which is extremely inconvenient.
Very few issues and always resolved in time. Very happy with them.
