Commercial & residential landscape maintenance and tree services.
LOL! This company has to be the worst biggest joke ever. The guy comes maybe every other week and is here literally 10 minutes if that. Blows dirt all over the cars. Blows debris (leaves, trash etc) to the back corner, back and all over the driveway. Blows debris in walkway and by the doors. Doesn’t trim bush straight or off the sidewalk. If you ask or say anything, they get defensive.
Very unhappy with this company who I only used once. The crew does not come at the time scheduled, they left debris all over my yard, they cut my shrubs as boxes so they do not look natural at all, they did not cut the sprouts on the tree all the way to the trunk so now the sprouts have grown back in the same places, they did not take care of all the weeds, they upcharge for everything so what should be included in their pricey regular fee is not. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
Just started lanscaping service with these guys and I have to say its a breath of fresh air to have someone show up on time as promised. Prices are definitely double what I used to pay, although i think you get what you pay for. The gentlemen that came to my house were professional and did really good work. I am hoping they keep this up and ill never have to find another landscaper. Thank you Corona Landscape!
Gina, who coordinates everything, was wonderful to work with! Her husband and the crew are top notch professionals who quickly took my overgrown lot made it look fantastic again! I couldn't be happier!
We have been using Corona Landscape for roughly a year and could not be happier with their services. They come once a month for a clean up and always leave our front and back yard looking amazing. They pay attention to detail and take their time to ensure the job is done right. In addition, Gena is very quick to respond whenever we need something or have a question. Definitely recommend them!
Great service; no complaints here... They've been maintaining my residential property for over a year now. They are always very friendly, and go above and beyond my expectations. Solved all my irrigation leaks, and helped program my system much better than I ever could. Thank you!
I paid for a brand new account and service along with the reseeding package. Three weeks later my grass looks worse than before:( I'm sorry that I took someone recommendation for this company as so far all the phone calls to them have been unproductive. I was told that our water system was broken but trust me the grass was growing more than after they came. Plus, isn't part of their job to make sure everything works and the grass has water to grow??? Really disappointed with them!
First off, believe it or not, I'm a person who typically only writes positive reviews.... We contracted Corona Landscape to do some work in our back and front yards. The owner was great. Unfortunately, right at the end of our project, the company changed ownership, causing this review to go from five stars to one star. The ownership transition actually occurred as they were installing the front yard landscape. I didn't expect any problems but, just in case, asked if the company would still honor the warranty. I was told by the new owner that yes, the warranty would be honored. This was mid-December 2016. Later that month, we noticed some dry areas in the grass and some wet spots in the new front yard landscape. We called the new owners to come out and take a look. They did tell us that the grass, which was about three weeks installed, needed fertilizer. We applied this and it worked. They were going to take a look at the front yard to see if they could determine the cause of the wet spot. We left them to their work in the front - not sure how long they were out there, because they left without telling us anything. Both my husband and I were home - they didn't speak to us at all before leaving, so we figured they fixed the problem. Well, about a week and a half went by and we still saw wet areas and called them back out. They said they couldn't figure out what the problem was, but indicated they hadn't dug down to the irrigation to see if there was a leak. The reluctantly came back out to complete that task, and didn't find anything. About two weeks later, maybe six weeks (max) after the front yard was installed, I noticed our irrigation box was flooded and was starting to flood our front yard. After I turned off the irrigation and spent about 30 minutes bailing water out of the box, I found the problem. Corona had removed our front yard grass and installed all desert landscape, as requested. They also removed the irrigation valve for the grass sprinklers, and capped that line. The water was leaking from the cap they had installed. It was very obvious what the problem was, even to me who doesn't know anything about irrigation. I immediately called the office (at 12:30 pm on a Friday). The owner answered and told me that they would be happy to come take a look..."for a service fee." I asked why they were charging a service fee when this work was not even two months old. She said they had "already been to (our) house several times....the project had been installed by the previous owner....the project had been complete for a while..." (no more than 6 weeks). I countered her reluctance, saying that our warranty was with Corona, not the previous owner. I sent her a video of the leak and she said she would "have the expert" (her husband) look at it later and would get back to me. She tried telling me that if it was a faulty part, it was not their problem and I'd have to pay for the service fee and the part. I reminded her of our TWO YEAR warranty on irrigation systems installed by Corona less than two months ago. I never heard back from her that day, and texted her shortly after 5:00 that same Friday night. Nothing. We had no idea what they were going to do, and had to turn off our entire front yard irrigation from the main valve to stop the leak. So on Saturday my husband, with a broken leg, went out and bought the part and laid on the ground to fix it. I texted her that Saturday evening at about 6:00 and told her we fixed the problem and would be posting negative reviews. Wouldn't you know she responded instantly, and said they "don't work on weekends" but were going to come by at 7:00 a.m. on Monday morning to fix the problem. I found it funny that she could send me several texts on Saturday night after I told her I would be posting this review, but couldn't respond to my text at 5:05 on Friday to tell me they'd take ownership of their company's problem and come out to make the repair. Under its previous ownership, I would have wholeheartedly recommended Corona. Now all I recommend is that you
Hmm, I wonder what that sign with the circle around the P means! -These guys
They were great! Easy to book and quality work!
Terrible company. The owners do not know how to run a business. Id suggest looking elsewhere if you want good service.
