Very poor customer service- not open to any feedback and unbelievably rude. They ruined my grass by using a ride on mower. Very poor value for money.

Do not hire this company! Marlon Sanchez is a crook. I contracted with EAH for patio, deck, fence and fire pit. Every time Marlon would ask for money in advance, do a little bit to draw you in, then ask more. The work was going on for more than a year and a half as he would often not show up. At the end he again asked for a bunch of money to do the fence and fire pit, but once he got it, he stopped responding. He owes me about 15K for the undone work. I have filed lawsuit against him. His method is to keep asking for money in advance, and once he gets it, do little, then ask for more. And then to disappear. A crook!

EAH has been our landscaping company since we moved into our home 26 years ago. They do a great job, their cost/fees are fair and they have always been responsive whenever we request additional service. We can’t recommend EAH highly enough.

Hard working company and fine work

I do not recommend this company. Marlon Sanchez built a patio on the back of our townhome. About a year later the steps began to settle. It should be noted that before we struck a deal, my husband voiced his concern about this issue and we were assured that the crew would properly compact reinforce the ground before building the patio. When we called the owner, Marlon, who had been our point person for the build, he said that he would come take a look. Marlon was a no call/no show to the first appointment, then did the same the following weekend. He then simply ignored our calls or hung up on our attempts to get this issue resolved. Now we have to go through another builder to get the issue resolved. On top of that, during the original build they were behind schedule throughout the process, and although we were told the drain pipes coming off the downspout would run to the back of the yard they only ran them to the back of the patio. I’m shocked by the positive reviews because EAH is as unreliable as it gets.

Mr Sanchez was super helpful in getting our backyard completed. Was very responsive and work looks great. Really happy with the final look. Will definitely be reaching out to him for several other projects we have!

EAH Landscaping is a very professional, quality organization. They designed and constructed a beautiful patio for us with stone walls and a professional border framing the patio, as well as landscaping around the patio with trees and mulching. Marlon as the project lead communicated with us each step of the way. His team worked hard and were very respectful and polite with us. We are proud of the end result and we look forward to entertaining friends and family on our new patio! No regrets whatever.

I commend EAH Landscaping Services Inc. for transforming my backyard into a livable area. The material used are of good quality and they also follow up to to check on the work done.
