I can’t express enough gratitude to Jonathan and his hard working crew!! They did an absolutely amazing job on cleaning up my boyfriend’s backyard! I’ve never used a lawn service before and didn’t know if they’d work on crazy overgrown rock-scape yards. Riser Lawn Co was the first company I reached out to after reading other reviews. I didn’t reach out to any other company, I just felt that this was the company to work with and I was right! I requested a quote and they reached out with in the hour. They looked at the backyard a couple hours later and sent a quote. Very fast service and great communication! I was doing this as a surprise Christmas present for my boyfriend who never had time to keep up with the yard and was very stressed about the state of it and not able to enjoy his backyard. I live a couple hours away and wasn’t able to be there in person to clean it up myself. I budgeted for this but since I had never used a lawn service before, and his yard was extremely grown over, I hadn’t budgeted enough. Jonathan was extremely kind and worked with me on the pricing. Something he absolutely did not have to do. He wanted to help make the backyard a usable and nice space for my boyfriend to enjoy again. They came out the very next morning and worked six hours with three crew members to make the backyard new again! (The backyard was so so bad, it would have taken me a week to do it myself) I could not be more grateful for his immense kindness and the incredible hard work his crew did to make the backyard look so great! Even after greatly working on the pricing with me, he ended up doing the front yard for free!! What a selfless and generous Christmas gift to me and my boyfriend! He sent me progress pictures when they were almost finished and then when they were through. Again, great communication during the whole process! Jonathan even sent me information on how to keep the back yard maintained with herbicide and pre-emergent spray and how frequently to use the sprays for very easy maintenance. I just can’t say enough about this exceptional company! The great communication, getting a same day quote, next day service for the yard, extreme kindness and treating you like a friend, very hard working and efficient crew members, and beautiful work! Riser Lawn Co did a full inspection of our irrigation system and pointed out some things that needed repair the we did not know about, and also provided information about some additional things we could repair, but weren't necessary. The team is very knowledgeable and we're very quick and efficient with the inspection and repairs. Thank you!

My wife passed away recently from cancer. As her primary caregiver, I fell behind on my lawn work. When my wife was at home in Hospice care, I got COVID on top of everything else. I contacted Jonathan at Riser for a price to mow and edge my lawn. When he learned what our situation was he came over to my house himself ON A SUNDAY and mowed and edged my lawn at no charge. I was very touched and you can bet I'll be doing business with Jonathan and his company in the future.
