Unfortunately, I signed up for service and was scheduled for service no one called. The representative did say I was on the schedule however I didn’t get a call. I called the representative this morning she said they’ll been in business 47 years and apologized. I canceled this is unprofessional. ;-(
I unfortunately didn’t realize what I signed up for and wanted to change my treatment situation - customer service wasn’t the best - it felt like I had to go through a whole sales team pitch before I simply wanted to ask “Hey, can you confirm the treatments I had scheduled?” and then eventually got hung up on. 2/10 customer service, 3 stars cause you’re not bad but you’re also not great (yet!!!) :)
Best service best value. My lawn was great and it didn't bankrupt me to do it. Good notifications for appearances. Really, I tried doing it myself and it was pointless. The grassmaster treatments really work and make the lawn beautiful!
Our neighbors have used Grassmaster Plus for many years. When we started having issues with our own lawn we set up service and have been absolutely thrilled with the results. Great prices, great service, always professional and timely. We are very happy and satisfied customers!
Very professional service and definitely reliable. My only concern is that is could take years of treatment to achieve the lawn you desire, and at time it seems hard to visualize the treatments applied, but that is not so much on GrassMaster as it is our yard. It is not a one year service plan, but in fairness that may not be reasonable to expect.
This is our second year with Grassmaster Plus and our lawn is looking good. We had a problem with bare spots and they came out right away , explained what the problem was, took care of the problem, filled in the areas and reseeded. The lawn is getting back to normal. Their service is excellent and they have a professional knowledgeable staff. It's also good to talk to a live person when you call them and get a quick turnaround when there's a problem. I highly recommend Grassmaster Plus for your lawn care.
Grassmaster maintains a very professional service taking care of all my lawn care needs. I was not overly happy with the results this year with my treatment. I understand a lot of rain, but the lawn has a lot of weeds . I felt the tech should have seen these and resolved it before I needed to call them and request that they come out to fix the issue
I was not at all impressed with the results of Grassmaster Plus. My lawn never greened up and weeds were a continual problem. I was told aeration and overseeing would solve my issues. When the individual came to aerate the lawn and oversee, he only did the front lawn and not the side and back. I called and the gentleman came back and did the backyard but not the side yet. I Again, and he finally came back and did the side lawn. The next visit, the gentleman arrived without notification. I have two dogs and several signs that clearly stay keep gate closed. The gentleman did not close the gate and my dogs almost got hit by a car. I called and left a message and never received a call back. I just got off the phone with I guess would be the office manager and asked why I didn't receive a call back. She said it must've been an oversight and that's not how they do business. I asked if there would be an adjustment to my invoice and she stated no I asked if I could speak with the owner and she stated I can handle the situation and will not call you back , I've used them for two years and never use them again. If their customer service I wouldn't suggest using them.

Exceptional service to especially Grace in the front office who made a huge effort to make scheduling changes to accommodate our needs.
Prior to having Grass Master my lawn was a mess. The company prior had ruined it when they over fertilized in a dry spell. Grass Master was hired and in one season had my lawn greener and healthier then I could have expected. My wife and I are both extremely happy with the way they care for our lawn.

They are dependable and show up on time. If theres a weed problem in-between treatments theyll come back and spray the weeds. I would recommend.

Phenomenal masters of grass, 10/10
Administrator handling customer service at the office was great when I first called to inquire about their services. So impressive and trustworthy-sounding that I signed up on the spot. Technician who completed the first service today seemed very knowledgeable. Well see how they do for the full five rounds of service, but so far so good.

Responsive and easy to work with - they send service summaries after every service and they actually do the service! I have previously had a well-known, nationwide vendor who would drive up to my house, not get out of the vehicle and say they serviced my lawn. I switched to Grassmaster and they have been consistent and fair.
Ever since Grassmaster Plus started caring for my lawn it has become so vibrant and green. It has been just wonderful and enjoyable to look at. It is weed free and shows it is well cared for. We love that their product is safe for pets and kids, and our lawn bounced back very quickly and was lush and green and better than we expected. They were great to work with in scheduling additional services and working around our schedules. Very pleased and will be sticking with them for the future!

We have used Grassmaster Plus for over 5 years and our plants, trees and lawn have never been healthier. Vicki and her team are expert, professional, proactive and responsive. By detecting potential issues early and using preventive measures they have kept our landscaping looking great year round.
My lawn was completely burnt and dead. It was overwhelming but Grassmaster Plus came by in the Spring to aerate and overseed and by the Summer I had a full green lawn. It was worth the money in my eyes because I look outside and the results speak for itself.
We started with Grassmaster several years ago, when our lawn was in pretty bad shape. Over the course of two seasons, they brought it back, and have maintained it for us ever since. Their care of our lawn even ensured that it successfully survived the drought in 2022.
Grassmaster Plus has been our company for the last 5 years and they do a great job taking care of our lawn and spraying for mosquitos.
The technician that visited my home was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explain what approach and proceeded on with the task at hand. Once the job was complete gave me watering instructions asked me if I had any questions or comments. I did ask a few questions for which he had direct answers. Then we shook hands which he did with a firm shake and eye to eye contact and a smile. Grassmaster Plus is lucky to have him in their employ.
First time customer. Have struggled with various lawn issues. Grassmaster Plus was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. After just a few weeks I see a striking improvement!

I have used Grassmaster Plus for several years. The condition of my lawn has steadily improved, with lasts lawn looking outstanding. (Lots of rain helped a lot!). Grassmasters does a very good job and is very responsive to my calls, if I have any issues or questions. I m thoroughly pleased with all of Grassmaster s services that I use.

Last Spring was our first in our new home. One morning I found an invoice at my door for fertilizer application. Turns out, the previous owner didnt cancel their service. It wasnt Grassmaster. It was one of the big chains. The invoice seemed expensive to me so I decided to compare some other services. I chose Grassmaster, based on price, quality of products, and safety of products. Grassmaster offers the best value in lawncare. My lawn is thick, healthy and weed-free. Im keeping Grassmaster.

Aeration
They provided a fall Aeration and seed in the first week in August in the height of the water Drought When all towns had water bans. I thought it was called a fall application for a reason

Very professional and responsive. Great results over the many years that we have used them. Only suggested improvement would be if they also did repair of bare spots beyond aeration and over seeding.

AERATION & PERIODIC FERTILIZATION. G.M. offered several times to AERATE the lawn and I turned them down... BUT this year we DID IT and the DIFFERENCE SO FAR has been AWESOME. I should have done it years ago. Looking forward to next spring.
This was a tough drought year but with the continued treatments, the lawn bounced back great at the end of summer and fall. Plan on continuing with the service.

Our lawn has never looked better! Grassmaster has made it thicker and stronger with virtually no weeds. We have a small yard and could take care of it ourselves, but Grassmaster does a better job. Nicest crew, too....from the service reps to the office manager (Grace is always there whenever you have a billing question). We get a lot of flyers from yard maintenance businesses and chose Grassmaster because they are local, and have been very happy with them!
I have been a customer for more than 10 years and have been very satisfied with the services provided. Whenever a service is completed I receive an email explaining what was done and the time it was done. I have been very impressed with their professionalism.

They arrive on-time and leave an explanation of services performed. They also recommend corrective actions, if required, for the lawn maintenance (like more watering needed....).
Very disappointed with Grassmaster Plus. My grass is looking worst now. On top of it, I was being charged for services that were either half done or not performed at all. The only great thing about this company is their receptionist, Grace (I believe), as she is very accommodating. If you do use this company make sure to be home when the services are being performed.
Grassmaster was extremely easy to work with. They were timely and provided great lawn care. From the first call to service everything was great, with awesome pricing!
This past fall I finally did the core aeration w/ overseedng and my lawn looked great! Its a little expensive, but now realized its totally worth it. Grassmaster Plus has been taking care of my lawn with the fertilization program for years and I think they are great!
I just completed my 2nd season with Grassmaster Plus and the results have been great. My lawn was in bad shape, even though I watered regularly. Too many weeds, grubs and poor soil. They told me it would take 2 seasons for my lawn to return to a healthy green state. I was skeptical, but after 2 seasons they results are great. My lawn looks fantastic!
When we first moved into our new home ~3 years ago, I was mowing part dirt in my front yard and I had NOTHING but dirt in my back yard. Within 2 seasons of Grassmaster servicing my lawn I have a plush, green lawn in the front all season and a back yard with grass for my kids to play in! I receive multiple comments from my neighbors about how nice my grass is (and this coming from a neighbor who is meticulous about his lawn). I highly recommend using Grassmaster; you wont be disappointed!

Grassmaster Plus has maintained our lawn and plant health for many years. They provide aeration, antidessdicant spray, fertilization, lime applications, pest control, seeding, etc. They are great communicators, letting us know in advance by text or email when they will be on our property and reporting electronically regarding work just performed. Their people are highly qualified. The woman who oversees the health of our planting beds, shrubs, hedges, etc. holds degrees in Environmental Science and Forestry, including a Ph.D. She is very happy to keep us informed about the health of our plants and the steps she is taking to keep them healthy. I try to greet her when she is on our property because she shares her knowledge. The men and women who do the regular aeration, fertilization, lime applications, etc. are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Before we started working with Grassmaster Plus and its affiliate more than twenty years ago we had never received this level of professionalism from any landscaping or landscape design company. Grassmaster Plus stands out for its knowledgeable, customer friendly employees and its culture of good communication with its customers. I have never called the company during business hours and been transferred to a voicemail system. Furthermore, the people who answer the phone always answer my questions or get back to me promptly when they need input from their colleagues. This is a truly well-managed company. Grassmaster restored my lawn from a grub infestation back to a lush green lawn! Will use them for maintenance going forward!
We started using Grassmaster Plus a few years ago and its the best thing we ever did! Our yard used to be loaded with ticks and since using this service, not a one! We even have 2 dogs so this has been a god-send. The technician always leaves a note and a sign so we know its been serviced. I would definately recommend to anyone ;)
