We are the first company in Georgetown that strictly does Lawn Leveling, Topdressing and Core Aeration. When we started our company we chose to use the In & Out Burger model. We offer a limited selection of services and do them with Pride, Great Value, Quality Materials, Done Perfect! We do have a few “off the menu options” as well. *During the early spring we tend to get a little overwhelmed* We do our best to get to every client. UPDATE : Per Georgetown Lawn Leveling's response I have to share some screenshots about how many times I tried to get support after May 20. (You can see I was very friendly against them) Instead of thinking on their mistake they prefer to fight with customer here. 3 months means 90 days.. No more words.. Everybody can see details. May 21 June 15 July 13 If you have unlimited time to wait for them a good service :) I tried 3 times in 3 months, no solution.. I've also added proof of that part which I sent them... They can still send message to me and say "We thought you're a better guy" If you don't do your job which I paid for what can I do? I wait for 3 months for a small fix. ------- I paid $1400 for my front and backyard. And I let them know about it isn't completed perfectly. They said me that "Wait till your grass grow" but it was clear that there is an unleveled part. After grass grown I took a photo and sent them. They got lost. Don't give your money to them..
From the get go, working with Marshall and Georgetown Lawn Leveling has been a positive experience. When I first contacted them, I got an immediate reply followed by an assessment of my yard and a fair quote. The large crew of professionals were on time, courteous, and did a fantastic job! I've had both my current and previous homes leveled multiple times by Marshal and his amazing crew. I had been trying to DIY it for quite a while before biting the buillet and getting a pro to help me out. Georgetown Lawn Leveling fixed my yard! Between the snow and ice over the past few years my backyard had become a drainage and pothole nightmare. Add three large dogs and there were countless places to roll an ankle or trip. They came in and made my yard beautiful again. Extreme professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend.

We had our lawn leveled last spring with Georgetown lawn leveling and it has been the best thing we have done for our lawn! Our lawn had so many holes and was sketchy walking out there for our 2 dogs and our 2 littles! We would have broken an ankle playing soccer! This past season our lawn looked better than ever and Marshall is so kind and knowledgeable! You should see his lawn he definitely practices what he preaches and is always willing to give advice on how to improve your lawn. I would 10/10 recommend their service! Give your lawn the best makeover ever and call them asap!
I hired Georgetown Lawn Leveling company to level my front yard and backyard. Marshall is extremely professional and he had an amazing team of guys that did an outstanding job on my yards. I actually had a few other quotes and I’ve seen some of the other peoples work and I wasn’t impressed but when I found this company. I was extremely impressed with the quality of products that they use and the hard work and professionalism That this company has. I have been using the GLL services for 2 seasons now. Leveled my yard last year and aerated this year. They are always professional, on time and always respond if you have questions. I will continue to schedule them for my early spring and leveling needs.
Marshall and his crew at Georgetown Lawn Leveling did an outstanding job on leveling my Bermudagrass lawn. I know a decent amount when it comes to Bermudagrass lawn care so when I called Marshall to inquire about his lawn leveling services, I could tell he was VERY knowledgeable and knew right away that I had the right company for the job. Marshall took the time to explain the entire process and answered any questions I had. Due to rain in the forecast leading up to my service date, I called/texted Marshall many times and he was very responsive each and every time. I did my research on Georgetown Lawn Leveling and saw pictures/videos online of them and was very impressed with the equipment they have and use. I had my yard leveled this spring by Marshall and GLL. I couldn t be happier with the way it turned out. I can now mow my lawn with a regular lawn mower at the lowest setting with no scalping.
They never reply to emails or return phone calls.
After months of searching for someone to level my lawn a friend suggested Georgetown leveling. I reached out to GTL on Monday and had my lawn aerated and leveled by Friday. These guys are very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my results. Had a new yard that was established but couldn t get the look I wanted due to the unevenness of the yard. I hired Georgetown Lawn Leveling to see if we could rectify the situation. The crew aerated my lawn an put down a lot of loam & sand. They did a great job! Lawn is MUCH more level and easier to mow. Marshal, Brandon & Jason are a great team. They showed up when they told me they would and explained what they were doing. Very professional. When they were done they cleaned up any mess they might have made and left the area looking great. I hired Georgetown Lawn leveling because I was not happy with the way it looked, had some ruts, patches and uneven spots.. I asked GTL to make my lawn make the neighbors jealous. They aerated and leveled with sand and fine dirt, recommend proper water, water, cutting and weed treatment including preventative measures. I am very happy with the results on my Bermuda lawn! On top of all that the guys were on time, reasonably priced, on time and the only thing they left was my lawn in better shape. Huge thanks and shout-out to GTL!!
I am writing this review almost immediately after Georgetown leveling left my house today. I had close to 16K sf of lawn that they aerated and leveled and they did an amazing job. Just a bunch of great guys who delivered exactly what they said they would do, on time, and for a fair price. it was refreshing to see a company actually take pride in their work and my house. They actually left my yard cleaner and better then they found it, which is hard considering they were spreading 16 yards of dirt. I will definitely use them for my ongoing aerations and scalpings.
Brandon and Marshall are first class guys. They came out for a quote and were able to do the aeration the very next day. Made double passes and did a high quality job. Answered a lot of my Bermuda questions too. They re my new go to for anything lawn related!
These Guys are GREAT... They are professional in every way. They were here on schedule made quick work of getting the job completed. They have followed up and made visits back to check my lawn out. I can remember when I have had a contractor as conscience, thoughtful and helpful... I would recommend them all day long.. I searched for several weeks among others that claim to provide similar services. Most others offered top dressing in lieu of leveling. Many others do not core aerate until the fall. Those that would aerate in the summer used liquid aeration, not a fan. There were also those that would not provide the services unless I signed up for contracted monthly or bi-monthly services; and they only sent someone out to sell other services, but not for an estimate on the services I wanted. GLL was a breath of fresh air. They provided an onsite estimate; and explained the work to be done to my Bermuda lawn would take two days. Day 1 scalp and core aeration. Day 2 leveling with loam. Everything, including cost, went as planned. My experience with GLL was without issue. I picked up several lawn tips and plan to use them again for future projects. GLL not just lawn levelers, but lawn enthusiast. Thanks Brandon and Marshall!
