The quality of material used for top dressing and lawn leveling is superior to any material you will find in all of ATX area. I didn’t have to use any water retention products because the material does it for me. Otherwise you will find yourself fighting fungus. I only have to water my lawn deeply once a week!
My husband and I are very impressed with Central Texas, Leveling and Landscaping. Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our lawn needs. We moved to a newly constructed home in Georgetown, Texas the summer of 2023. Our lawn was stressed and struggled during the long hot summer months. Brandon and team did a great job with our yard last year and we just scheduled the 2nd leveling for this year. Our yard would have never made it through the water restrictions last year without his efforts. Our yard was 95% recovered in 3 weeks, with the really low spots taking another week to recover. If you're on the fence about doing it - take the leap, you won't regret it.
Brandon and his team were excellent to work with! Cannot thank them enough for leveling the yard and restoring some damaged patches. Earlier this year, we excavated our yard along the deck for a septic line. The contractor didn’t do much to clean up the mess and left us with three large mounds of excess material. Neglecting to level immediately was a big mistake. Once spring hit, the grass started growing through the mounds, making it more difficult to dig out. Finally, we decided to leave it to the professionals. Brandon was very responsive, professional and passionate about his work. He walked me through the project and even coached me on how to stimulate grass growth after leveling. After a few grueling hours in the Texas heat, Brandon and his helper were able to remove all the excess material and reveal the original sod underneath. They then got to work on leveling by adding fresh material to problem areas and raking to a gentle slope for drainage. It was super important to us that we had a level yard so we could go back to using the space for yard games and for kids to run around. Brandon made sure that he delivered on what we were asking! He’s checked in on us over the last few months to ask how the yard was going. I’m always thrilled to report how much the yard’s grown in! I highly recommend working with Central Texas Lawn Leveling. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Brandon and Reel Cut Lawn Care are the real deal!!! Brandon is always their if I call about a question about my lawn. I called Reel Cut because my new home lawn installed by builder was totaled from the very beginning. It was so bad me and my family couldn’t even throw or practice softball in the backyard. Reel Cut Landscaping and Lawn Leveling is the company to hire for any yard needs and projects. Initially, Brandon was giving us fertilizer and mowing assistance. We soon realized that wouldn’t be enough in order to achieve our dream yard and the only solution would be to have it leveled. That in itself is quite a job, but did I mention the size of our yard?! The team did a great job from start to finish with results noticeable by simply walking across it after day one. No more massive holes or dips! Huge “Thank You” to Brandon and Reel Cut Landscaping & Lawn Leveling. My front and back yard are looking amazing after he did an aeration and top dressing on my 2 year old Bermuda grass. Went from mildly green and patchy in early spring to a super dark, thick and lush lawn in just a few weeks. Great communication and ability to follow through on what he says he’ll do. Very knowledgeable about what your grass will need in order to thrive thought out the season. Highly recommend getting Reel Cut involved in your lawn! Pictures are from during his aeration and then a few weeks later and several mowings. Massive difference.

Came out and gave us his honest opinion vs just trying to take our money. Had bad experiences with other companies but Brandon was straight forward and very helpful to point us in right direction.
I had CTxLL level my lawn. They core aerated, spread a rich (fine) sand/compost mix and then fertilized. They also got me a soil sample so I knew what my soil amendment needed to be. Brandon and his team were on time, worked long hours to finish the large job in one day and Brandon followed back up with me a couple of times after some time had passed. In the meantime, Brandon was very responsive when I had follow-up questions. I would recommend them and I intend to use their services again.
I have a 2,000 sqft Bermuda Lawn in south Texas. I reached out and inquired about the 80/20 mix to level my lawn. It was the first time for me to level the lawn. I was real worried about getting large debris in the mix. But they assured me there would be none, and thats why this product is so special.. The product arrived timely and with great communication. My neighbors where even jealous of the material. It was real easy to spread and it felt good to utilize quality materials on the lawn.
CTXLL did a decomposed granite on platform in my backyard for an above ground pool. I think they did a great job. Brandon, Ray, and Carlos were all very clear in communication and very friendly/helpful. I ll work with them again if I need anything else done.
I wish I could give 10 stars. Unbelievable service from start to finish. Brandon does what he says hes going to, shows up to appointments, and goes above and beyond. Had my yard aerated, leveled, fertilized, and even worked with Brandon on the timing of overseeding myself. Brandon and his crew were all business during the work. Brandon followed up a few weeks later to check on the yard and provide fertilizer recommendations based on soil test. This is the way business should be done!

Brandon and his crew were amazing. My yard was so uneven it was almost impossible to mow it. The grass was thin throughout. Im impressed at how flat they were able to get the yard, how much better water drains (no more lakes!) and how fast my grass is coming back through. If you are looking form leveling, I highly recommend Central Texas Leveling.

Moved in to our house in December 19. The back yard was left uneven by the builder. We hired Central Texas Lawn Leveling after two years of trying to fix it ourselves. Couldnt be happier with the results.

I had CTLL come out and level a sod job on my 17,500sqft lawn in Salado. They used an application of their custom leveling mix and it s done wonders for mowing as well as the yard looking established and green!

Its refreshing to talk to a business owner that does what he says and says what he does. He doesnt suggest anything he hasnt done or wont do, to his own yard. Gave me some great advise and eventhough it might have cost him a couple bucks in the short term it means Ill keep coming back to him.
Brandon has done my yard for two years. Does an Absolutely amazing job. I had so many weeds and my grass was pretty much dead. He came and revived my yard and turned it into an amazing green yard for me and my family. You can tell he s passionate about what he does. Highly recommend him.

Brandon is awesome! He very responsive and puts out quality work and cares about the end result. He has leveled my yard, he has core aerated and top dressed my yard. He just recently applied a river rock boarder along my fence and around my shed. The other main detail for me is that when they leave, he does not leave a mess. Just like anything, go over the details with Brandon and he will make it happen. I told him about my concerns with top dressing having large pieces of bark and rocks, I mow my yard with a reel mower and the normal debris from top dressing will damage my mower. He went out of his way to find a special mix that has been screened and removed all the large pieces.
Brandon and his crew are meticulous and thorough with everything they do to your lawn. They treat your lawn as if it is their own and the service, methods and equipment they use is top notch. I paid for scalping, aeration and top dressing and I think it was worth every penny. Make sure you ask them all the questions you have about your lawn, because they are experts in the field and give great guidance and advice!
Brandon and his crew did an awesome job with my back yard. After we put in our pool, the backyard was a mess. He came in, raked up and hauled away all the excess dirt and debris, spread loam, leveled the yard and laid down sod. It looks great. Brandon came to my home last spring (2021) and helped me get rid of tons of weeds in my front and back yards. They just disappeared. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism, thus I took his offer to do a full treatment to my yards this year. I can see my grass turning greener and the weeds dying at the same time. If youve found this business listing, then youre likely like me who was looking for the leveling work that no other company was willing to do. I spent well over a year calling around to other landscaping companies only to be offered fertilization programs and weekly mowing. Failing that, I tried to do it myself and after a few dirt piles, I decided I liked my spine. Finally found Reel Cut Landscaping in Google earlier this year and got an immediate call back from Brandon. Brandon and his team did a scalp, core aerate and lawn leveling to set up the lawn for the summer season and so far its coming in great. Before I would scalp at 2 inches but now reel mowing is possible thanks to their work. Theres a couple more spots left to get that nice sub inch reel mow but Ill be sure to call them again once the lawn is ready again for a second pass.

When my project initially began, I was very concerned that it was too late in the season as we had been experiencing consecutive days of over 100 degree weather in Central Texas this summer.
