They came earlier than they said they were going to be able to. Which was good for us. They were finished super quick and did a little extra yard clean up that helped so much. Very easy to work with!

I have utilized Lawn Worx twice in the past couple months since I moved to Georgetown. They are responsive, honest, and do great work quickly with good pricing. I would highly recommend their services.

Hired to remove a small tree stump. Looked at a second stump while on site, let me know they both could easily be taken out with a shovel as they were mostly rotted. Saved me over $160. Would not even take $20 for his gas and time. Will definitely call again should the need arise in the future.

Extremely unprofessional. First they were late for the quote without letting us know. We still gave them a chance and booked their services. When the day and time that we booked them came, no one showed up or contacted us. I had to reach out first to see what was going on. At this point it was 10 min past when they were supposed to arrive. It was at that moment when they told us they were going to be three hours late. I wouldn t mind if we were told at the beginning of the day or sometime prior to the appointment that there was going to be a delay. But we weren t told until I reached out to see why they weren t on time.

Had a 40-50ft tree leaning near a fence. Dropped it like a boss dodging the tree and other plants nearby. Prompt response and provided several bid options.

Jon and his crew are professional, punctual, responsive, and efficient. I requested a quote on Saturday night to remove a Bradford Pear tree from my backyard and received a text from Jon not 30 minutes later to set up a meeting the next day to get it quoted. The following Monday, Jon and his team are at my door, ready to work. In under 30 minutes they had the tree removed, cut all the way to the ground, sliced and sorted into neat piles beside the road ready for pickup by the city, and their workspace clean. Not a single chip of the tree was left! I will definitely be in contact with Jon for future yard work!

I was referred to Lawn Worx by a landscaper who was doing some work for us in the backyard. I needed to have a tree removed and a drainage issue solved before the landscaper could continue with his work. I contacted the owner, Jon Zimmerman, by text and he responded within the hour. He made an appointment to give us an estimate within just a few days. We agreed on what needed to be done and a price. At this juncture, I thought he was just going to take a tree down but my husband mentioned that we needed some minor drainage work done. Jon assessed the situation and quickly offered a solution and told us he had the equipment to take care of of the problem. Again, a very fair price and date was agreed upon. From this point, Jon told us when he would be here to do the work and arrived precisely on time. It took more than one day to do the work, and along the way he kept me informed of when he would be here and what he would be doing. In addition to doing the tree work we contracted for with skill and professionalism, we felt that Jon went above and beyond to leave leave the site clean of debris and well groomed. Jon and his crew were at all times prompt, professional and courteous. He was able to solve a drainage issue we have had issues with for several years. Had 2 trees trimmed away from the house and Lawn Worx did a great job. They were careful to keep the limbs from hitting the house and trimmed them back exactly like I asked. When they were done they did an excellent job of cleaning up.

They showed up exactly when they said they would, and did an outstanding job on trimming our tree. Cleaned everything up nicely as well. Very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them again!

I needed to have a very large tree removed in a tricky place in my backyard. The owner came out and was very professional in quoting the job, gave very reasonable pricing, and let me know exactly what to expect. He quoted an amount of time and was even able to get my tree removed sooner than first thought. When he and his worker came out, they were very respectful of my property and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The worker even chatted with my babbling five and two year old while he was working and answered every question they threw at him. When they were finished with the tree, they left my property looking even better than when they got here. I will need more trees removed at a later date and I will definitely call them. Amazing service!!! Jon told me that he would get my trees taken care of Monday but would contact me Sunday to make sure weather was permitting. And guess WHAT....he texted me on Sunday and said Monday was a go. Showed up on time and wanted to speak to me before I left for work to be clear on what was to be done and how. And guess WHAT....it was done EXACTLY as asked and the clean up job was impeccable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I was referred to Lawn Worx by someone in my neighborhood. I had 8 tree stumps I wanted taken out. I contacted John and he responded by the end of the day. He came and gave an estimate within a week. When they came to grind up the stumps, they were in and out in about 30 minutes. They were very professional and neatly piled all the shavings into the tree hole. You couldnt even tell they had been on my lawn. He gave me advice about removing the shavings and adding dirt and grass seed. Within 5 days I already had grass growing. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

We just had a tulip poplar removed from our backyard and two other trees trimmed to make room for a pool. This company is very professional. Work completed days earlier than anticipated. Mr. Zimmerman was also very responsive in communication about scheduling. They worked hard on a hot day and left my entire yard cleaner that it was before they arrived. We love to support a local family business and would highly recommend this company. In the future, he will be our first call for lawn care needs.

I asked for an unconventional trimming of my river birch. Jon did exactly what I wanted and I could not be more pleased. He went above and beyond what was expected. There was not a stray leaf left in the yard when he was finished. So professional and I highly recommend his service.

I had a couple of trees that were in bad shape, one was broken and hanging over into my neighbors yard. Jon came out and I stressed to him that I didn t want my neighbors yard damaged. He assured me the yard would be cleaner when he finished than when he started. He did exactly as he said he would. The trees were removed and he did a excellent job of cleaning up. Jon and Tyler did an exceptional job removing 2 of our trees. One was a white pine overhanging our neighbor s driveway. They completed the job in less than three hours! The cleanup was above and beyond what we expected as well. Not a pine needle to be found. The next tree was a large, dying ash tree. The team worked efficiently, safely and professionally. They again removed all the debris and our backyard has never looked so good. They quoted more than a fair price for both trees. They were extremely courteous and thoughtful. I had just moved to Lexington and needed my yard cleaned up and leaves picked up. Jons crew did an awesome job even though the weather didnt cooperate for a week or so. The job was done so well, and at such as fair price, I signed up to have them mow my yard on a regular basis as well. I just found them on Craigslist. Guess I just got lucky.

We have been using Lawn Worx for about a year now and could not have found a better company! Jon is always professional and explains everything thoroughly. They have always been on time and never charged us for services we didn t need. What I mean by that is if it hadn t rained in over two weeks and the grass isn t growing, he would let us know that he s not going to cut the grass ahead of time to not damage our lawn. He would explain why he wasn t cutting the grass, that he wasn t going to charge us that week, and that he would resume the next week. They respect the needs of the customer while offering reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company.
