Agave LD designed, adjusted (at our request) and finalized the layout of our side yard. The work crew arrived on time and completed the quoted tasks effectively and on time. We had the pleasure of working with Agave LD for a mutual client. Eduardo is an amazing communicator and was beyond thorough. Impressed with Agave LD from start to finish. Our talented designer Sara created a beautiful and functional design, then the install team led by Santiago and Luis executed it perfectly. Great communication from our project manager Eduardo and coordinator Elysia throughout. Crews showed up on time every day and worked hard to complete our project with front & back patio, garden beds, pergola, lighting, irrigation, plants and drainage in 2 weeks. We re very happy with how everything turned out.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with. When they mess up, they take no responsibility, instead blame the customer. When strangers walk into a persons backyard without any notification they are there, there are consequences for those actions. That is not on the homeowner, it is on the employee. Edit: (response to owner) If the email notifications went to my spam, then I did not receive them. That is why your technicians shouldnt assume anything. The fact that you are okay with that, speaks to your unprofessionalism. I was instructed when I signed up that I would receive an email and the technicians would ring the doorbell because I have large dogs and kids that play in the backyard. But again you want to blame the home owner for what occurred.

When I decide to take on a major project and who I can partner with, I research thoroughly and meet with all the competitors. Agave LD clearly stood out above the rest. They are the only installer with the creativity, vision and capability of providing a 3D design that would meet our needs. Other landscape companies referred us to third party designers which became difficult just to even get timely responses. My fear is that would only compound if I didnt work a partner who could do everything in-house. Idalia is a senior landscape designer that was able to deliver above and beyond what we could imagine on her first draft. I have come to learn first hand: people who work at Agave LD go above and beyond and are willing to step out of their job descriptions to make sure things get done and that everyone is happy. Agave and their crew: Idalia (Landscape Designer), Eduardo (Project Manager), Elysia (Project Coordinator), Santiago (Production Manager), Steven (Crew leader) + all the crew members, did a great job from start to finish. I had a concept for the yard to address several key issues - drainage, dogs tearing up a particular area, and lack of grass growth due to shade. They took that concept and nailed it. And the implementation of it was quick, professional, thorough, hands on and overall fantastic! The dogs love it too. I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I hired Agave to clean up my planters and mulch. The crew was very efficient and professional - they removed all weeds and old mulch and added new mulch within a matter of a couple of hours. My front yard was transformed and looks ready for Spring! If I tried to accomplish this on my own it would have taken several weekends of hard work. I will definitely hire Agave for future yard work!

Omg where do I start . This is just poor customer service all around. I tried getting a quote but they re so incompetent that they can t even do that . The back and forth with them is ridiculous they tried giving a quote without even physically sending someone to take a look at my yard condition or SQF . They tried to get me to sign an agreement on a ridiculous price and to top it of added services to agreement that I never chose to do. Beware this is a scam and rip off of your money. So many other places have a 40 $ quote and actually take the time to see your yard condition and sqf before giving a price !

Mas and the team at Agave were great to work with! They were patient with our decision making and gave us lots of experienced and helpful guidance on design. It was a true collaboration. When it was time to install, they delivered on time and executed perfectly. The team was professional and efficient and did an awesome job.

I called in the morning, had a lovely conversation with someone who has a vested interest, and they were here that afternoon. She sent a proposal, verbally walked me through it, their prices are better than competitive. If you decide to become a client, you can know that they are very good at what they do.

I have been using Agave LD for my yard work for about a year now. My grass died this summer (due to heat and water issues), so I asked them to give me a quote to replace the grass. To my surprise, they gave about 20K price for the grass replacement (including repairing the sprinkler, checking the system for three months, and nine pallets of grass). When I asked them why the price was so high, they gave lots of reasons which did not make sense to me. So, I decided to call other vendors to do an estimate. I called up 3 of them, and everyone gave me about a 5K estimate for the same work(repairing the sprinkler and seven pallets of grass). For my curiosity, I called up a few grasses stores to check the price for pallets, and it is about 500 per pallet for St Augustine. So please do some homework before giving them the work. I ended up completing the work with 5K instead of 20K.

Amazing service. We desperately needed someone to come and fix our lawn, Agave worked swiftly to make sure it would happen and within 24 hrs they made it happen. They have amazing attention to detail. Thank you so much agave!!!

I hired Agave for landscape cleanup and subsequent gravel refresh. Erik came by the next day to do a walk through of the property and gave a reasonable quote. Eduardo and the crew finished the job well and ensured to repair minor things that were broken during the cleanup. Both, Erik and Eduardo were prompt and communicated well. I will use their services again in the future!

My neighbor uses your services and I must say it is not professional to blow all the leaves into the next yard and all over the street. Yall could at least pickup the mess and not shift it into the neighbors yards.

Agave LD has been an absolutely spectacular lawn service provider, we will miss having them service our home as we move to the Dallas metro. The mowing, fertilization, and weed control services are very competitive with other businesses in the Round Rock/Hutto area, though I cant seem to find many places that mow, fertilize, and perform weed control (as an all-in-one). Weve had the team quote us on landscaping projects and enjoyed their 3D renderings of what the final product would look like. We didnt use their landscaping services due in large part to our budget though their rates were reasonable. In closing, thank you so much to the Agave office team for their responsive and helpful communication as well as the gentlemen that come and care for our lawn.

Great company with great service! They do a great job on the lawn and even bag the clippings! Communication is amazing. Any time something arises that prevents them from coming on their scheduled day (e.g. weather) they are quick to send an email letting you know when your service has been moved to (almost always the next day). Small business that cares about their customers, and even has reps that will come and walk the yard to ensure everyone is happy. The price they charge is competitive in the area, as well. Very happy!

We recently engaged with Agave LD to improve on the front yard landscape installed by our builder. This was the 3rd time we chose to go with Agave, as our previous experiences had been superb. We had our backyard completely redone nearly 2 years ago, including stone work, steel edging, a deck, and placement of steel raised garden beds. We added 2 new irrigation zones as well. After that, we had a row of trees installed as a privacy screen. We were and are very pleased with the design, the quality of the work, and the responsiveness shown by Edwin Carranza (who did the design) and his team. Agave LD is a great company to work with, and appears to be growing as its reputation spreads. Growing pains are to be expected, as some people are in training. Still, there have been efficiency improvements between our first project and the current one. One such improvement is in communication ahead of construction, another when the project is underway. Before work began, I received an e-mail with information about the individuals overseeing the work, including photos and full contact information. There was also a group text, including the designer, project coordinator, project manager, and irrigation manager. Our most recent project was the front yard. After 2 years of having to use frost blankets to cover the inappropriate bedding plants installed by our builder, we asked Edwin to make our landscape beds look good, and to choose plants that were appropriate for our climate. Edwin came up with a beautiful design and issued a quote within a week. After a few modifications, we signed a contract. Agave took care of getting our HOAs approval, and work began soon after. Agave takes a non-refundable deposit when the contract is signed, 80% when the work begins, and the remainder when the work is satisfactorily completed. If a credit card is used, theres an added charge. The work itself was done surprisingly quickly, although there were some definite hiccups. Agave employees were very responsive, and appear to care a great deal about fixing anything that needs it. Their workers appear to be long-term, experienced regulars. My front yard looks beautiful and Ive received several compliments on it. Edwins design included many textural elements and a nice choice of plants that complement one another. Agave LD is unlikely to be the least expensive quote youll get for landscaping, but they are creative, knowledgeable, and do first-rate work that will look good for a long time. And if anythings amiss within a reasonable time, they will return to fix it without balking. If we ever have the need for additional landscaping work, theres no doubt wed call Agave first.

After reading lots and lots of reviews about different landscaping companies and getting quotes from a few companies we decided to work with Agave LD. What made us pick Agave among other companies was because during consultation Megan was very professional. You can tell she loves and knows her job. She provided us with a great design and 3D renderings of what our backyard would look like after all the work is done. I can say with Agave what you see on those renderings is what you get. Our landscaping project included installation of a stone patio, revamping of existing flower beds, sod installation, lighting installation, drip irrigation installation. At every stage of the project the crew kept us well informed. Whenever we had a problem they were very responsive and quick to solve it. The quality of the work is top notch. Even though our project was very comprehensive it took them less than a week to finish. If you are looking for a professional and reliable company Agave LD is perfect for you. They go above and beyond to make your landscaping dreams come true.

Agave are the most professional landscapers I have worked with. They showed up for the quote on-time, they gave great input when walking the property, the quote was sent over in a timely manner and their 3D modeling system was high quality. They werent the cheapest quote we got but they seemed the most reliable and highest quality, so we gave them a try. The work went quick. Under a week to landscape our entire front lawn (1 acre plot). The crew was great about keeping the site clean and there were multiple check ins with us to make sure everything was going as planned. The final product looks amazing! We get a lot of compliments on the new front yard and walking around the yard makes us happier in a yard we already enjoyed. The only area of improvement I would suggest is related to the plant quality. A few of the installed plants looked like they were already struggling when planted and some looked a little beat up. Most of them ended up pulling through just fine and looking much better once established, and the ones that didnt do well were replaced. However, the struggling ones can be difficult to assess if they will do well within the warranty period since it takes some time for them to improve. Overall, it was a great experience. I will use them again for future projects.

After speaking with Megan, our design consultant, I did my due diligence and received other quotes from reputable firms in the area. I found Agaves proposal to be more detailed and easier to understand. Once I was on the schedule and work commenced, I was SO HAPPY! Everything I coach my people to do in my own business is done by AGAVE. Amazing communication on the progress of the job and always asking if there we any concerns. I had a couple of issues and before you knew it - they were taken care of. This company did a fabulous job! I had 5 different companies who provided quotes with prices from super low to super high. This company came in on my budget & I got everything I wanted. This project took a total zero yard into a beautiful yard. The designer LISTENED to me & worked with me on what I did and did not want. The guys who did the actual hard work showed up on time and worked hard ALL DAY. They were careful of our new water lines & such and left the whole site clean each evening. I couldnt be happier! Im so impressed Im contacting them again today for a special project!

Carole and I want to thank Eduardo, Idalia, Elysia, Jorge, Santiago, Jesus, and the entire Agave crew (especially Hector and Rolando) for working incredibly hard through the Georgetown summer heat. From design to finished project, the Agave team was creative, flexible, and available. And we can t forget Ishmael who did an outstanding job on our custom steel pergola. Our home feels and looks complete now with our professional landscape project in place. When our friends and neighbors ask, Agave will be our answer. Update: Carole and I had additional work done about a week ago. The Agave crew did a great job, but what I want to comment on is that irrigation specialist Santiago, along with Jesus, and the rest of the irrigation crew also responded to some warranty issues with our irrigation control system. The highly qualified team leaders and the crews of Agave will get your project done correctly and are nice folks, as well.

Agave LD cleaned up our fence line, planted 6 wax myrtles along the back fence, trimmed the scrubs, moved the lemon grass and the lavender plants to a different location, and removed a rock area and installed sod. The experience was excellent from Amanda, the sales person, Edward, the superintendent, and the team that did the work. Their cleanup after they were finished was excellent. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Agave LD.

I had a backyard upgrade vision. I wanted an area created where I could install a fire pit and expand our outdoor living experience since we were at home so much. Sara Frost, our designer, was awesome! She expanded my idea while staying within our budget. Her suggestions of adding lighting was right on time. She went over and beyond with providing information we would need to purchase our fire pit and new backyard furniture. Edwin, the finance guy, worked with us on payments and Edwardo educated me on how to work our lighting via my moblie devices. Was able to approve the quote and begin service that following week. They showed up on the day they said they would and did a great job on our yard. Ive been using Agave LD for a couple of months now for mowing and lawn treatments and Ive been really happy with the work theyve done. I originally had them redo my front flower beds and they did a really great job. They arent the cheapest vendor in town for landscaping and lawn maintenance, but I think they are the best value. Their communication is excellent, they stand behind their work, and theyll go above and beyond to make sure youre happy with the work theyve done. Id highly recommend using them.

Recently had Agave LD clean out my garden of weeds and trim all bushes in my yard. Work was well done. There was some delay getting work done but this was due to weather problems over the past month.

Do not use this company. They cannot communicate with customers effectively in order to do work the way customers want it done. After repeated back and forth, they still cannot understand that I want grass to grow around my trees, so they keep trying to kill it. And they badly bungled a request to just trim down the tops of my shrubs. And ignored an earlier request to talk to me about a small project. (Plus they broke a sprinkler head) And once theyve got your credit card info, how do you stop payment?

Agave has taken care of all things landscaping for us for the past year and will continue to do so! They are very trustworthy, reliable and professional and also provide individual care. We recently had them put in a memorial garden for my mother who passed away and as usual they did an excellent job in honoring my mom. When in season, our yard has never looked better. Even during the off season, Agave will provide care to get it ready! Thank you Agave!

For transparency, Ive not had a physical service from them yet, but it was the initial process of trying to get service set up that was at first frustrating. This first touch experience wasnt the best (email communication back-n-forth on the back of an inquiry as a result of seeing my new neighbor get service from them), but since that hickup, they have been more than willing to make things happen and have taken time to understand both sides and as a result, Id be happy to receive their offer. Growing pains of an expanding company are understandable, and Im appreciative of the opportunity to have had chance to speak with them. Id say I was slightly more than neutral now on future dealings.

I had a large bed with shrubs added to my backyard. From the initial contact with Ms. Serena, on the phone, to the last contact with the man who powerwashed parts of the property my experience is/was pefect. Working with Edwin Carranza and his crew was a pleasure. Their professionalism is apparent with all they did. Ive already recommended their services to my daughter and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who wants exemplary landscape work done.

I recently hired agave when our yard got out of control. The back yard was full of weeds, patchy, and just plain ugly. After ONE treatment with AGAVE we have a beautiful thick, even, green lawn! I found Agave on Google after moving to a new house and being frustrated by several different previous yard services. If the past seven months or so is any indication, Ill be happily using them for years to come. They do a fantastic job with my mows, and theyll do all sorts of other stuff too, if you want them to. (But not in an annoying high-pressure-sales way.) I have them handling fertilization, flower bed decoration and cleanup, and even my sprinklers now. They send emails that are ACTUALLY USEFUL (like, nows the time to change your sprinklers to the spring timing setting). The workers are always really friendly and helpful. Heck, Eduardo even flagged me down one day to show me a leaking sprinkler head in my neighbors yard, and then helped my neighbor and me diagnose the problem! TLDR: If you want to have a really nice yard and dont want to have to think about it, just let Agave do it for you.

Once I had a broken sprinkler system from a job they did and I contacted Agave LD and they happily replaced the sprinkler head for me and ensured it was working properly, Ive worked with other companies before that did not take responsibility and work to resolve similar issues. I signed up for lawn care and bed maintenance. My lawn has never looked better. The flower beds are much better looking now that they got all the weeds out. They even helped give shape to our pomegranate tree that I didnt know how to prune correctly.

We recently hired Agave to perform a general clean-up, i.e. mow, pick-up a significant amount of leaves, trim shrubs, etc., and we couldnt be more impressed. With limited notice, their team worked with us to perform the clean-up before the holidays. They were on time, quick, and did an amazing job. Our yard has never looked better! I used to use this service and cancelled due to poor quality work. They continued service for my neighbor but every time they service their property the workers blow the leaves and grass onto my lawn and driveway. I called Agave and was told they would address it. Today it just happened again and when I tried to speak with the individual blowing the leaves into my yard was met with an attitude and rudeness. Avoid these people!

These guys were trying to fix their issues w us but they cant seem to stay consistent. Yard is never cut evenly and my patience has worn out. One week its good and next its horrible. They keep changing crews and those crews arent consistent. FYI if you are looking for someone to mow your yard.

Edwin and his team are experts in their field. We needed a drainage and landscape plan for our new property. We got several quotes and compared them. Agave LD was not the least expensive, but they gave the best service, concepts for design and plan for implementation by far. Their work was totally worth the money spent. We recently had heavy rains and our drainage system worked and kept our lawn from flooding. The plants are thriving and Edwin has been back a few times since they finished the installation to check on the plants and the irrigation they upgraded for us. I have worked with Eric and Edwin for many years. Since their father retired, the boys are doing a great job to carry on the family tradition. They are honest, trustworthy, reliable and extremely nice to work with. My yard always looks great. They will tackle any job that I have requested and I love their new automation on the internet for communication.

They do a very good job cutting, trimming and blowing off debris but they cut too often, even when the grass, obviously, does not need it. Mine was cut last week on Thursday and it is totally brown and, in no way, needed cut. Even in the Summer months, every week cutting is unnecessary in most instances. Much time and my fixed income is being wasted. Wish I could do on an as needed basis. Thank you.
