The two workers that showed up were very conscientious about what my yard required. They explained to me what they were about to do and I showed them the area of the yard that needs to be done and they promptly got their machineries and started working and explaining to me what was going on. The lead crew member made sure that I understood the care I needed to do after they were gone. I was very satisfied with the level of knowledge and work that they completed.

Green lawn, but could be more proactive

Weedman has transformed our lawn from a bed of weeds to a lush and healthy green carpet. This is our 3rd year and the fee is definitely worth it. I like that they notify you prior to each visit and follow up with a summary of the treatment after. I also appreciate that they will treat for weeds as often as necessary. I was able to convince my neighbour to sign up which was easy to do when you compare both lawns. Thank you Weedman!

I accept their apology on timing, and miscommunication at the beginning of the season. I am also aware that there may have been some confusion in their systems as I have two properties with them. *** Disappointing Prepaid Service and Lack of Customer Prioritization. We paid in advance for Weedmans services in 2022, with the expectation of prompt and prioritized service throughout 2023. However, our experience has been anything but satisfactory. As of June 2023, Weedman has only visited our property once - in May 2023 - to apply fertilizer. Despite our persistent requests, they have failed to provide the weed control service weve prepaid for and urgently require. Despite contacting Weedman five times to voice our concerns, we have seen no remediation or efforts to resolve this issue. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the evident disparity in service levels. A friend in our vicinity, who did not prepay for their service this year, has already received weed control treatments twice - once in May and again in June. From our perspective, this demonstrates an unacceptable lack of commitment to customers who have shown faith in Weedman by prepaying for their services. We are left feeling deprioritized, disregarded, and disappointed. Our advice to potential customers? Consider alternative options before committing to Weedman. Your prepaid commitment may not yield the service frequency you expect.

I had two salespeople from Weedman visit me, and after politely saying 3 times that I was not currently interested in their service, they continued to insist. Never Weedman for us, now. I tried to reach out on the phone, and couldnt get through the menu to speak to someone. That says a lot.

Worst company, no respect and incompetent people

I used this companies website last Saturday to get a quote for a lawn service, and within 7 days this company has called me 10 times, and sent me numerous emails. I have over 6 junk voicemails from them. From over a minute of elevator music with rustling as if they dropped the phone, to radio music, to complete silence then them hanging up Ridiculous. This is basically harassment at this point. I will not be using their services based off this experience.

Though they are more expensive than other companies out there, I will still use them again next year as the quality of materials and service is the best out there. Très bon service. Dernièrement, le préposé Weedman s est présenté à mon domicile pour épandre le traitement pour les mauvaises herbes. C était une journée très venteuse (60km/hr) et j ai un potager. Alors j ai demandé à ce que le traitement soit reporté à une journée moins venteuse. Il n y a pas eu de problème du tout et ça a été fait quelques jours après.
