Rain and wind earlier this Spring partially uprooted a large hemlock tree in my front yard, and left the tree leaning dangerously towards my house. I called several tree companies in order to try to get the tree taken down as soon as possible. Treescape responded promptly and had a crew at my house within an hour of the time we spoke. The crew was very professional and polite and had the tree down within an hour. They had completed the job before I heard back from any of the other companies called. I also found their price to be very reasonable, particularly given the rush nature of job. A very good experience from start to finish.

We bought our house 4+ years ago. Several large trees were in need of trimming. Hired a company wed used before at our old house. This time they over-cut the trees and pretty much made a mess of the trees. Within a year, limbs started dying off and falling on the house and yard. Last week, another limb took out part of our rain gutters so we started looking for a new tree company. After reading reviews, gave Treescape a call. Got a written estimate two days later on 10/18. Had an appointment set for 10/25, but in interim another large limb fell out of the trees. Called owner back to see if they could come sooner given the trees were raining limbs. He had his crew come out today (7:30 Sunday morning 22nd) as it was clearly becoming a dangerous situation. So happy we hired Treescape. The crew was extremely fastidious, practically combing though each limb of each tree and finding gobs of dead and dying limbs. Excellent clean up work when they finished. Excellent job from A-Z.

We needed a tree evaluated due to it being possibly dead and wanted a certified arborist. Tracy came out that day and examined the tree and immediately gave me a call. The tree was in fact not dead and he gave us a great quote on fertilizing and dead wooding the tree to help it thrive. They were able to come out the next day, which was a Saturday, and provide those services. They did a great job on the tree and cleanup was immaculate. I could not recommend them enough. Most tree services would just assume to cut down the tree but Treescapes allowed us to enjoy our beautiful tree for many more years to come.

During a windstorm I had a tree fall on my home. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with and they were out to my home in just a few hours. I felt the price was rather high, but insurance approved it with no complaints and I did not have time to get other bids so it may just be the standard for emergency services. Hopefully I never need them again, but I would use them again for my emergency tree services.

I called Tracy in January to remove several large oak trees from 5 different properties in Gastonia. He sent a quote with good prices and said he could begin work in two weeks. The first property needed to have trees removed ASAP because the roots were blocking plumbing lines and had several dead limbs hanging over the home. He said he would get to it as soon as he could. I called him every couple of weeks for 3 months and he said the rain has put him behind schedule. Shame on me for not finding another service for 3 months, but shame on him for not being honest and stringing me along for 3 months. I spoke to one of his competitors who said Tracy doesn t have the license or equipment to remove big trees like those. If that s the case, then be honest about it instead of lying to potential customers.

I was very impressed by how they cleaned up all debris from the trees that were removed. I also had a couple additional trees that werent part of the quote that needed to be removed as well. They cut those as well for a more than reasonably fair price. Highly recommend Treescape.

We have some monster Tulip Populars and other trees in our yard. On of the biggest was struck by lightening 2 years ago and Treescape has helped us care for it with trimming and fertilizing and give it the best chance of survival. So far it is doing well. We have used Tracy and the team at Treescape twice over the past two years to evaluate the trees, fertilize, recommend what to remove etc. They are extremely professional and knowledgable on how to care for mature trees to protect both the trees and your property. Cherry Tree had sap coming out of the trunk in several places, they told me it was a bug in the tree and if I had other cherry trees near by they would spread to them and eventually damage/kill the trees. They came and put fertilizer with insect killer and placed it around the infected tree, waited about 60 days, watered it every other day and the sap spots cleared up. Great job!

These guys were in the neighborhood cleaning up a neighbors yard after a storm. I asked if they would stop by to quote me after they finished. Treescape did a phenomenal job of trimming a wayyyy overgrown bush at our place. This bush was so big and overgrown that even neighbors complained. Don t let your bush get out of control - If you have a bush thats out of control, call these guys. They are the best bush trimmers in the tri-county region.

Crew was super professional and polite. They used bucket truck and climbers since we requested no spikes to be used in our larger trees. They trimmed, added a cable for limb support, pruned and cleaned up anything cut down. They even left us some campfire sized pieces. Id highly recommend TreeScape and plan to use them again.

This company is one of the most professional that we have worked with. They are arborists not tree trimmers. They cleaned up 3 100 year old trees in our yard. They navigated our fencing, and when the left there was no damage to our yard. They also banded our trees so we didn t have to deal with worms!

Treescape came in less than an hour and removed as much as they could to allow us access to our property, staying until almost 10 p.m. to make sure everything was OK. They then returned the next morning at 7 (a Sunday!) to remove the rest. We could not have been more pleased with the immediate response, the skill involved and, importantly, how they cleaned everything up before they left.

Treescape was incredible team of arborist. We had spoke to multiple well known tree services, but no one wanted to touch our 90+ feet Hickory tree that was precariously situated behind our house. We were told that our driveway may get damaged if they used their cranes. Treescape came out and climbed the tree, manually took down one piece at a time without damaging all our existing landscape beneath the tree. They wrapped up the project in 2.5 days unsupervised and we came home to perfectly clean backyard without the huge tree. Most importantly, not only are they dependable and honest but they are very fair on their pricing. We highly recommend this company and we would not hesitate to have them come back out!

These guys did an excellent job... It was a difficult situation in that it was right over a home structure. But they know how to get the job done right and nothing was damaged in the in the process... Well worth every penny...!

We had to have our beloved Japanese Maple tree taken down due to an infestation. It was the focal point of our back yard, but after having Tracy out to diagnose what was wrong with it, I knew that it could not be saved and gave him and Treescape Inc., the go ahead to take it down. I was extremely satisfied with the job, from the initial meeting with Tracy to coming home and finding that the tree was gone, and the site looked as though there had never even been a tree there, it was so clean. Tracy is very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable and passionate about trees. I would not hesitate to recommend his expertise and would, and plan on, using Treescape Inc. again in the near future.

Treescape has an incredible team of arborists. They always provide amazing, prompt service, at a very reasonable price. Most of our calls are requesting immediate service due to our business environment - a railroad operation. When a large tree(s) fall across the railroad, we need to reopen the line immediately. Their professionals always find a way to immediately fit us into their schedule, and respond. There is no job too big or too small for Treescape. We have used Treescape twice to thin out the limbs in a large beech tree, to raise limbs on a tulip poplar that were close to power lines, and to remove pine trees. Tracy made an appointment to give us an estimate and he showed up when he said he would. The Treescape crew arrived on time on the day they were scheduled to work, they worked quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up our yard and our driveway when they finished with their tree work and before they left. We would not hesitate to used them again.

I had a tree struck by lighting 4 years ago. Treescape said they could save it which they did with fertilizer and spray. It was good for four years, green every spring. This year we decided the tree was too close to the house. One big limb broke off so we had Treescape take it all down. They do a really good job of protecting the lawn around the tree, carefully taking down the limbs over the house, and cleaning up afterward. They bring in all the equipment and people they need to get the job done quickly.

I have over an acre of trees on my property and I have come to rely on them for keeping it maintained. The crew is professional and do great work. The communication with them is superb. They dont leave until youre satisfied. Their prices are competitive too. I highly recommend Treescape! They do it right.

I will preface this review by saying Treescape didnt, and wont ever, do any tree work for me! I called and asked to have an estimate done for 3 pin oak trees (very large) on my property to be topped and trimmed. They said they would send someone out later that afternoon. So, a guy arrives, and pulls in my driveway. He gets out of his truck, looks up, and says are those the 3 trees youre wanting done? I said yes sir. He said youre not gonna want to pay for that to be done! ??? Uh....thats why I called. He never said Hi, I am _________ with Treescape or anything to that degree. He looks up, walks toward the back of the property, and says The one is front will be about 3,800, this one about 2,500, and that one about 2,300. I said.....so, about $7,500 for all? Wow! (In amazement) He said yep Have you had any others give an estimate yet? I told him that I had. (And have had 2 more since) His comment was Well if anybody knows what theyre doing, and are licensed and insured, their price should be right in line with that, if not, something isnt right! Thats was pretty much it. About 5 mins, and he left. As of today, (3/24) I have had 4 estimates completed. Because I know the repercussions of NOT hiring a licensed, insured service, I had made sure to ask that before anyone comes out. Had any said No that would have been the end of the deal. Here are the estimates I received from the other 3. $2,400...... $2,700....and $2,800. (In comparison to $7,500 from Treescape) Notice anything about those estimates? I called to let them know my displeasure with the man that came out. Shortly thereafter, he called back to ask what he did wrong. I explained to him what he had done, and explained that it was poor customer service, and a terrible practice of business ethics. (Or, lack thereof) He offered an apology, I refused to accept, and explained that if he was to come back and offer to do each of the trees for $1 per tree, I would deny the offer. I also told him, that I could buy the company he worked for, and the first thing I would do would be FIRE HIM! After all of this, he told me he was in fact the owner of the company. That only confirmed to me, part of the reason I was talked to in the manner that I was.

Wow!!! These guys are the real deal, when they say experts they mean it. 1. Got to the house twenty minute early and expalined everything in simple english. 2. As a just because when they got finished they cleaned my gutters :0), who does that. I explained that the one tree filled all the gutters on my two story house and I was going clean them; they just did it for me. 3. There was a little depression in my yard under the fence; they filled it and tamped it. This was after they cut down a forty foot or so tree. Great service at a fair price. Nice friendly people.
