Rivas Edge in Gardner

Reasonable prices, good company to work with... Will use this winter same as last. Landscaped property during summer also.

Plowed, and have done other snow services this past winter. Great company and reliable. Had my propert cleaned and ready for residents to leave in morning and during storms.

My exact words when I saw the work that was done for our snow removal was "Awesome" and I truly mean it. they did a wonderful job. Their prices were very reasonable, in fact with the amount of snow we got, some people might take that as an opportunity to take advantage of people, but not them , I was pleasantly surprised with what we were charged.Ray and Ashley were both easy to work with , they were professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the job they did , and highly recommend using Rivas Edge.

Not pleased with snow shoveling service. They want me to take down my review saying it’s false, but I have messages on my phone. Yes I did not ask them to salt BUT it’s should be common sense to do so without me asking. They said I didn’t ask them for this service. I asked them to remove snow from sidewalk and it should be common sense to remove snow completely adhering to City of Gardner, but they’re saying I didn’t ask for this. I shouldn’t need to ask a snow removal company to adhere to city guidelines! They repeatedly ask me to take down my review in return they would refund me. I don’t want a refund! I want good service! I don’t care about the money! I do not care if they don’t refund me. I will keep my review up to show what kind of people they are! They keep saying I’m falsifying my review, but I have proof I have messages on my phone, but yet they keep saying I’m falsifying my review. There is no reason for me to falsify my review I’m not asking for money back I already paid them even though they keep trying to refund me. I am just trying to be a Good Samaritan. Stop lying and saying my review is fake!

Ashley and her team have been nothing but helpful and understanding. Their work is absolute. I have Ashely on one of my Cumberland farms in Pepperell MA for snow and I know I found my permit vendor. The work and professionalism will speak for it self.
