This company is used by the apartment complex in which I reside. They completely butcher the landscape everywhere on the property. They cut down all the plants until it is almost impossible to tell what type of plant it should be. The entire complex looks like a barren, muddy, ugly mess. Sadly, it used to look beautiful until this company was hired to completely dig up every plant that was growing (!) and replant the property. After several years, the plants are smaller and more frail than when they were originally planted. Many have died due to the weekly butchering. I can only assume that this was the cheapest company apartment management could find. So sad.
I cancelled all my accounts with this company, I left Tyler Dickson their VP voice mail and emails to call me back to resolve my problems but he never called me back.
