So this company needs to work on customer relations because twice they came without even telling us they were coming. The first time we were on vacation! They never discussed with us how many times we wanted them to come or any specific date. They just showed up when they felt like it and sent a bill. We have dogs and they are in the backyard at certain times throughout the day so we needed them to let us know so we could bring them in. We paid full price for the first time they only cut the front and never came back to do the back. The second time they did it i told them we were not paying full price for a job that was half done and that it had already happened once before. Well we received NO response whatsoever when I told them this. They just stopped coming to mow the yard. No call, no apologies for the horrible customer service. At first I gave this place a great review until all of this happened and now I am changing it because I feel like it was not right the way they handled the situation.

They always mow the lawn the day they are scheduled to and they always do a great job! Matt is easy to get in touch with and will update me ASAP if he needs to change the date. Highly recommend!
