I've Been using Naturescape for a few years now for lawn treatments and mosquitoe control and overall was satisfied with their service. Normally their customer service has been great and in a timely fashion. I don't know what has happened to local branch in Galesburg Michigan recently but very frustrated with them currently. I can't get a manager to return a phone call to me after a whole week. They sent a technician out on Tuesday morning who agreed there was issues with the lawn that needed to be addressed and he would take pictures and forward them to the manager and the manager would call me with a resolution plan. Here we are Friday evening and I have called several times for the manager to call me back and still no call back. I'm not sure what happened to their customer service and customer satisfaction
I am sad to say this company has disappointed me and my family. They mowed our lawn beautifully and I reviewed it that way. They sent a bill and I paid it that day. Then suddenly they stopped. I contacted after 2 weeks and they said it was dry out. I told them we water our lawn. They said they would be out the next week. We didnt see them by Wednesday so I contacted them and they said it would be by Friday. Friday at 3:45 nobody so I called they said they are still coming out. No show. I have contacted them twice now and no response. Very disappointed.
I have been using Naturescape for years for my lawn care needs. Shawn and Chris have always been great to work with as they always take good care of their customers. Braden is often the service person that comes out to treat the yard, and he does a phenomenal job. He takes great care in treating the lawn as if it was his own. They are happy to take the time to do a walkthrough with the customer to pinpoint any issues, and educate the customer in what is going on and the best ways to treat those spots moving forward. They do this because they truly want the lawn to be healthy and look its best, and in no way are simply trying to push for more service revenue. They put the customer first, with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. They come back to treat anything that pops back up for free, and have always been very professional and pleasant to work with. I will go with no other lawn service than Naturescape. An easy 5 stars. I 100% recommend them for your lawn care needs.
The whole process was very easy. I talked to Kendolyn, she took the information and we were set. The technician came, sprayed and no mosquitoes. It’s wonderful to be able to sit outside.
Returned my call promptly after plow truck broke down. Gave me a great price on a half mile long driveway and was willing to be here within hours. Did nice work in and out quick!
Have used 3 other lawn service companies that service Schoolcraft, MI over the last 20 years prior to changing to Naturescape in 2023. Absolutely the best lawn service we have experienced. Our lawn has never looked better. They also problem solved and resolved some issues that the others mis-diagnosed. Highly recommend these folks!!!
We have had NatureScape take care of our lawn for several years. Everyone we deal with is polite and professional. And they respond to any issues immediately. Ryan does our mowing and he does a fantastic job, every week. He is always polite and personable. He goes the extra mile to be sure we are happy.
After several years of having Naturescape service our lawn I have lost faith in their company. We still have more weeds than I think we should, and their mowing service hurries through the mowing and do a very subpar job of trimming and cleanup.

This company is awesome and they stand by their contract! We live in the woods where mosquitos are thick and we couldnt survive our beautiful summers outdoors without them!

Seemed great to start ended up starting a month later, Paid for the whole season for mosquito spraying and was told that it would get us an additional spraying at the end of the season to which I was informed we would have to pay an additional amount since it was over 21 days since the last spray. Unbelievable, will look elsewhere next season

We have utilized Naturescapes services for over 3 years now. We are extremely pleased with the results of their recommendations. Our lawn is healthy, beautifully green and we are able to enjoy our yard without the damage from moles and shrews. The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. They show concern for my animals and always make sure the dogs are not allowed unto a treated lawn until it is safe. Chris and Ryan have answered our questions and we have followed their advice as to watering and mowing our lawn. This is the first year we have had our lawn sprayed for mosquitos because they were so bad. I am super impressed with Nature Scape!! They were out ASAP after we called and did a great job. I have been using Naturescape for their mosquito applications for the past three or four years and I absolutely love it, I never have to worry about mosquitoes in my yard. They have always been professional and courteous.
First time using their service and I am wondering why it took me so long to do so. 15 days after the first mosquito treatment, I saw a couple of them in the back yard. I called and they came out to spray as a courtesy - GREAT Customer Service! Second application just applied on schedule (even after your courtesy spray). We enjoy our mosquito free yard for the first year since living here. THANK YOU

This company is awesome! Weve been having some lawn problems with the hot, dry summers weve had for years now, so we cancelled the lawn company we had used for many many years, and tried Naturescape. When we called Naturescape about our concerns, the owner himself came, diagnosed the problems, and is addressing them! Turns out we have sod webworms, red thread, and dollar spots, something the previous lawn company we used for years never addressed. The employees on phone or in person are courteous, super friendly, and always take the time to answer any questions we may have. They have the old fashioned values I thought were gone! I repeat, this is company is awesome!

I would have to say they are the best when it comes to customer service and quality of work. We are 99% mosquito free and are on our 3rd year of using them. 100% using them again next year too.
