I recently moved to Gainesville and the yard could best described as a jungle. There were years of accumulating drying leaves, vines growing everywhere... weeds... debris tossed in the yard, a wood shelter for fire logs that was rotting and an inviting habitat for snakes and other unwelcomed wild mammals. In addition, the gate would not pull to, let alone close...I googled yard cleanup and after reading each companys reviews, I contacted 5 different companies. All had excellent reviews. Theo was neither the least or most expensive. His pricing was fair. Right from our first conversation on the phone to coming to do the estimate to the completion of the job, Theo was professional, polite, and enthusiastic. He sent me a typed and detailed written estimate. Theo and his team of workers more than earned the 5 star rating I awarded. The yard is now free from all debris, weeds, rotting wood shelter, and the gate was rehung and fixed so it now closes. Theo and his team did such a Stellar job that I hired Theo to take care of my yard on a regular basis. My experience with this company is completely positive!

You have a skewed sense of customer service. Please move on - find the next guy to rip off - and stop your harassing calls to my phone. I call Theo at the end of every season for major yard clean ups and he has always been professional, quick to respond, fast, and easy to work with. His pricing is also fair and hes very honest about what he thinks would be most helpful for your particular yards layout and set up. Some of the work he has done for me included a significant amount of mulching, weeding, pulling down vines, spraying, and clearing out tons of annoying invasive mimosa trees among some giant philodendrons I own. Even with such big jobs after a summer of tons of growth in the yard, Theo gets the whole yard looking trimmed up and perfect in a day or two. He is FAST and can really be relied on. Not only that, but he works very hard to make sure your yard gets thoroughly cleaned up and picture perfect.

Theo really pulled me out of a jam. I had about 1/2 acre newly sown perennial rye which I had given a chance to grow healthily to about ten inches, in places twelve, and it needed cutting, the painters were coming the next day. It was already past 3pm and he couldnt do it that day, nor actually the next. Nonetheless, he promised to come that day after his last job and promptly arrived at five and proceeded to get the job done without interruping the painters, as the first day they simply set up and pressure wash. SAVED ME. Thank you.

Please do not give yourself the trouble of hiring and paying for this company. Theo claims to provide excellent lawn care service but in reality provides average lawn care. He needed a reminder to please edge the walkway from time to time despite significant overgrowth. During the winter months he started skipping coming twice a month thinking he could get away with charging me for two times when he only came once monthly. He got irritated when I asked for the dates he came so I could check the security cameras. This is dishonest. I always pay for the work done even if I m not totally pleased, but this was a deal breaker for me.

Theo was amazing! I called him about coming out to mow our overgrown yard, he scheduled with me for the next morning (a Saturday!)! He arrived on time, and did an a amazing job of mowing, edging and finished by blowing everything off! In addition, he was super polite and seems to take pride in his work!
