Today we had our first service by Benjamín. I can not acclaim him high enough. We have lived in Florida for 20 years. We have never had a lawn tech service our lawn like Benjamin did. 1 3/4 hrs of attention to our yard. He is truly a professional. He knowns his business and willing to answer our questions. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with Evergreen.

Had someone lie saying they worked for this company. I went to speak with the boss great guy very professional help me sort it out.

Excellent service all around from scheduling to completion. Doug, Diane and his team were amazing to work with. The 2 men that did my extensive yard clean up were thorough, polite and left no trace that they were even there. Also had pressure washing done and they made sure every inch my house and pavement were spotless. I would highly recommend and will be using them again!!

I no longer employ this company they were good for a while until the crew stopped doing the basic work that I was still being charged for. It s apparent too many companies fail to succeed with turn over of individuals who just don t rise to the level of more than standard work. Sometimes this is not a reflection of ownership and sometimes the lead of the crew is just as bad as the crew and doesn t keep up with what clients requests are for the property. Original post 5 stars: On my 3rd attempt to find a lawn care company I was blessed with finding Doug and Diane Scianimanico of Evergreen Lawn Care. Their company provides more than just cutting of grass and trimming of the bushes. Their attention to detail and meticulous nature are what makes them successful. Ask Doug about design and landscaping. I gave him a small example of what I needed for one of my rentals and he provided me with more than what I had hoped for. They go above and beyond to ensure the work is completed to my satisfaction and charge a fair price. Not once do I ever need to send follow up emails or call after a first contact. Diane and/or Doug respond, if not in the same business day, the next day. One of the things I love about them is I never have to be concerned that my properties are not being cared for because I know they treat them like their own. As a busy professional I need to know that my rentals are well taken care of and I have found that with Evergreen. And not just my rentals but my primary residence when I need it. I drive by to check on the properties as all owners do to ensure the tenants are caring for the property. Not once have I seen the lawn or bushes in a disarray. Having Evergreen as my company of choice is one that I would recommend for anyone needing the same professional lawn and customer care. Doug you can never move away! :-)

I had a really good experience working with Evergreen Lawn Care. Diane in their scheduling office was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Doug was very quick to come to the house, assess the job, and generate an estimate. The crew kept to the schedule they had outlined and did an amazing job. I really enjoyed working with everyone and the yard looks great!

I recommend Evergreen with 5 stars. I have used them now for several large projects at my home (complete sod install in yard, paver brick installation, yard clean-up, tree cut down) and each time I am impressed with their work. They show up on time and complete the projects in a timely manner. The very first time I used them, I got quotes from several lawn companies to cut down a large branch off a very tall tree in my yard and Evergreen was the cheapest. I ve been so impressed with them since, I have hired them for multiple other projects & I m glad I did. Communication with Diane (who coordinates project schedules and billing) has been easy and quick and most of all--very accommodating. Doug is so extremely friendly, and I enjoyed talking with him. I love that they are a family-owned business. My yard looks awesome. I have a few other projects that I am wanting to do within the next year, and I will definitely be hiring Evergreen again.

The owners are OK, but the people they employ are unprofessional. I have used their services for about 3 years and the people they employ have been more and more careless and irresponsible, they damaged my wooden gate and did not report it to their office. They rolled over Amazon package envelopes left in my yard, did not say a word about it until I found them crushed in the grass. Part of the job was to blow the right side of the house, takes them 1 -2 minutes to do; they often did not do it. I have been patient until today when I came home and found my door and porch covered with a pile of dirt. I am terminating their services. I rent my house and it is not an expensive property; perhaps it is the problem...This property is seen as not very important in the eyes of the crew.

Doug and his team are great to work with. They show up when they say they will, do a high quality of work and are very efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

Doug and his crew is the best bush trimmers around. They sure know how to whack a bush.

My associates and I were having an issue finding someone to help clean up a set of rather large greenhouses. We reached out to several businesses and no one was interested in doing the job for us, that is until we got in touch with Evergreen Lawn Care. Doug came out rather quickly to our location and quoted the job. Then it wasnt long after we agreed to hire him and his crew, that he set up dates to complete the task. Evergreen Lawn Care arrived on time, adhered to our guidelines we set for the job, and completed the job faster than we had hoped it would be completed. The clean up we hired Evergreen Lawn Care to do is annual and so going forward we will continue to use their services.

Doug showed up on time to give me an estimate for lawn care. He was unmasked and not vaccinated. When I asked him if he d would please wear a mask, he said he didn t have one. His attitude reflects the policies of Evergreen, whether that IS their policy or not. During these unprecedented times, I find it incredibly irresponsible for a company to send out employees without face coverings. I am not commenting on Doug s decision to be vaccinated, but when it comes to customer interaction, personal safety matters.

This review is about the lack of Professionalism and disregard for my personal property. After agreeing to allow Evergreen to Service my Property I had to make several attempts to try and find out exactly when to expect their team out to Service the Property. This was after several attempts to speak with someone in the Office. The Morning I was able to speak with the Foreman the team was Showing up to Service my Home. After damaging an extension cord and bring it to my attention I directed the foreman on the job not to worry about it. A few days later on Sunday Afternoon, I went out to enjoy my Patio and use the Patios Deep Fryer, Large Screen TV, lights and Cable. Nothing Worked. Upon researching, I discovered a second extension cord severed and clearly visible damage. Upon taking pictures, repairing the secondary extension cord, I wrote an email to EverGreen regarding my discovery and damage. Please note, while the team Serviced my Property I purchased Lunch for the team and gave everyone refreshments while they worked. The Office advised me that the damage issue was something I would need to speak with the Foreman about. Upon his return to my home. He dismissed my concern, question me not calling him directly and completely did not appreciate my business. When I realized that I was under appreciated I immediately discontinued doing business with Unprofessional, unappreciative Businesses. I would not recommend EverGreen to anyone for Services at all.

Evergreen Lawn Services provided total services of yard cleanout, mulching, tree trimming, new planting, old brick paver removal and overall landscaping for my Daughter s home in Haile. They did a super job! The estimate was fair, the team showed up on time and they all worked very hard and took obvious pride in the outcome. I recommend them very highly for any residence landscaping and lawn care needs!

Doug was great to deal with on two complicated jobs. Will continue to use in the future.

Country and Derrick did an amazing job - cleaned up debris that had been lurking and mostly ignored for quite some time.

I met multiple people employed by Evergreen throughout the process of installing irrigation and sod in my backyard and I have nothing but praise for everyone that came out. JT was my main contact and he was both professional and extremely hard working. Every concern that I had was addressed and fixed as quickly as possible. Even on the last day of the sod installation, Colton, Will and David worked quickly to get the work done and then spent time with me going over tips and recommendations on how to make the rest of my landscaping blend in with the new sod. I have been continually impressed with the amount of time each employee takes to ensure customer satisfaction and I will absolutely recommend and use Evergreen again in the future.

This is MY Landscape Company!! What does that mean, I mean I dont actually own the place, Doug and Diane do. What it means is...We will keep coming back to them for our landscaping needs. We have used Evergreen for our yard work for a couple years now, I couldnt see using anybody else. Evergreen has an awesome crew. Doug and Diane are very responsive to any emails or phone calls . They are ready to answer any questions and even change plans mid-stream if you need to. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for any of their services. Thanks Evergreen. I contacted Evergreen Lawn Care to do a major clean-up job on my property to bring back the property to serviceable condition. I also asked them to do pressure-washing of the house and sidewalks, tree service, and mulching. I had many questions and had frequent contact with their office manager who pleasantly, efficiently, and conscientiously provided answers. I was so pleased with the quality of the work that they did, that I engaged them to do regular bi-weekly service. Furthermore, I was impressed with the teamwork demonstrated by the people who were sent to service the yard and house; I also appreciated the ability of the team members to relate to me and to discuss with me what they were doing without sacrificing the efficiency and quality of their work. I give 5/5 stars to the crew who did the major clean-up job; I give 5/5 stars to the crew who carefully and conscientiously did the power-washing of my limestone brick house; and I give 5/5 stars to the crew who is performing the regularly-scheduled bi-weekly service on my lawn. I definitely recommend Evergreen Lawn Care.

Showed up on time and immediately got to work after speaking with me quick to ensure what needed to be done. Finished fast and effective and I am very pleased with the work ethic. They quoted me an extremely reasonable price for what I needed done and fit me in the next day so I was able to treat my lawn for fleas and ticks. Highly recommend their services.

The Evergreen crew came out to my place this week and did a yard clean up. JT and his crew did a fantastic job of making our place look like a home again. I really appreciated JT talking to me first about some expectations before I left for the day. When I came home I was impressed. They really do great work and I will definitely use them again for my many other landscaping needs.

I originally hired Evergreen for a simple gutter cleaning, then realized that they also did the landscaping that I was in the market for as well. The job was a fairly big one owing to some serious clean-up that was required before moving on to the cosmetics, and it was complicated by some bad weather that made multiple visits necessary. In the end, though, they did a fine job and I intend to sign them up for monthly maintenance work to keep my yard looking good. I would not hesitate to recommend Evergreen to my friends and, in fact, have already done so to several neighbors who told me how impressed they were with how my lawn looks now.

Doug and Diane are great to work with and JT and Charles did a fine job removing my sod. Despite the hot weather they took time to clean up the area after their work was done. Very pleased with the job!

We hired Evergreen Lawn Care for a seasonal cleanup that we never get to. Doug came out to give us an estimate on trimming our crepe myrtles. We have 14 trees of various sizes. He opted to actually do the job right then rather than set up another appointment! I now have clean crepe myrtles, at the right time in the season. He also hauled away the debris. This company is professional and I loved the fast service. Will use them again!

We have used Evergreen Lawn care a while now after searching through many, I must say their courteous staff affordable rates and genuine people on their staff are 2nd to none the owners are amazing and run an amazing honest trustworthy company I never have to worry about my lawn, my fence being left open for a chance my puppies could get out ! And their jobs are always 100% leaf blowing edging etc. they do it all I have neighbors all the time tell me how pretty our front yard looks well kept and very neat !! Their staff will even stack up branches and twigs for waste mgmt to dispose it is hard to find honest reliable services and people of this magnitude myself and my husband could not be more pleased !! Evergreen always does a great job of our one and a half acres of lawn. We also asked them to remove the old mulch on our large driveway and replace it with mulch chips. They did an excellent job.

The service has been outstanding. In the first appointment Doug came and cleaned up my garden, and ever since the whole place has been kept immaculate. The service is reliable, of the highest quality, I can very easily pay online every month (it only takes 30 seconds), and three times a year I have the hedges done. My garden looks great, and since I do not need to worry about the lawn or the hedges I have more time to tend to my trees and flower beds. Evergreen Lawn Care is very highly recommended.

The crew does a thorough job and even do extra things for me like trim down a dead looking plant during the spring so it can re-sprout and pick up debris around the yard for free and without me having to ask. If I request that they do something extra while theyre on the job, they do it with a smile. Doug and Diane are also very courteous and they definitely do more necessary to please their customers. They always address my concerns with a well fix it for you asap no questions asked attitude no matter what the problem is. Ive been working in customer service and have supervised people for 12 years and I can tell that Evergreens customer service is as good as it gets. Im away most of the day and I love that I can pay online and whatever service or estimate request I need can be emailed and Diane always get back with a good answer very quickly. I dont have to deal with making appointment hassle.

Evergreen has taken care of me beautifully for the last three years! Basic lawn maintenance and tree trimming, Ive been in rental properties so not much landscaping to speak of, but they are reliable, thorough, clean, respectful, and always attentive to my needs! Their online billing portal could not be easier, and Diane and Doug are always quick to respond to email and a pleasure to deal with! I never had to ask twice to get something taken care of. Rates were very reasonable on my student budget. Id recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Evergreen has been maintaining two of our properties for the past year. They show up at the appointed time and do a thorough job in a short amount of time. They do more than just mow the grass, they also edge the beds and blow off the patios. It looks great when they are done. They are polite and respond well to direction. Weve been using Evergreen for several years now and they ALWAYS do a professional job. We know we can count on them to ensure our lawn is well taken care of. Today, as an example, when Spencer, Glen and AJ were doing our yard we asked them to take care of some trimming (wed been gone for awhile and they didnt want to trim some of the plants without permission) and they took care of this immediately. Another great thing about Evergreen is that if anything does happen to occur out of the ordinary they will take care of it. They inadvertently cut the thermostat wire to the outside air conditioning unit and Diana immediately paid the bill when I brought it to her attention.

I have known Doug and Diane of Evergreen for many years. When I purchased my current home I needed lawn maintenance for the quarter acre lot. For a few years now Thursdays have been a favorite of mine because that is the day when the Evergreen crew comes. The smell and look of the fresh cut grass and having the leaves off my walkways, drive and deck is a pleasure, especially since I don t have to do it. Absolutely amazing!!! I had the most wonderful experience. The crew did exactly what I envisioned. My yard was, and Im not exaggerating, a total mess. The house we live in was a foreclosure and there was years of neglect. We had leaves everywhere, piled up for years, everything was overgrown and a disgrace to the neighborhood. The whole crew came by and in a flash my yard was transformed to a clean, natural, beautiful place. I pulled up to the house and just looked in amazement of the potential that the yard had. I have been waiting for a quote. I got one call then nothing after that. I will hire another company. If you are too busy then call and say something. You never know when you will lose business and need more customers.

Evergreen Lawn Service pressure washed our walkway and decks. Excellent service! Removed 3 years of dirt and grime.

We are moving and our yard need sprucing. Our yard is more of a wild/natural look without any grass. I didnt know what was even needed, but Doug did and it is amazing. Doug was excellent to work with. He was professional and had excellent communication when there was a rain delay. Our yard is now a tame/natural yard with a visible house rather than the shrubbery and branches hiding it. Wish we had done this sooner and enjoyed it for ourselves. Thanks Doug!
