We have a rock garden in the front of our place and we have pine straw where we do not have rocks we do not have any leaves at the front of our house nowhere not even in the grass because we keep it blown out personally ourselves and raked up . To come home and to have leaves blown up into your house between the storm door and the main door is ridiculous and to actually have it blown so hard that you have trash and debris in your house and your welcome mat is flipped over is ridiculous

We are the Hilton Hotel in Ocala FL. We have been using Lawn Enforcement for as far I can remember even before I joined the Hilton Team myself. They are truly the best lawn service I have ever haad to deal with and I had many. There is nothing they would not do to make things write on our property. On time, professional and flexible. Their work speaks for it self. Mike the owner and Jared our rep have always gone above and beyond for us. I could go on forever but I think my words have already stated the 5 star work they do. Our 3 palm trees were looking pretty bad, especially after the cold winter we just had. I talked to James and they were able to come take care of them that same day. They filled a trailer with dead palm leaves and left our trees looking beautiful!

Lawn Enforcement Agency comes out every week. This past week was a bit different. I was out of town for the day. I came home and let my fur baby outside and noticed her leash and collar were gone. Tears were instant for me. The collar was the same collar I rescued my dog with, so it means so much. I walked the perimeter of my backyard and found the stake and clip for the leash. I was even more upset. No one said anything. Where was my dogs leash and collar? I called the agency at 545pm and sadly they were closed. I knew they opened at 8am. I called and left another message. After doing about an hour of work, I called again and talked to the very kind receptionist. I told her I know it may not mean a big deal to her, but that collar was everything to me. She told me she would get with the account manager and get back with me. Around 2pm, the same day, a gentleman name Gary called. He informed that one of the guys got the leash caught in the mower by accident. While they were unraveling the leash, it slipped their minds to knock on the door, etc. (They are humans, working in hot 90° weather while trying to undo a 30ft leash from their mower.) He told me that he wanted to replace the leash and collar. I stated that replacement of the leash was okay, but no need to replace the collar. He stated he was hunting down the collar and would be in touch. About an hour later, I had a knock at my door. Gary showed up with the collar in hand and the new leash. Everyone around me thought the collar was gone and tossed. It was broken, but the absolute most important thing was I had it back. I didnt care how. I just knew I had it in my hands. It was sooooo kind of him to replace the leash. About 30 min after Gary left, Harry called me personally to apologize. It makes me happy to know that I communicated how important the collar was and not one person in the agency took it lightly. Gary, Harry, and the receptionist (Im sorry, I dont remember her name) thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for not taking it lightly. Thank you for retrieving the collar, but also, thank you so much for communicating with me about a situation that upset me. It doesnt go unnoticed and that kind of customer service and communication is what everyone needs. See you guys next week.

Lawn Enforcement has been servicing my lawn for 2 years & I am extremely satisfied with their work. Very professional, always do a remarkable job & if you need anything extra they are happy to oblique.

We had landscaping with irrigation and a fire pit installed. Joseph communicated every step of the process and got things completed under a tight schedule. We really enjoyed working with everyone and really love how it all turned out.

This company completed a huge landscape project at my house and now won t return any phone calls for months on end to correct mistakes they made. Don t waste your money

I have no idea what went down the hill with this company. We used their excellence services back in 2016 now we hired them again this year 2023. They come in a rush, they only mowed half part of my yard. I keep calling they never call back. If they can t keep up with the demand then why even bother in getting more customers ? Maybe I need to look somewhere else.

Lawn Enforcement Agency (LEA) is an absolutely horrible service! Do not use! They routinely ignore/skip contracted service such as treating weeds, trimming hedges, and the mowing service itself. In the recent past they skipped mowing every other week for four weeks straight pretending that they had provided service by just showing up briefly and then immediately leaving before doing any work. On many occasions we specifically asked the foreman to do a specific job (e.g., treat weeds), they say OK and then leave without doing it. This has happened so many times! This is a completely unreliable service. When I complained LEA summarily cancelled my service after not mowing for two weeks just prior to when we were going on vacation. I had to quickly hire a new contractor to take over. LEA s service managers are horrible, most recently Dennis B., who did not respond to emails and/or calls. LEA has killed many of our plants by spraying Roundup in our plant beds to kill weeds, which I have told them repeatedly NOT TO DO. In all they killed at least three robellini plants worth about $200 each, two dianthus plants, two oleander plants, and a sago palm plus they overbilled us for about $200 for work not performed. I will make a complaint and claim to the Better Business Bureau. Do not believe any rebuttal they make here!

Just saw this company blowing debris onto Archer Road . Leaves and trash should be picked up rather than blowing into the street which would end up in the storm drain potentially clogging it creating flooding when it rains. Very unprofessional! It s pretty much littering which is not to LAW abiding.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Lawn Enforcement for their work!! I see yall around almost everywhere. This company has really cleaned up some properties!!

This company is paid by my HOA to maintain my neighborhood. I can t speak to their landscape design/installation services, but as a yard maintainance company they are either completely untrained or incredibly unprofessional. I ve done landscaping/yard maintainance work, and they break basic lawn care rules like using the wrong size mower on little yards, quickly turning on grass (grinding wear-spots in the lawn), driving muddy tires on driveways/sidewalks, and leaving hedge trimmings on the bushes and strewn about the flower bed for home-owners to clean up. They have no concept for how to trim a bush/shrub into anything other than an amorphous blob, which could be excused if they respected requests to be on no-cut, no-trim lists (x3) but they don t, they just keep trespassing on my property, ruining my lawn and shrubs, and leaving the mess for me to clean up. LEA, this is notice that I plan to call the police next time your crew steps foot on my property.

Literally the email I sent requesting they cancel my contract: You failed to provide service for approx 3 weeks. You keep saying each week on multiple days you will provide service. To date still no service. To date you failed/refused to communicate an accurate date of service or respond to my requests at all. You failed to provide billing on numerous requests via email, phone. Then last week I get a collections call from you stating Im refusing to pay my bill & your representative wants to come to my home to collect. I explained again, I needed my statements to pay them & requested my billing statements, which you provided with an incorrect service adress. Once the correct billing statements were provided I paid in full that same day. Im seriously unhappy. All this time, energy & effort over cutting grass. No, absolutely not. Your inaction, failure to provide any service, failure to communicate a date of service, failure to communicate my requests, failure to provide timely & accurate billing statements, is unacceptable, unprofessional & in violation of our contract. Due to the above experience I wish to cancel our contract effective immediately. I understand your contract states I must provide 4 weeks notice upon cancelation, however this is the 3rd week you failed to provide/communicate a service date so, I request to terminate our contact today 8/22/22

I used Lawn Enforcement Agency as we were getting our property ready to sell. They did not come out on the agreed upon date and when I called to ask them to come out prior to our list date, they came out but did not provide services we reviewed in our estimate and that they said were completed. This included not cutting the backyard, not picking up leaves/debris, and not trimming low hanging limbs (all of which we discussed during the estimate and were included on the estimate). I had to take pictures and follow up with our account manager several times to beg to get them to come back out and complete the work without our week window. They had two individuals come out the last day and barely completed the leaf clean up. After this I expressed my concerns to the account manager as all the services on our estimate were not provided and were not fulfilled. They still sent me an invoice for the entire estimate. I would not recommend them for anyone looking to have timely or correct services done.

The absolute worst customer service. They told me they could only come today, I asked for other days in the afternoon, they said today at 11am, period Then THEY cancel.Made me waste my day(took time off work). Rescheduled without my authorization.

While trimming shrubs in front yard, crew accidentally cut the cord to security light. Lawn Enforcement had no problem replacing the fixture.

I was recommended to use this service by my neighbor. But after 3 days of no call back for a quote. I called. Sat on hold for 10 minutes. Forget it. I have a feeling they may be going ouy of business. Why else would they not be looking for new business?

Called three times over the past several weeks to get an estimate on building a retaining wall. No one has ever called me back.

This company started out amazing. They are not cheap but did an excellent job so I did not mind paying. They were the company that maintained the lawn of a model home that I purchased and I wanted to keep up the same level of quality so I continued to use their services paying in full for the entire year. The first year was great. The manager at the time Rob was extremely professional, responsive, and gave results. He was concerned about his clients and their care. Rob left the company and immediately I noticed a change! My lawn began to decline and I immediately contacted the main office in gainesville and got no where. I called several times asking for the manager to return my calls and no return call! I finally spoke to the manager who assured me she would contact the owner and get him in contact with me and I waited several weeks with no contact. Finally I was contacted by the new area manager who kept making false promises about the owner himself coming to my property to see the damage and come up with a plan. This took months and finally (after many demands) the owner contacted me and emailed me a plan of action that was supposed to happen weeks ago and I am still waiting. Now he does not return phone calls or emails and is never at the main office. I pay for all types of services (insecticide, fertilization, irrigation, lawn mowing, shrub care) which is all a la carte and have ONLY received lawn mowings in the recent months (which has even been mediocre). I paid for services I did NOT receive and after months of trying to remedy the situation with this company I finally called this morning to cancel services and they did not even care! I was not asked what they could do to keep me as a customer or anything. They have my money for services I didnt receive and future services and were all too comfortable with me canceling my services. I would NOT recommend this company at this point to anyone bc they owner Mike obviously does not value good customers.

Ordinarily I ve been impressed with work they do in my neighborhood and how friendly they are wen I walk my dog but today, I parked my brand new (Had it 2 whole days) BMW at Butler Plaza and returned to my vehicle in time to see their lawn crew carelessly spraying the entire left side of my car from nose to tail with wet grass clippings and sand. They even covered the front grill, hood and windshield with debris. I mean the car was covered. That took effort to so thoroughly Mess it up. I called The company and the receptionist didn t know who I should Speak to so I left a message with the equipment maintenance Mgr thinking they should have some kind of shield that prevents clippings from spraying cars when they are cutting grass in a parking lot for crying out loud. I got no response. Boo. Bad form. I have video too and the workers photographs. They should be fired.

They destroyed our driveway cracked it in over a dozen places and abandoned their equipment on our property for weeks. When we tried in good faith to have them repair the driveway, they made a show like they would (had a paver come out and give a quote) then ultimately refused to repair anything and had their lawyer email us as an intimidation tactic.

We had irrigation department fix soon to be ours houses irrigation system. After several calls, they finally called me to schedule the service. I was a little irritated at first. A guy came and fixed problems, but I was not present. He told my realtor that he would give me a follow up call. I waited several days, but still no call from him. Thus, I called back and was told that the irrigation department was just going to call me. I can tell that they are very busy. Anyway, they explained the work the guy had done and was going to send me the invoice. At that time, I was not impressed by their service, feel neglected. Several days later, I noticed there is one more leak. I called them again to schedule the repair. This time, the irrigation department was really nice. They said sorry and they would fix it for me right away at no charge. This time, I was able to meet a guy from the irrigation department, Cory, I think. He is very nice and patient. He answered all my questions related to the irrigation system and showed me how to fix the drip line. I would recommend them for repair irrigation system but be aware it is the busy season for them now. It might take a while to schedule the service. Update: Later I got another invoice. So the fix is not free. Cory did not communicate with me reahead of time. Besides, there were more broken heads found by four seasons irrigation. Thus, lawn enforcement did not do a thorough job. I would not recommend them.

They can serve your needs large or small. Mike, the owner is very good at what he does. They are professionals. They do outside kitchens and Pools! One stop shop.

Ive had several workers from Lawn Enforcement become aggressive while driving. One in particular lead me to this review. There was an older lady driving on 75, doing well under the speed limit. Instead of LE worker simply going around her, he got right on her bumper and was waving his arms, yelling and flipping the bird. Ive never used their services, but after this encounter, theres no way I would use them.

Lawn Enforcement did a total back yard renovation for my family. Hardscaping, irrigation, and landscaping. Their prices were reasonable and they came recommended from a local builder that I trust who uses them for all there hardscaping, irrigation, and landscaping. I would give them my 100% recommendation for anyone looking for this type of work. They quoted me a price a stuck to it. There were no hidden charges. Overall, a great experience with them and would 100% use them again for any major outdoor renovations that I need.

We used Lawn Enforcement Agency for a complex project where our existing travertine patio pavers around our pool had to be completely redone. The original company that installed the pavers a few years ago before we purchased the home did a very poor job and there were loose and uneven pavers along with cracks in the coping along the pool edge. After Lawn Enforcement completed the work, the pavers and entire pool look incredible! Their crew was professional, courteous, and finished the project in a timely manner. I recommend their services for any of your hardscape project needs!

Amazing work and great service After Hurricane Irma their main office was out of power for several days but their crews were out the next day clearing businesses and yards. I have a commercial property and they were out the following morning clearing the parking lot so that the tenants could open for business. Then at my house their residential crews came through and not only picked up branches and cleaned up but it doesnt even look like there was a hurricane anymore. The crews that they have are very fast and extremely friendly and customer service oriented. I have used them for my personal and business needs for a while and cant imagine switching. I also use them for projects like tree work and even hardscape. I cant recommend them enough.

Took two months and was shuffled through three different representatives before I got an estimate on cleaning up my back yard. Seems they kept forgetting me! They look professional...logos on the car they use, logos and names on their polo shirts...logos on their business cards....but they dont act professional. Good luck.

Update: Changed from 2 star to 4 stars. The company contacted me after they realized that I slipped through the cracks. They were respectful and apologetic. They offered to do my contract free of charge and finished it the next day. I m satisfied with the result. ------------------ I contacted the company for a quote to remove a tree in my front lawn and some landscaping in the front and backyard. A few days later a gentleman came by and took measurements. He said he will send me a quote in a few days. A week later, I still havent heard anything from them so I contacted the company. They apologized and told me they lost the measurements and sent the same guy to redo the measurements. Both times they are very courteous and professional. He sent me the quote later that night and I told them I wanted to do some of the stuff first (removing the tree and front yard stuff) and the rest later and asked when they can come out. They said in about a week and will get in touch with me. After a month of waiting, no one has come by or contacted me. I sent them an email to see if they are still coming... 2 weeks later still no word. I dont know whats going on over there but Im moving onto another company.

They have been doing all our lawn care for several years. Were really happy with their reliability, attention to detail and the way our lawn has flourished under their care.

We had a patio put in a few years ago. The workers didnt know how to run a large machine they had and put huge gashes in streets asphalt. I wanted a patio with two levels but they informed me they would have to dig diwn too much and recommended a one level patio. When they finished the job (after tearing up my lawn more than expected), my patio was literally more than one foot higher than my grass on most sides! They came back three times with dirt and sod and attempted to fix the issue but it was not resolved and we ended up with issues with uneven water in our lawn. In addition, there was no recommendation made for adding downspouts on our gutters. Our downspout was neglected pushed aside some to accommodate the patio area and we had to go behind them and run a pipe underground and fix this issue. About a year later, we had so many issues with our landscape due to the patio being uneven that we actually hired lawn enforcement again to bring in loads of dirt to level our lawn. We had countless issues here. For example, we sent their truck back twice because they tried to bring sand followed by a cheaper dirt than we ordered. We ended up having a family member stay at our house just to be here to be sure things were getting done as planned. Skipping ahead to now, we have had flooding in our house this year that is without a doubt due to the fact that they laid our pavers almost two inches higher than the foundation of our house! We didnt realize this was our issue until after getting more gutters and considering replacing our back door...etc. Now we have a patio that needs to be taken away and put back after digging down and we also have to replace the wood flooring in our home.

We recently had LEA rennovate our playground at Baby Gator Child Development & Research Center at UF and it could not have gone more smoothly or turned out better. Mike worked with us to give us so much of what we wanted while keeping in our budget. His guys and the guys with Cody West Construction were so great to work with. The quality of work, attention to detail, and response to things we wanted was just wonderful. Even now that the project is finished, if we find something that needs a little tweaking, we have someone out the next day to help us out. I would highly reccomend them! Richard was easy to work with in assessing what needed to be done on our property, wanting to preserve the trees we have without unnecessarily cutting them down. He was fair in the estimate and very responsive when I needed to get in touch with him. The crew did a good job cleaning up after the job.
