From the moment we engaged with them for a quote, their professionalism and dedication were evident. During the quoting process, West Farms stood out by being incredibly engaged and attentive to our needs. They took the time to listen to our ideas and preferences, offering valuable suggestions without ever pressuring us into unnecessary services. In contrast to our experience with other providers, West Farms was prompt and reliable. Another company in the Gainesville area came out to the site and failed to ever respond to our inquiry with a quote or notice they wouldn’t take on the job. West Farms not only reached out promptly but also provided a detailed written quote, demonstrating their commitment to transparency and clear communication. One of the most remarkable aspects of our experience with West Farms was their willingness to accommodate our tight deadline for our wedding. Despite the time constraints, they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was completed to perfection. They leveled the ground, laid mulch, constructed concrete steps, removed a basketball pole, and laid grass with enough time for it to grow in (using rye grass) before the wedding. The transformation of our outdoor space was nothing short of breathtaking. Thanks to West Farms, our outdoor space was transformed into a beautiful setting for our wedding, and everything turned out even better than we could have imagined. We are grateful for their outstanding service. We highly recommend West Farms Landscape and Hardscape to anyone in need of top-notch landscaping and hardscaping services and we plan to use West Farms in the near future for other landscaping projects we have coming up.

I have used West Farms many times. Lawn care, tree removal, storm clean up, and trimming of hedges just to name a few. The thing I most appreciate is how they treat their staff, you see the same people over and over again. In the landscaping industry that is so unique, it really tells me they take care of their team. The quality of the work is top notch I would not use anyone else.

They are amazing, it was like working with your own family. They stay professional at all times and work hard to meet your needs. When storms were coming through Gainesville they were at my location before the rain stopped. I would not use anyone else.

We used West Farms to re-sod our tiny back yard. It was expensive. We had to repeatedly contact them about the fact they had our money and had not scheduled delivery/installation of the sod. When the job was finally done, they did not bother checking back to see how the sod was doing. We contacted them about topdressing the sod and they said they didn't do that. Finally we contacted Masters Lawn Care and had them come take a look. They said the sod needed aerated. When they tried to aerate the sod, it was all coming up because it had not rooted down... after almost a year! With all the problems we have had, I would not recommend this company.

We used West Farms to install an irrigation system on our property.John West and his crew did an outstanding job and finished the job in one day. All the lines were properly installed, purged,and pressure tested with multiple spigots installed and mounted securely to fence posts. All in all West farms was great to work with and we will use them again for future projects.

Update 5-25-2023 I needed a company to provide lawn maintenance. Again, Westfarms exceeds all expectations. Easy to reach, polite staff, awesome quotes. I’m so happy with their work, will prob keep the lawn service permanently. They do everything for your yard, including bushes, etc. Already goin to have them refresh my mulch. I really couldn’t ask for a better group of folks. They follow thru and do great job. Thank you Westfarms! —————————- Update one year and a half later...... Pool pavers look awesome, as well as the retainer wall. Adding a couple pics of the pool pavers and retainer wall. I liked Westfarms' professionalism and work so much, I decided to have another section paved outside my pool area in my backyard. Just finished. I also provided a pic of the new paver patio with steps. What an awesome job they did!!! John was in touch with his crew the entire time, as they knew exactly what and how to accomplish. Thank you to everyone at Westfarms that helped make this project so successful. Definitely will go back to Westfarms for some of their other services. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If I could give Nick and his entire team a hundred stars- I would do so!! Nick was very specific in keeping me updated, working with Tremron to deliver the pavers, as well as scheduling the actual install. John even jumped into the pool with a snorkel and got out as most of the debris. Did the pool get dirty?...yes...so what? That's what a filter, pump, human brushing the pool, manual vacuum, etc. does. I actually maintain my own pool water. The detail and attention given to my project all showed their professionalism and art work!! They also helped me get the pavers sealed afterwards, which made them look even better. I plan to provide some pics of their work soon. I'm even thinking about having Westfarms come back and add a new paver deck outside my pool enclosure for me. I have the best pool pavers in my subdivision. Thank you Westfarms, team, and all of the guys that accomplished the paver installation/sealing!!

I don't recommend them to level and seal a pool deck. My deck is less level now and accumulates dirt in more places than before...May have something to do with the fact that the person doing it was on his phone and breaks more than he worked. Took a few months to see the full results. Wouldn't use them again.
