My yard went from one of the best to the worst after Experigreen took over our yard care service the end of 2023. We wanted a company that would communicate with us regarding our yard and let us know when they noticed something with the yard. The communication was terrible until we started complaining about our yard. We were told that our yard would be re-seeded this fall, had a voicemail stating they would be out the following day, and no show. We called to follow up and was told that they would check into it. Never received a call back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

All my experiences with Experigreen have been excellent! After a recent yard application, I noticed some stains on the siding of my house. I tried unsuccessfully to remove it with several different cleaners. Just a couple of days after I called Experigreen about it someone came to take photos and a few days later, they sent someone who was able to completely remove it! Great customer service!

Jarod spread lime today in the chilly, snowy weather. Felt bad for him in the inclement weather, but he is trooper!

Im extremely disappointed with the technician. First of all, weve spoken to 2 different agents over the phone, asking if we could get a phone call or text a half hour or so before they come. Which was stated, could happen. I was at work and my almost 80 year old grandmother was the only one home. She unfortunately has some ailments, one of which is A-fib (heart condition). When the tech arrived my grandmother was outside with our 2 dogs (a 16 and 2 year old). Mind you, my 16 year old dog is partially deaf and blind. When she heard the knock she went running to the door. She opened up the door and asked the tech to wait just a minute and she would get the dogs in. To which he replied, how long is a minute? She said, Im doing it right now. Before she went back outside to gather up the dogs, she had to grab a leash in order to bring my 16 year old dog inside.That response from the tech was very inappropriate and uncalled for. My poor grandmother called me at work because she could not calm down her heart from beating so fast due to rushing around. This could have all been avoided if he would have just called or texted as was requested when we renewed our plan.

Lawn looks wonderful!

I am pretty sure I cancelled their service this year, on their web site. I forgot to call them and cancel the service at the beginning of this year. Each time their technicians came to apply the stuff (twice this year) I told the technician that I want to cancel the service. The technicians promised to talk to their boss and cancel it for me. Then the next one comes and promise the same thing. They did not apply anything this year, each time they said they will not charge me and cancel the service. Now I got charged $170 today. This is a scam. The lady taking my money, sounded very happy, not apologetic at all for charging me for nothing. OMG, I cannot stand this. I paid $170 for nothing.

Recently, part of my yard was dug up by racoons, so I called them, and Bob came round straight away to do an additional grub treatment - he also helped me put the turned over sod back in place. He also overseeded and asked me to text him in a few days if they were still digging the lawn up - the treatment worked - great service

If hiring a lawn care professional makes no difference at all - meaning that there is weed spreading and the grass is always dry and yellow, i do not believe weve got the right type of lawn care.

EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED even after a lawn rep came out to assess our situation. No accountability on their part at all. Let them tell it, it was the grass fault for dying 2 months after they treated our lawn... POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS??? BEWARE!!!!!

I called Stephanie at her after-work hours about my lawn care. I am glad she answered me and we quickly set up an appointment. On her arrival, she explained how to fix my lawn problem and made flexible yearly service schedule for my lawn on my request. I am happy about this.

I m very impressed with the professionalism and follow through. Their representative Stephanie Blaney went above and beyond to help me with my lawn care needs. She was thorough with her approach from the first moment she came to my house. My yard needed attention to say the least. I was not home to answer the door. This did not stop her from analyzing my front yard and realizing she had to at least attempt to come back by after her afternoon appointment. When she returned I was still not home but she left a flier on my door. The flier had a note with her number. The note identified the weeds in my garden bed, the weeds in my lawn and how they are toxic. How my lawn can be restored and she would be glad to help. I called her two days later. She dropped what she was doing to meet me at my house for a walk through. Half hour later I m happy to say that her persistence and follow through gave me an opportunity to meet her. In turn my homes lawn will get back to the green thick grass I once had when it s all said and done.

My yard is fine and your sign makes it seem as if you are responsible for it and you re not. I don t like when people try to put signs on my property in my yard to advertise with no permission. Do not put your signs in yards without asking. Next time knock and ask. Now i will never use your business and you get a low rating.

He explained to me that he made sure to cover the section of my lawn that borders my neighbors lawn pretty well with a pre-emergent treatment to make sure no weeds would creep from his lawn to mine (my neighbor doesnt treat his lawn at all). Kudos to customer service rep Michelle. She promptly and effectively respond to a series of text messages from me about my scheduled lawn application appointment. I am sincerely appreciative. My questions were answered.

After 1 year of service my prices drastically increased without any notification prior to it being automatically billed to my account. After the 2nd year I canceled my services and they came and treated my lawn and charged my account double what the previous year s payment was for each lawn treatment. When attempting to contact them, the website has incorrect operating hours listed and it took days to be able to reach anyone regarding the issue. I m concerned that I ll have to cancel my credit card to keep them from continuing to charge me for services I ve previously canceled and attempted to cancel again.

Chandler treated my grass on 3/11. When he came to my door we had a chance to talk prior to the treatment. He explained what treatment he would do that day. Chandler was very professional and courteous and assured me that my lawn is in great hands for the remainder of the year since he is my assigned Technician. Since Im a new client I look forward to a healthy looking lawn this year.

The best lawn service company Ive experienced. They spend much more time in my yard than previous companies Ive used. Actually feel Im getting the services Im paying for. Today, the service technician Ray, spent several minutes speaking with me about any concerns I have for my lawn. He made recommendations without me feeling he was trying to just sell extra services. I will say the techs that come out to do the work are good to explain what they are putting on at the time but it doesn t seem like it takes but a minute to do it.
