What a great experience we had with Pave-n-Turf from when Orren came out to listen to my wants for this project to communication through to the day of and was walked through the project of our discussion and then the crew went to work. Ozzie is a main lead who went and got the materials need for my Rock Project. Johnny was the foreman who stayed all day and got right in there with the four man crew to work along side them. When the project was completed we did a walk through of the work completed which was one day project. They cleaned up afterwards and couldn t even tell someone did work. We used Limestone mix and it has powder coating and the rocks get washed to reveal the color of the rocks. We are very very happy and would highly recommend this family business. As I always say Shop Local!

We are thrilled with how beautiful our backyard turned out. From our first interaction with Orrin, to working with Francisco and his crew it was a wonderful experience. They showed up when they said they would. They were cheerful and personable. Their dedication to perfection was evident. All work areas were left neat and clean. Communication was excellent. We had five turf companies come out to our house for estimates. We learned so much about turf from talking to those five different sales men. Two of the companies we were able to discount from the pool of prospects very quickly. We needed our ground to stay permeable and limestone we learned is the key. Pave and Turf s installation method is exactly what we were looking for. One other company installed exactly the same way as Pave and Turf, but they were thousands of dollars more expensive. I will be calling Pave and Turf for a hard-scape estimate for another part of our yard!

I echo all of the previous reviews! This has been the absolute BEST and most PROFESSIONAL contractor/crew we have ever worked with. We recently built a pool; horrible experience. Midway through the project, we opted to immediately install turf instead of sod. We initially requested a quote from the pool builder. They sent out a guy without us knowing to take measurements. We just so happen to see him outside. Spoke to the guy and learned our request was communicated incorrectly. This gentleman stated it would take 1 day to complete the job. Took forever to get a quote, so we contacted Pave-N-Turf and was immediately SOLD after the consultation! Ozzie brought out samples of turf, discussed pros and cons of each, said yes to my vision, and gave us a quote right there on the spot! Efficiency at its best. The crew showed up on time and was ready to work. They were clean and courteous. We thought they wouldnt show up one day b/c it had rained. Wrong! They showed up and continued to do an excellent job until completion, a full 3 days! Ozzie and crew have completely revived our hope in contractors. Our family is forever grateful and we now have a beautiful backyard thanks to Pave-N-Turf!!!!

I got tired of the mud and empty patches in my side yard due to the lack of sun. I got a few estimates for turf install and Pave-N-Turf provided the most thorough estimate. They also knew which questions to ask, and I could tell they knew their business well! I decided to move forward with the turf, and I couldnt be happier with the results! They are true perfectionists and make sure the job is done correctly. They were so pleasant and professional and even came back the next day to address a minor issue. Just an OUTSTANDING company all the way around!! I finally decided to pull the trigger on this project and got a recommendation from a neighbor. GM of Pave-n-Turf met me to discuss and quote. Scheduled the job for Apr 20th, they had a postponement so started the job on the 10th, all done and cleaned up back AND FRONT areas the morning of the 13th!!! Pave-N-Turf did a fantastic job installing turf in my backyard. Having a dog that was very hard on the grass, they were able to provide me a pet safe artificial turf that will work for my dog at a price that was more competitive than a lot of the other companies out there. Their installation crew did a fantastic job and took the time to do the project right, whether it was ensuring everything was leveled correctly, the gravel and fill underlayers were compacted properly, and making sure the turf was installed and cut perfectly. The communication throughout the process was also top notch. After seeing how much hard work is required to install artificial turf properly so that it lasts, I cant recommend this company enough.

Have a small yard that gets little-to-no sun during the day. Mud was getting in the home every time we let the dogs out. Orren was very responsive and honest about the products they carry. He was very thorough about the process and made sure I was confident in the decision. I knew exactly what to expect before installation. Once he came and measured the yard, we were able to get everything set up for next day installation, granted that it fit in the schedule. The crew was very friendly and were very cautious of the space, and they made sure everything was left better than when they got here. I would recommend to anyone!

If you are looking for a golf green for your back yard you have found the right company. Pave-n-Turf s team is simply awesome. Very professional from start to finish. My dog run is always wet and muddy and I tired of washing his paws 5 times a day, so I decided to get some artificial turf. Im glad I did because now there are no more dog prints in the house, and I thank the Pave-N-Turf crew. If you are looking for an awesome turf company, Pave-N-Turf will not let you down! Our backyard had become so muddy and so many rocks for our dog to get into and would be trying to eat and run around with rocks in her mouth. Communication is important to my husband and I. We have had bad experience with other contractors in the past where there was lack of communication. Pave-N-Turf have excellent customer service, communication, and product! Orren described the whole process to us in detail and when it was getting close to our start date, he texted me to let us know they are on track to start on the day we requested. Any time I had a question, he responded quick to my texts. Jonathan and his crew were excellent, professional, and friendly. Even if they were only going to be few minutes late because of traffic, he would text me to let me know. After each day, they would clean up everything and not leave trash. They would tell us when they were getting ready to leave and what time they would be back the next day. We love our new backyard and would highly recommend Pave-N-Turf!!

Pave-N-Turf was the most responsive and had the best bang for your buck estimate that I received. They finished the work today and it looks stunning and feels great on the feet. My dogs love it as well! Time will tell how it fares in regards to durability, but I have no qualms about it now.

I echo everyone s reviews. This company is exceptional and absolutely has this process nailed down. Communication: I am in client service so communication is key to me. There was no concern on status and I could always reach out to the team and receive a prompt response. Price: They aren t the cheapest but it s for good reason. Do your research on turf installations. Many installers wanted to use decomposed granite which is cheap, but it does not drain. Go pour a water bottle on tamped down decomposed granite at a park and see how well it drains. The turf is the easiest thing to pick in the process and a lot of installers use the same turf. I am not an expert, but the base and fill is where you need to be concerned in my opinion. Make sure to do your research on this kind of an investment. Quality: Just take a look at the pictures. The team probably spent 1.5 days just to grade the area. Other companies try to get the entire process done in 2 days. Like everyone else is saying, this is the company in the DFW area to use for your turf. You won t regret it.

For all of you folks that are tired of submitting bids to turf contractors around the DFW area, let me make it easy for you. Pave-N-Turf is who you should go with and heres why: - The best communicators I think Ive ever met with! I never felt out of the loop on anything, and Orren and Noe always checked in with me before proceeding with anything. Even if it was just the slightest degree of curve in our turf or pavers, they would ask. - The hardest workers. Noe and his crew were at our house every morning from sun up to sundown throughout the project. They even worked on the weekend for us, just to make up for a rainy day that they had during the week. - The most focused crew. They were so organized and deliberate in every step of the process that every minute was spent working efficiently. We never had any setbacks or delays in the process, and had our turf and pavers completed on schedule. - The most caring owner and sales rep. Orren never pressured us into making any kind of decision in the beginning stages, which was super refreshing. He never spoke bad about any competitors in the area either. He just gave us his word every step of the way and never came up short. And then once the actual construction started, Noe treated us like we were family. He introduced us to his crew and made sure were were comfortable with every part of the design and construction process. He even threw in some decorative black stones/gravel for our future flower beds at no cost to us. Such a kind and genuine gesture, and well always be appreciative for that! - Lastly, these guys just get it. They actually give a sh*t about the job that they do and the people they do it for. They even offer financing as an option for folks, which allowed us to have this big, beautiful, new backyard immediately, instead of saving for an entire year or two! To highlight a few of the reasons you want to go with this company: 1) Customer Service leap years above the competition - VERY responsive to texts, provided bid same day, made extra trip to go over product samples, easy e-mail correspondence with their quoting software, and entire crew just downright nice and personable!!! 2) Entire work crew were total professionals!!! They cleaned up every day, worked long hours, adhered to the schedule, and worked with our needs to ensure we got the quality outcome we desired. 3) Attention to detail - These guys are good! Let me repeat that! These guys are VERY good!!! They know what they are doing! Turf and tile are no joke and this was a project. For you DIYers, dont even try. We contacted a company called PAVE-N-TURF about getting some work done to make our back yard accessible and usable. Orren came out per our request and went over every aspect of what we were looking at. Provided samples of quality turf, fill rock and went over every detail with us. He even gave some insight as to not placing turn in some areas because you will not even see it and this was a cost savings for us as well. Orren went into great detail about the turf but even mores into the preparation of the area under the turf which it critical to the life, drainage and base preparation. Even after our initial go ahead we though of a few more questions which were promptly answered. Orren provided the additional details the HOA asked for. We got a 100% approval from the HOA for all the work in the back and the sides outside the gate. We already had some work done in the back and sides with crushed granite which seems to get everywhere. We had them take up all of our existing stones, removed and disposed of the crushed granite. We picked out and had Lowes deliver the new outside the gate 24x24 ceramic stepping stones. PAVE-N-TURF owner Neo came to our home, went over in great detail when they would start, how many days it would take and answered all our questions. At the end of each day they cleaned up to the point you could barely tell anyone had even worked there. The last day they even cleaned areas they did not work in like the driveway south side. They took extra measures to protect the grass areas, sidewalks and our current patio from any damage. I learned these young men all came here from California and many are either related or close friends. They created a new company who launched here in north Texas in January 2021 and they take great pride in their work, customer satisfaction and the end product. They learned their trade from their dad and others in California and have worked this trade & process for years. Several of them are former Military. All of these young men worked hard and worked to get the job done to the highest standards. I am a retired Army Veterans and I watched the process form start to finish every day. Remember the old saying - you get what you pay for. This job was worth every penny. I would recommend them to everyone with NO reservations at all. At the end of the 3rd day after the final walkthrough my wife and I both commended each of them personally.

Saw them installing synthetic turf for my neighbors home down the street and asked about their process and service. I spoke with Noe and scheduled my own consult. Noe and the Pave N Turf team are so sharp, they came in a week later and finished my backyard in two days! Ive always been thinking about removing my grass and installing turf for low maintenance purposes and Pave N Turf could not have made it easier. Thanks guys!

Orren came by, evaluated our backyard space and gave a really detailed explanation of the installation process. He gave me a estimate right afterwards (and no hidden fees!) The installation process happened a few weeks later. Three guys came out (Leo was our point of contact) and were great throughout the process about keeping us informed. They were very hard working in the texas summer heat (and rain!). They got it done and we couldn t be more pleased with the results. Most of all our dog loves it!! No more muddy foot prints when it rains! For a clean polished no maintenance look, turf is a great way to go. 10/10 would recommend pave n turf

The GO-TO Company for Turf We were thinking of getting turf installed for a while but given the size of our backyard, we didnt take the leap till we came across Pave-N_turf . In my very first meeting with Orren, he ensured that he understood my requirements clearly and answered all my questions along with explaining the entire process of turf installation. Soon after, the owner, Noe called me and scheduled the installation. Their team, led by Jonathan did an outstanding job. Starting with their lovely attitude, pleasant smiles and punctuality, to filling in the holes in the backyard, ensuring the drainage system was proper, to making the yard as even as it could possibly be made, to laying the actual turf and the final clean up, everything was extremely professional and efficient. This has been the best decision we have made and I cannot be happier to have worked with Pave N Turf for getting our turf done. 1. Orren came by to do a quote. He was very professional, not your typical pushy salesperson, very honest, gave a lot of recommendations based on our needs. I am also in sales so I appreciated that. 2. I hate getting multiple quotes from different companies. I already did my research prior to Pave N Turf coming (they were the first) Based on the first initial meeting, I did not need to get another quote from a different company. Customer service was on point. We agreed to the job 30 minutes after they left. 3. The job took a total of 4 days and they were quick. The first team was AMAZING! They were professional, assertive, asked a lot of questions to make sure they understand my wants and needs and were overall great guys. It was also great that this company makes up a group of family members and friends so their dynamic was great. They are also from So Cal where I am originally from. 4. Every time they were done for the day, they swept, hosed, and cleaned everything. 5. Once the job was done, they asked where I wanted everything to be placed. Not only did they sweep and clean the work area, they actually scrubbed the algae growing from the sides of our hot tub! Lets talk about going above and beyond. We did a final walk-through and they spent 30 minutes showing me every single detail of their work. OVERALL..... I would rate them 5 stars.... I would recommend them 100%!!!! I already have 4 referrals for them!

5 stars ALL THE WAY! Stop looking and use these guys!! We hired Pave-N-Turf to makeover our entire back yard area. Meaning; they came out capped sprinklers, removed and hauled away old pavers, bushes, curbing... basically everything except the existing trees and totally transformed our space. They built us a BEAUTIFUL patio and turf area and our back yard now feels like an oasis. We cant wait to get out there and enjoy it. I dont normally write reviews EVER but I had to. This isnt hype. We genuinely adore these guys!! Every employee and I mean every single one, was polite and friendly and patient. If we walked outside they would smile and wave. Their level of customer service and professionalism is phenomenal. Whoever is doing their hiring is hand picking gems. At each stage they would bring us out, make sure we had input on just what we wanted. They never seemed annoyed or put out when I wasnt sure what I wanted and needed to see some options or configurations (Which was often LOL) They are so efficient. They work hard and they work fast but everything is top notch. Nothing was sloppy or thrown together. THIS IS A WELL-OILED MACHINE. They take the time and know how to do it right. My husband does home construction for a living and he was impressed with their prepping process, all the layers before they ever laid a Paver or Turf were spot on. Every few hours Id look out the window and was impressed with their progress. In fact we have been blown away in general. We had a few quotes from companies before these guys but we 100% made the RIGHT decision to go with Pave n Turf! Total transformation in 5 days flat. Who does that?? Noe and his crew cant be beat!! I posted some BEFORE pictures at the end so the transformation can speak for itself. We cant thank you guys enough!!!!!

We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome, as our turf job was more complicated than most. We have a very uneven, winding path with different measurements. From the owner to the crew Everyone was extremely accommodating to our needs, respectful and showed up when they said they would. We highly recommend this company for their work and work ethic. Had been shopping around for a while to do turf in our back yard around the pool. On my initial investigation, most companies did not respond at all and the one that did seemed sketchy at best then returned an insanely high bid. Was going to just give up. Happened to perform an inspection in Frisco where the client had Pave-n-Turf there in the process of installing turf and they had nothing but good things to say about the company. Looked them up and did their online contact. They responded almost immediately. Gave me a ballpark estimate figure based on my pictures and measurements that evening via text. After a few weeks, we decided to move forward and Orren came out to formalize the quote. Was pleasant and knowledgeable and not a hard sell guy at all. Worked with me to adjust the scope of work after the fact when we changed our minds a bit on it. Once I said go ahead, they were able to come out two days later to start (I would imagine your mileage may vary on work starting that quick depending on the time of year.) Crew arrived right on time and Leo and his guys were absolutely great. Professional, friendly, communicated perfectly and worked hard. Originally, it was thought the job would take 2 days (Thursday and Friday.). Due to our older lot and tree roots and such, the demo took longer than expected. Little challenges continued to pop up and the expected 2 days turned into 3.5. The added time was not issue, other than I felt bad for Leo and his guys since the extra days were Saturday and part of Sunday. They worked hard from 730am until after dark 3 days. Never seemed frustrated, rolled with challenges and didnt cut corners. I could tell they were most concerned with doing the job right and customer satisfaction, not that it took longer than expected or that longer was over the weekend. Really could not be happier or more satisfied with every part of the experience and I highly recommend Pave-n-Turf.
