While I believe they performed a diagnosis it was a somewhat flawed diagnosis for failure to perform something more that a ground view investigation. Is there squirrel damage - yes to the extent there is a hole on one side of the roof but there is not a hole - Yet - on the other side of the roof. Closer investigation by me tells me I can use my own father endowed carpentry skills to fix this issue myself. Hence, the reasoning for why I am cancelling the appointment to have someone else come out and fix this myself and save myself at least $700 if not more. I already have sufficient supplies and parts from other odd jobs I have performed in and around our home in the past 30+ years. Thank you

I have tried at least 4 times now to cancel service here but we keep getting recurring charged to our credit card. Their customer support people keep saying they will do so but it is obvious they are not as we keep getting charged for service. I m disputing these with my credit card provider but it should not be this difficult to cancel service. Beware of this company. Ever since they bought out NTX Best Pest, their service and quality is terrible and now they go as far as not canceling the service when requested. Stay away from these guys.

Cupid did a very good job spraying for pests, especially, for water bugs we ve had in every room over the past several weeks. He also sprayed in the kitchen up high toward the ceiling and corners for these pantry moths. It has been 14 hours since he sprayed. There is one in each of the traps we set out. I felt bad for Cupid because he seemed overwhelmed with the job of the moths. But he did a good job from what I can tell. We will call if there needs further spraying. Thank you for your service, Cupid. I also realize we are 2-3 months overdue for service that was caused by circumstances beyond our control. David Marvin

Pathetic people. Had a 1 year builder warranty. They called within a year to renew the warranty. When asked to come and treat the termite, they are asking to first renew the warranty and then only they will come. Update: you guys called me today. I have no interest in doing business with you guys anymore.

So we have used this company for years and they come out quarterly for pest control for the last 10 years. However recently we had wiring chewed and a car wiring chewed from rodents. Simple call and quick to set up an appointment. However then our roof was too tall. So had to wait another week fine I can do that. On that appointment they decided they needed two people to hold the ladder. Really???? The first person couldn t relay that? So a call to let them know I was cancelling my service if they didn t come out again now. I had already repaired the damage and I don t want my wiring damaged again. So they did come out and were going to send me an email for the estimate. Guess what no email so we call. Office says the inspector will send the email estimate, the inspector says the office will. So we call and ask to speak to the office manager since we want the rodents exterminated and the work done ASAP. Not surprisingly no call. So it s time to cancel our service. Awful follow through, awful communication between inspectors, and it s now been a couple of weeks and we are still where we were before we called. Unacceptable. I read through all the reviews and most of these reviews mention NTX. However that pest company must have changed hands. Consumer beware this is NOT NTX

Leo Dominguez is our monthly technician. Hes extremely informative and always friendly. He was very easy to talk to and explained in depth how the different treatment works and what to expect. He answered all of my questions and also took the time to explain to me the different seasons when specific pests would be active and when theyd be dormant. Its our first year signing up for their Sureguards Gold Service Plan and all of our treatments have worked great so far. Its really worth the monthly payments. We have no complaints here. Would definitely recommend!

So we battled fleas for about 3 weeks on our own doing everything cleaning constantly vacuuming, pet treatment etc. Ntx got us on the schedule quick and showed up promptly. Service was great but we still had fleas (only a few but still coming) they came back out for another indoor spray and even said they would come out again if necessary though I dont think and hope they wont have to but fleas certainly are tenacious. All around great service and I would definitely recommend!
