I used Chance and his team to install a French drain for my house and when talking to him by phone initially, he asked me questions about my situation and I almost felt like he was trying not to work with me until he explained to me how he can serve me and how he prices his service. He came out to my house a first time to inspect and quote. Then I accepted his price and waited for a non-rainy day, he dug up the French drain as we agreed. He came out again to tweak the drain and when I offered to pay him, he asked that I pay him after another rainy day to make sure that the drain is working to my satisfaction. Chance was great! He quickly diagnosed the issue and showed me what the problem was inside my irrigation system panel. He was also transparent with pricing (both on the website and in person). I had two modules that were bad, but one of them only controlled tree bubblers, which he said I didnt really need to replace since my trees are mature. I appreciate how he was honest about not needing that additional module rather than upselling and recommending replacement. He and his partner quickly performed the repairs (module replacement, one pipe break, and one drip line break), and then he showed me the zones working properly after the repairs. I will definitely reach out to this company for future irrigation needs and will recommend them to others. Thank you, Chance!

Ive worked with them a few times and the crews are always so nice. They are also very responsive over phone and text and can usually come to your house relatively quickly. Great Service! My sprinklers wouldnt turn off. Irrigation box was nowhere to be found. Called Monday evening. Chance explained everything. Even responded further via text to my questions that evening. I was actually educated a bit, knowing nothing about how these things work. Had someone out the next afternoon! They found the box buried in my flower garden pretty quickly, even after my relentless searching the day before. Turned water off & were done! I was only charged the service fee to come out! Im very pleased with the service they provided & the fairness in how they charge. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the future!

I called called late on Monday just before closing and Chance got back to me that night even though they were technically closed. He had the team come out on Wednesday morning because my system wasnt operating in multiple zones after the storms. They arrived on time, quickly listened isolated the likely issue and then discovered the severed wire under ground. They were very conservative on how much they had to dig up in the yard and area and explained everything along the way. The team that came out was extremely professional, knowledgeable, on time. Other companies were quoting me a price before even knowing what was wrong. The pricing from Lux is actually very reasonable and was actually much less to diagnose and fix vs others who were almost triple just to diagnos. I will definitely recommend using LUX for sprinkler system.

Super responsive and professional! Helped us out in an emergency. My mom couldnt get her sprinkler system to turn-off. Chance stopped in within 30 minutes of my call and was able to shut it off for her. He was able to schedule the service call to repair the issue for a few days later.

Had a sprinkler zone that would not turn off, and the handle for my shutoff valve was rusted/broken away. I was stuck having to turn off my water at the meter, which meant no water in my house. It was early morning and I left messages with several companies. Chance got back to me quickly and offered to swing by at the start of his workday to shut off the sprinkler valve. I was very grateful for his fast response and assistance.

Our house sits on a 50 ft corner lot. I ve been having stagnant water on neighbors side and of course builder takes no responsibility. I want to give a shout out to Lux Texas sprinkler repair and drainage chance (owner) had done drainage work at sons house with great results. He quoted me a fair price. On day of job, he took a second look and we decided that we could save a bit by not trenching all the way to front yard saving over $500. He and Workers did a phenomenal job. left everything clean, even sweeping dirt and rock in front of street. Also helped me program my sprinkler system for Wednesdays and Saturdays. Highly recommend!

Even after they fixed the sprinkler heads a lawn mower damaged one of them and Chance (the owner) came out the next day to repair it. I m very grateful that he did that and I truly appreciate it! Needed simple irrigation programming, 15 year old Rainbird was shot so a quick replacement was made and then while checking, a lawn mowing caused sprinkler head gusher was immediately evident. The technician had all the tools and parts necessary to build a new one and completed the re-installation quickly. It was a no pain service call. Kind of rare in North Texas.

Previously had called two companies. One which had us on hold for more than 20 min. The other could not schedule till next week. We called Lux, and Chance booked us an appointment first thing the next morning. Adrian the tech showed up on time as scheduled. He listened to our needs and concerns before starting. We used Lux for mulching, some tree trimming, bush and tree removal and replacements, and was overall happy with their work. They also did some small things free of charge but I was impressed how knowledgeable they were. They gave us great advice. Very happy with Lux. They helped design and finish out our backyard landscaping project. They added stone work, mulch, flowers and trees around my covered patio area. The space looks amazing. They were very fast to respond and completed the work on time and within budget. Highly recommend.

When we ran into some issues with our sprinkler system he reached out to one of his contacts to help us and was able to move back our install date so we could resolve the issues.
