I just called to set an appointment for mowing services. Nothing major. I tried explaining what I needed to be done, I don t know landscaping terminology... Homie hung up in my face and did not call back, so I know he disconnected purposely. It s alright, stay blessed!

This place is awesome. They come every Wednesday and make the place look beautiful. They even fix my flowerbeds a little. Love them!!

Paid for them to scalp the lawn, bag and dispose of clippings. They mowed at 1 height left all the debris on the yard except for one small bag that was put on my driveway. Now that it has rained heavily I have to rake up the waves of dead winter grass clippings everywhere. Bad start to the year - Wont use again.

I had contacted JCs Landscaping to get an estimate on filling in sod in some bare areas of my lawn and to replace plants and flowers on my front and back yard. I received a call from the sales office within a few days. I was told that someone from the field would be contacting within a day or two. That never happened and its a week now. I know everyone is busy these days. But no communication or follow up. Not a good sign from the begining. As a result I decided not to risk it and taking my business elsewhere.

Great, reliable service every week. It takes me 1/2 day to do my yard and cleanup. It takes them 20 min and my wife says it looks better :) The price is right and I m not tired in Saturdays anymore! Positive

We recently left a landscaping business because of services being provided and billed without first any discussion of the purpose and need. We explored other firms and JCs Landscaping seemed our best choice. We opted for an annual contract for basic lawn mowing & maintenance with the intent using JCs for other specific landscaping projects. We have been very pleased with the on-site service. It has been thorough and professional. On the few occasions weve made inquiries to administration, responses have been quick and courteous.

I needed help from JC on multiple occasions for various periods of time. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and always looking to find me the best solution. I will absolutely be using again in the future

We tried calling this company first on June 9th and they didnt answer. I then sent an email detailing the issues I have with burr weeds in my backyard and asking for guidance. I got a quick response with pricing for services and a request for pictures of problem areas. I sent them. After a couple more email exchanges, they ask us for a credit card to put on file in order to schedule service. I didnt want to give my credit card information via email, so I called and left a message saying that we would provide credit card info over the phone. We get a call back and give them the credit card info and they said they will get back to us to make an appointment within the next two weeks. Fast forward to June 17th. I get a short email stating that we would receive service today, June 20th. I figured someone would be in contact with us to establish a time window for service because the gate to the back yard would have to be open. Unfortunately, thats not what happened. Instead, at around 7:40 AM today, my security system sends me a notification that someone was in my front yard. I check the recorded video and someone is rolling some equipment around in my yard. The person had not even come to the door to announce himself (I was sitting near the front door, so I would have heard it). By the time I get up to check out the situation, the guy is gone and hes left a service summary attached to the front door. According to the summary, he was from TruGreen. At the bottom of the summary, JCs Landscapings name and contact info was provided. Keep in mind that my backyard, the original problem area that I contacted them for, was completely untouched. I tried calling and, of course, there was no answer. I sent an email response in the same original email chain from June 9th expressing my frustration. That was an hour ago and I havent received a response. Im just hoping Im not charged for a random service person from a third party showing up unannounced and applying product to an area of the yard I didnt even ask to be serviced.

I have canceled service with this company. They continued to charge me months after service was canceled. Watch your bill with these guys. They will charge you without doing service, and they never answer their phones.

Working with this organization was like taking crazy pills. Juan (the owner of the organization) would regularly tell us he d do something on a certain day, then when that day had come and gone and the work hadn t been performed, made it seem normal that he d completely blown us off. Generally that was followed by another commitment to do the work on a future date, followed by yet another ghosting. They have absolutely no accountability. It s shocking and disheartening to me that a business can be run in this manner and still be successful. Is the bar in the lawn care business really set so low ? After a year of frustration and conversations with neighbors who had had the same experience with Juan, the last straw for us was just recently when we finally had work done in our front yard. Juan (or his team) planted new bushes that died immediately. When we asked him to replace the bushes he blamed us for them having died when, rather than providing us with any sort of instructions about their proper care, all he had said following their installation was (and I paraphrase) pay me. Needless to say, the service experience we had with this organization was terrible. If I had the ability to give less than 1 star I would.

We used a number of services that claimed they did yard maintenance and a couple that just couldnt keep up with the business. We brought in JC Landscaping after the winter freeze destroyed most of our plants and they were very timely and reasonable. Based on their performance we hired them to do our annual mowing and yard, bed and grass maintenance. We also had them extend our fence and trim our trees. Wonderful one stop for yard services. Reasonable, responsive and professional. We highly recommend their services.

I signed up for JC s lawn mowing service and it s been the easiest year with any lawn service since I moved into my house 10+ years ago. They ve taken care of everything in terms of being on schedule, cleaning up after themselves, and even being careful when mowing around my garden plants. An extra bonus is they use a very professional billing site that records every single time you get service done including the date, the cost, and the name of the guy that does the service. It even has a ticketing service. I enjoy the digital experience they embed into their service that you simply dont see in many other lawn service companies. I keep my back gate locked because i have a dog and dont want him getting out, weve asked to be notified of when they will arrive for service so we be home to unlock the gate and let the dog in the house. Yesterday they showed up ehile my spouse was home but i had left to the store and had the gate key with me, i was 3 minutes away and the crew refused to wait, got rude with my girlfriend, and left ive called the office 10 times (during normal business hours) in the last 24 hours and have gotten no answers. Ill be looking for a different service company.

I feel that this is definitely one of the best landscaping/yard maintenance companies from which inused services. They were on time and responsive regarding questions and thoughts about landscaping.

I contacted JC s landscaping because I need to build up soil erosion for my foundation. The quote was reasonable, and emails with questions answered promptly. The work was scheduled for a Friday originally but JC s sent his crew over to do the work early the day before because Friday forecast was rain all day. I appreciate the last minute call to deliver and install a day early, adjusting to the weather on the scheduled day.

Mediocre...not what we wanted or expected for the price. (We shopped around and they were not the least expensive but they were the best rated.) Initial discussions about removal and replacement plants went well. But the day of, removal was incomplete (roots and parts of bushes were left). They didn t use the plants we discussed in certain places and several bushes were way too close to our home (they wouldn t have room to grow). They didn t show us what was done or ask questions..they were here less than 2 hours for our front and backyard. I asked them to come back bc of what was left from removal (things we couldn t easily pull up) and the plants that had been substituted (but our bill wasn t adjusted). They wouldn t call me back but they did email. When they came back a week later and I walked them through what we expected. They left without letting us know and a few things were still not what we discussed. Update: they came back a third time and finished the remaining removals.

Paid a lot of money to have work done in yard. Communication we very lacking, things were installed incorrectly or left out. For example, no weed barrier was put down and now I have a lot of weeds coming up. One of my main issues was drainage and after the work some areas are worse than before anything was done. Had some sod put in and some patches were not healthy and less than a year later have died and are dying. It was very disappointing overall. Edit: I do not have the wrong business as the owner suggests. I did not use a competitor with the same name. I know because I can click the link in saved emails and get the same website.

The one thing that I really appreciated about JC Landscaping was how quick they were with their responses to all my queries. It was hard to get through to other landscaping companies that serviced my area. My front yard looked terrible because of plants that were dead due to the winter freeze. JC Landscaping provided solutions, had their crew rip out the dead plants, replace them with new ones, lay fresh mulching and trimmed the other plants to provide a clean look which I am happy about. Lastly, the services were very economical - you get a good service for a reasonable price. I d definitely use their services again.

JCs managed my lawn for years, and did a great job on the extras like mulching, garden trimming, and installation of a gravel area.

I signed up for the lawn mowing service and weed control at the beginning of the 2021 summer. Everything was great at the beginning but the quality on their last visits was disappointing. We called and tried canceling the services the following day but they asked us if they could come back to fix it and we agreed. After waiting for a week, we decided to call and e-mail to cancel all services. Every time I call their phone goes straight to voicemail and sometimes is difficult to talk to someone over the phone. Ok company other than the lack of phone communication and scheduling for fixing low quality work. They tried making things right at the end but it was too late. I hope that this review is of some value.

Clint is very responsive and professional.. really appreciate all his support throughout the project and being flexible to improve design for implementation. Schedule-wise, the project is delivered on time and the crew hit every milestone as targeted. Result is amazing!! Can t thank enough to Clint and the crew from JC s Landscaping. Not only were they able to make it out to my home sooner than originally estimated, they did a great job, bagged up the yard waste appropriately and left it at the curb. I have used JCs Landscaping for a little over a year. They have always done a fantastic job. My yard is one of the best looking yards on my street. I have 3 dogs who leave a mess in the backyard and they are always willing to go the extra mile and pick up trash and not just move things around the backyard. I am extremely satisfied.

I got a great quote from JCs and they came out to service my lawn within the same week! They did a great job. I have them on a bi-weekly rotation. The set up was a little weird in my opinion. I first communicated with someone over the phone to set mostly everything up and then finished the set up through email. It was hard getting someone on the phone after the first conversation, so they lose one star from me for that

This was my initial service with JC s Landscaping and was very pleased.

I have mixed feelings. They are priced around the same price as others maybe a bit less. They do an ok job. The missed a few spots and were a bit inconsistent when they would come. It would be great if they would return phone calls and charge when they are supposed to. I was on bimonthly and would get charged once a month. Season starts a bit earlier than I would like and communication would go a long way. There was a piece of fencing that was broke and just left to the side. I fixed it myself and things happen but it would have been nice to know.

I started using JCs landscaping this year. Setting up service with them was really easy. Billing is done online, so I dont have to deal with paper bills. My lawn is looking great, the crews do great work. The main office provides quick responses to any questions I have had.

I selected this business based on their reviews but services offered did not match. I was booked for services to be completed on Thursday, Dec 17th. By Saturday, Dec 19th, no one had arrived to complete services and I had not gotten a response to my email or VM requesting date for reschedule. Naturally, I cancelled my CC and started searching for a new company considering Id given my CC info and had spent days calling repeatedly and only ever received their voicemail. At this point, they didnt seem to be very trustworthy. After contacting numerous people for a quote, I ended up finding a company charging $100 less than JCs and they were more responsive and provided superb customer service (Green Paradise). I booked with the new company and left town for a few days. I was quite surprised to receive a call from JCs Landscaping on Wednesday, Dec 23rd saying they needed a new CC to charge and had completed the work. It was quite frustrating considering Id tried multiple times to reach them and just assumed they were not going to show. I now am stuck with the higher rate, which I was fine paying originally based on reviews and speed with which theyd be arriving to complete services. I missed the call requesting my credit card and Im sure Ill have to stalk them again to speak with someone to provide them with the new number. However, maybe theyll be more consistent on their end with communication since they need something from me. I would not recommend this company. Regardless of work eventually being completed, customer service was lacking. No company should make their customer jump through hoops to get service completed.

I have been a JCs Landscaping customer for nearly a year and am very satisfied. His crews are alway on time and leave my lawn mowed, everything trimmed and my sidewalks and pool deck clean and ready for action. I highly recommend their 12-month contract, which includes Trugreen services. I have a large yard, and I cant believe the difference one year has made. Had a really unruly shrub that I asked to be trimmed on Thursday, and Friday it was done.

This past week I had all the old shrubbery and plants removed from the front of my house. This was my first experience with JCs landscaping and it will not be my last. These guys did exactly what they said they would do. Were on time and quick, but not sloppy! I have a temporary fence in my back yard where I have new grass growing. They went in and surgically mowed existing grass w/o damaging the new growth. When they left that area, they closed and locked that fence back so our puppy couldn t get in. They moved some lawn furniture around so they could evenly mow where it was. Very impressed. I recommend them!

What a beautiful job they did! Originally we were just looking for lawn service and care and then we decided to get a quote for masonry stone for our flower beds and trees. Their prices were definitely affordable and very fair and so worth it!! We have received so many compliments from our neighbors on how well done it was made and how beautiful it looks! These guys came in and were very polite, very professional and hard workers. They also made sure to double check with me on the color of the stone to see if thats what I had picked. I asked them to please lay out the flowers and check with me before they planted my flowers and shrubs to make sure it looked just the way I wanted. When it was layed out i didnt even have to ask them to change anything, they definitely know what theyre doing! They also cleaned everything once the job was completed, how nice! I am so glad we instilled our trust in JCs landscaping, i highly recommend them!

I just had JCs install new sod in my front yard and they did a great job. They prepped the yard and graded the soil for drainage before installing the sod. They also insured the sprinkler system was in good working order. The sod looks great and the installers were quick and professional. On top of that, the office has great communication. With other contractors sometimes you have issues getting answers, but JCs was always quick to respond to my emails and questions.

Inconsistent service and very difficult to get a hold of them. Some days the service was ok and some days terrible and they are WAY over priced. There are far better landscaping companies out there at a better price.

I set up recurrent service and they are always there as promised weekly and do a great job with my lawn. I moved into a new house from Memphis and didnt know much /referrals here locally. I googled online, left a voicemail on a friday late evening . I couldnt organize this for 3 weeks and was desperate. I got a call on Saturday morning as well as an email proposal. I spoke to their office, got a schedule for Monday morning first stop.. the guys were very professional. ontime arrival, very very fast.. did a thorough job. this company is also very responsive, digitally savvy.. so they respond to my querries over email and nothing goes unanswered for more than the next business day.. so very happy .. overall all very professional experience.

I just started service with JC Landscape and from the very first correspondence, I could tell that they were very attentive and wanted my business. Pricing was agreed upon and they started within a few days of my acceptance of their day of the week to mow. The mow, edging, and clean-up was great. They arrived in the early morning time-frame and finished very quickly. We live in a zero-lot line and have shared areas of grass with our next-door neighbor. JC Landscape did not mow this area due to this very reason but since we have bought the home, we have always taken care of this. I emailed to let JC Landscaping know and they responded immediately by making sure the mowers would include this area in the next service. We have had 2 mows and we cannot be more pleased with their service. They have many different options and services available to choose from and are always there to answer any questions and/or concerns. Thank you for great service and attention to detail! Marcus

They really listened to my needs and wants and let me have a lot of input in types of plants I wanted and their attention to detail was a plus. Everyone was easy to work with and my back yard looks fabulous!

First off this place does not return phone calls nor can you reach anyone. They do not send you invoices regularly the only one my husband and I got was months after starting services. Then to top it off they never bill in a timely manner they do it when its convenient for them. We had 2 months of service billed in a week time frame. We get bi-weekly service on our lawn care and right now since grass is brown they still come out and charge for doing almost nothing. If we can get a hold of someone and get our money back for the double charge we will cancel our service as well and not recommend it anyone. And if you read this correctly I said my husband not me.

Great price and customer service! They are quick to respond and got us on the schedule for weekly mowing within a couple days of approving quote. We have a fairly large corner lot, yet the workers were fast and it looks amazing! Very pleased with this company.

Their customer service is good. Very prompt return of phone calls and emails, and they have always been willing to work with me to get me on their schedule when I need a fill in. However, whenever they mow our yard, it always seems to look a little sloppy.

Great web page and initial contacts. first visit was good. Everything went downhill from there. They never answer phones which would have been helpful because the crew did a lousy job week after week. Luckily, I also sent emails each week with pictures of the sloppy job. I dont recommend JCLandscapingllcand and wish I hadnt paid in advance. Luckily I kept all my emails along with all the pictures.

We have a drip irrigation system that serves the strip of lawn between the street and sidewalk. During regular service, this was nicked by the equipment. JCs Landscaping installed Zeon Zoysia sod in our backyard which looks great. They also installed steel edging, patio squares, tejas black gravel and built a down-spout drain. They were easy to work with when there were some special considerations for our job. The price was competitive and I would recommend them for similar work.

I have worked with JC for quite some time. There always seemed to be some sort of problem from incomplete work, no clean up, blowing clippings into flower beds. I tried on many occasions to resolve. Clint would make an attempt to resolve and after a few cuts and a constant change in crews the problems returned. This week a new crew showed up with a huge riding mower designed for clearing huge lots. This mower blew clippings across my property and into beds with all new mulch the mower because of its size could not be set to cut the grass short enough. They also completely dug up my back yard leaving deep grooves in the yard the yard was a complete disaster. I stopped them and made them remove the huge mower. After two days of trying to reach Clint to ask him to simply come see what they had done and fix it his response is enough with the inaccurate description without coming to see the yard. I now have to bring another company in to repair the mess they made. They did this work right after a major rain, yard was too wet to cut properly. Anyone that uses this company is likely to run into the same issues. You would think that the owner of a company would want to take the time to see first hand the quality of work his crews are providing.

My only real complaint is that the sod laid down appeared to be dead when it was put down, and has not resulted in healthy new growth. Found them online, requested a quote to resod my lawn through there nice website. They sent me an email asking for pictures of my lawn and gave me a price based on that. Came the next day to resod my lawn. It was completed in about 2 hrs. Great Job! Probably not the cheapest but they are professionals who do high quality work
