Usually we have the traps fully employed this time of the year but still have relentless mosquito problems. Now, thanks to Chris and the program NOT A SINGLE MOSQUITO! For some reason this service is inconsistent. I would think spraying weeds would be something done with every service. Since it s a WEED service. Last time he got his weed killer out and quickly did like 2 spots and left. He didn t even walk the whole lawn. He didn t walk the backyard either. He did the regular service super quick. 5 mins if that and left.

I ve had an interesting experience w/ Weedman !! There have been times when they said they sprayed and they didn t , weeds were growing like crazy . Sometimes they spray a small amount where weeds still grow. Today Chris came out and sprayed very well so today s service was good.

James was very informative today. Let me know about the benefits of aeration and when the optimal watering times are for my lawn.

Always have had a great experience with every technician that has come out to our property. They work efficiently and are very helpful with taking the time to answer our questions. The technicians, Robert and Chris, were very thorough, professional and answered all my questions as well as walked with me so I could point out some problem areas in my yard. They did a great job.

As I write this in mid February, my lawn is thick and green requiring weekly mowing. We have been in the home for 26 years now and this was not the case before beginning the Weed Man service. Winters were hard on the yards. They went dormant for growth in November, died in patches and were filled with weeds in early Spring. My service guy Mike is great and letting me know what he sees and answering questions.

When we had our service I would have rated it 4 stars. Though the real problems began when we contacted them to end our service. Since requesting to cancel about 2 weeks ago. We have been contacted 5 times in attempts to restart our service. EVERYTIME we have said we are not interested and to remove us from the call list. Hopefully we are actually removed this time

Friendly staff, accommodates most requests re changes needed, excellent results to lawn from the applications, currently have a gorgeous looking lawn (and everyone on the block began putting more care to their lawns), always lets you know in advance when they are coming to your home, QUALITY company and staff. I had the service for one year. Generally, the service was adequate at maintaining the lawn, but it was very expensive at nearly $1000/year in Clovis, CA. The majority of techs were good and helpful, and the service kept the lawns in good shape. On the downside, the tech named Stephen was horrible. He offered to answer questions and then proceeded to ignore all communications after his first response. I had to tell Weedman to never assign him to my property. I was unhappy overall with the poor communications when it came to management addressing questions/issues. There was a lot of time wasted just trying to get a call back to address concerns. For example, in 2023, the sales team was selling the aeration and seeding as if it came with the application of a topper when it did not. The seed application did not take well, and again, a lot of time was wasted trying to get answers. In summary, to get a higher rating, the quality of the communications and customer service needed improvement for what I had to pay for it. I had read that in reviews at the time I signed up and it proved to be true.

I was signed up for 7 treatments and was told the entire property I thought. It was $68 per treatment. The first was free. They came and only did 2 out of the 3 sections of the front yard. Used granular and spray on cameras and missed front side yard. Did not do the backyard so I called and the said it was only the front yard. After going back and forth the price was to high. I assumed it was front and back. I will never make that mistake again. One star is not for the service its for salesmen on phone not confirming front and back.

EDIT: Days after I told them to stop calling daily, and was told my information was deleted from their system, the emails have started again, 3 in one day! My work was completed by a DIFFERENT company who did a wonderful job! I tried to get a quote for REMOVAL (pulling out) of a huge amount of weeds in my yard. I got an automated quote for treatment of weeds. When I wrote back to clarify I only wanted removal, they kept pushing their weed treatment, no matter how I clarified. They also were sending me daily emails! I told them I was no longer interested, and to remove me from their list, that I no longer wanted to be contacted. I then received ANOTHER email and TWO calls AFTER I told them I no longer wanted to be contacted!!! A company should not have to harass potential customers for business.

My lawn hasnt look so good in a very long time. I am very impressed with how the lawn has improved in such a short time. This time last year was a real problem with weeds in the lawn. Not so this year!

I was approached with a man in front of my house asked if he could do a estimate on my grass I told him it was not my house it was my nieces home he asked for my number and I would only get a text from him and that was it that was 4 months ago and they call at least 2 times a day would not give them my business because of the harassment they are giving me buy calling

Over the span of 5 months of service I always had weeds. Service was inferior. I canceled once I came to the understanding that they were not ever going to do their due diligence.

Deserving of 0 stars, but not an option. I advise you look for weed services elsewhere. Cancelled service due to the Weedman not upholding their service agreement. We signed-up for service on March 8 for 7 treatments/year of pre-emergent and broad-leaf control for all flowerbeds on our property. We received our first service on March 24. When the technician came on April 20 for our second service, I met him outside and expressed concern for the lack of weed control we had after the first service. He introduced himself as a senior technician and agreed that it appeared we did not get the expected results and ensured us that he would take care of all the weeds during the service. Some of the leaves had turned brown after the first service while the stems and most of the leaves stayed green and the weeds continued to grow. After the second service, within a few days the weeds began to die. From the time we started service, I was still pulling weeds weekly. On June 23, we had our 3rd scheduled service. Following the service, I watched recordings from our surveillance videos to find that the technician made about 6 single sprays of weed control around our property. I immediately called the Weedman to verify what exactly we had signed up for. In agreement that there was concern for the service rendered they sent a supervisor out the following day who confirmed that pre-emergent had not been applied and that he would schedule to have a technician return to complete the service. On July 17, a technician returned and to no surprise, sprayed only a few weeds in the front yard and nothing in the backyard and no pre-emergent was applied. They scheduled a technician to return on July 21 for a re-application. (I quote re-application because how is it a re-application when it was never applied?). The pre-emergent was not applied but to one small area in a flower bed in the front yard and in the back yard. Please note, we have several flower beds in the front of the house, on the sides of the house and in the back yard. I called to request a refund for the service that I paid for because the service was not completed and I was told they do not offer refunds for services completed- I explained that this month I have had technicians to my property three separate occasions and the service was never completed. I then asked to cancel my service and was given a run-around of how they would send another technician within 24-48 hours, so, on 7/24, they sent a senior technician out to inspect, and then we were told they are limited to the amount of weed application they can provide and only provide pre-emergent once in a year, despite that I understood I was paying for it every month (as it is written on both the agreement and stated on services completed invoice that application of pre-emergent / broadleaf control ) and despite that only two out of 12 of the flower beds had pre-emergent applied. I cancelled our service immediately following this information. To this day, we paid for three services that had partial and incomplete services.

My wife took the day off to make sure our dogs were not out for our scheduled lawn care. I called twice and was assured theyd be here today. At 5:10 pm I got a text saying they werent coming and would reschedule. Pathetic service

I paid for a one year plan up front and had problems since day one. I dont have a green thumb so I figured this would be the best option to make my lawns weed free and green. I was wrong. After one year and a reschedule of my last service to a later date that they then tried to charge me more for, my lawn is no better and I am out $600+ dollars for a year of fertilizer and weed prevention that didnt work. I had some type of weed that they couldnt kill without wiping out my lawn supposedly, that would have been nice to know before I paid. The tech was nice and provdied services so that wasnt the issue, my biggest issue is the service he provided was ineffective and my lawn still looks like it did on day one. I hope others have had better luck than I had, and by the looks of it they have so maybe this service works better for small lawns in residential neighborhoods. Good luck to all!

After several months of service the Bermuda lawn looks worse than before service started. Patches of grass have died off.

We have been customers for several years and our yard consistently looks nicer than our neighbors. Staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and they will even come spot spray for free when it s needed. We highly recommend Weedman for all your lawncare needs.

Lawson explained how the whole fertilizing and aeration process would work as well as informing us that we werent watering long enough which was also the cause of our lawn drying out. From the main office to the tech coming out the service was and has been excellent. I would highly recommend giving them a call for any lawn care services that you may need.

My experience with Weedman has been positive. This is a professional outfit! They communicate very clearly, by phone, text, email, and on their paper bill. Many often yards in my neighborhood suffered during the drought. People evidently let their gardeners go. The landscape suffered, causing weeds to takeover everywhere. My lawn had become a hodgepodge of weeds. Weedman helped get my lawn back to the Bermuda I prefer.

A great service, but somewhat hampered by the limitations placed by sales of glyphoshates (broadlead weed killer). As a result, it is nearly impossible to control established broad leaf weeds. Weedman charges nearly $100 ($90?) for aeration, but the entire process for an average front yard is typically completed in under 5 minutes, begging the question whether that service is appropriately priced. Weedman is very good at calling to add additional services as well, ;-) although they are always friendly.

Several years ago I was ready to rip out my front and back yards because my beautiful tall fescue lawn was infested with water weed, spurge, etc. Weedman happened to knock on my door the very day I was pricing out new sod and labor ($thousands$). He quoted me a very reasonable rate and asked to give him six months. It didnt take six months. My yard never looked better. Ive been a customer ever since. My experience has been very positive. Jim is my service tech. He is just a genuinely nice person. He is the most knowledgeable person I have ever known when it comes to lawns, weeds, mushrooms, snails, ETC.. My yard had issues. They are also flexible, calling ahead and changing times.

Great product/application. The only complaint I would have is it took forever to apply the treatment and I wasnt told on the first phone call that I would have to wait a couple months before they came to spray. Otherwise after that they were in constant communication and the spray did the job in a couple days! Plus they followed up with another treatment a couple weeks later. :)

When we first hired the Week Man, our lawn was infested with crabgrass, spurge, nut grass and bermuda. Over the past two years, the weeds are completely gone and the bermuda is in full retreat. Weed Man does an excellent job and we highly recommend them.
