Scheduled appointment, no show. Said they drove by and that it was overgrown, which I said it was when I made the appointment, but did not give me an explanation or notice that they were not going to do the work. He requested access instructions and personal preference in his reminder message but says my job was to be the front yard only. Very poor business practice.

Scheduled a service several time but no show up. They were bringing up excuses such as "we were there but backyard was locked." I have a surveillance camera; be honest with your customers. Awful company.

They put you on their schedule come out do the lawn an on to the next will call again RAY do good work and Receptionist in Texast is a good rep of LawnStarters said It was good I paid for the service even after a breakup with the homeowner...I felt sweet.

I wanted them to mow front an back. Then I was told the grass was too high. Not a good way to do Business.

Schedule easy to adjust, always there when they say they will. I live the updated text if there any changes, appointment reminder, or when they complete. Makes it easy to care for my lawn.

No one came out to provide service...waited 2 weeks and still no one came outand no communication...cant say worst service cause no one was there to work. I called and text ans only had EMPTY PROMISES. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND TO USE LAWN SERVICE and will not be using there services any longer

Super easy to schedule, rates are reasonable, and they do a fantastic job!
