This is a first class operation. Mark responded timely to my initial inquiry, met with me on several occasions to design out my back yard landscaping, and he provided a quote and drafts of a landscape plan that made it easy for me to get them cleared with the architectural committee of my HOA. Mark and team communicated with me early and often and signposted for me exactly what was next to be done. The work performed with a level of professionalism and attention to detail that you don’t quite get from trades businesses anymore or any business for that matter. After the job was complete, Mark met with me to go over detailed instructions on how to maintain my yard for the future. Most importantly, they created a beautiful backyard for my home. To me, it’s a no brainer to contract with this team for landscaping projects.
I highly recommend Anderson Landscaping!!! I'm so glad I choose them to help out with our landscaping needs. Mark is the absolute best!!! We are not from California and the homes we have purchased in the past already came with grass so this was new for us. Mark was extremely patient with me while I honed in on what I truly wanted. (it changed a few times, lol) Additionally, we didn't have a huge budget, but Mark always made me feel like I was his number one customer and that I could reach out at any time. I want to say THANK YOU to Anderson Landscape. My backyard was a hot mess with drainage issues , and weeds. Anderson Lanscape turned my ugly backyard into a beautiful space, with grading, new sprinklers, new grass, concrete, and a beautiful retaing wall and artifical turf. From the beginning of the project, I talked with Mark, on the phone for about in hour, discussing my vision and the problems in my yard that needed fixing. Mark answered all my questions he was patient and understanding of my needs. The communication was exceptional. I never felt that I was excluded from the project. Anderson Landscape team was prompt, on time and was detailed orientated. Each day they cleaned up after themselves. My experience with Anderson Landscape I would rate a 10/10. I am definitely using them again for my front yard project.
Mark did a great job in walking our property with us, we explained to mark what we had in mind, and in return he gave us great feedback and a clear understanding of what some of our options would be for the ideas we had for our home. We bought a new build home with no backyard just 40 feet of dirt, we decided we wanted fescue grass with our entire backyard prepped and rotillered with soil amendment for new sod and plants mix in with rototillered work. The entire perimeter left prepped with fresh soil ready for us to plant any trees we would like. This was our request. Throughout the entire process of our project I would call Mark a few times a week with questions that I had as my father in law was stressing me out with 1000 questions everyday, I am a first time home owner. Mark was never bothered in fact Mark had a very educated response for every question I had which I appreciated. Once our project was complete, Marks workers before leaving my house even took the time to show me how to program my new added sprinkler system and drip line system. These guys are very knowledgeable when it comes to learning how to use and program your Rain bird system. We are very happy with our new backyard. All of my neighbors have been coming over and asking me who is installed our grass. And I tell them Anderson Landscaping ! If you do your research when deciding what Landscaping company you are wanting to go with. You will quickly realize why Anderson Landscaping is #1 in the Central Valley.. Mark and his crew were professional and cleaned up after themselves every single day..

We recently worked with Anderson Landscaping on installation of turf and concrete in our back yard. Throughout the process Mark from Anderson was highly informative, helpful and professional, especially during the design phase, and we were actually really impressed with the quality of the materials and the worksmanship displayed during the installation as well. Everything turned out great. Would highly recommend working with this company.
Mark came out and we discussed our project. He was on time (or early) every time. While they were very busy he promised to get to our project earlier if possible, which he did. All work was completed, crew was polite and very professional. Our pool area looks great. I would recommend Anderson Landscaping without hesitation.
When searching for a Clovis landscaper, Mark and his team at Anderson Landscaping not only were very responsive, they continued to communicate and design our front yard landscaping exactly how we wanted. Their price was very competitive and the quality of their install was perfect. So nice to be able to work with a customer focused business. Also, just like their website says, one of their owners arrived on site during the construction to check on progress. What an awesome company to work with.
Anderson landscaping, are a exceptional business with full respect for your budget and vision while adding the expertise to make all tie together. Mark is the most accommodating sale/estimate person you could ask for. We met as early as 6:45 am and communicated well past business hrs. He was pivotal in making a time line I had. We had a great experience with Mark. He came out quickly and made sure to fit us into the schedule for a broken line under our driveway. Price was competitive and the customer service was excellent.

Bill Anderson did a drought tolerant scheme in my front yard. It looks great I have received so many compliments. His team worked hard and finished the job professionally. Anytime I have a question or issue with my water irrigation system he is there to help the very next day. Would highly recommend.
We scheduled an appointment for the them to come and give an estimate for our backyard. He no showed. He then showed up 3 days later, claiming he had been doing 20+ quotes a day. So be it, I can understand the delay, but for no call and to just show up at or us was extremely unprofessional. Were nearly 6 weeks from his appointment and have not received a phone call or email with the quote. I dont know how theyre in business. Raul at Yarb paving came over 2 hours after I called. He then came 5 days later and graded the yard and poured the next day.
My experience was I left a voice mail asking for a quote and they never called me back.
I use them for all of my properties. They are reliable and do an amazing job. If you have ever been disappointed with your landscape service, Bill and his team will blow you away.
Sad to say that Anderson Landscaping wont be gaining my business. I gave them several chances to earn my business. The 1st time I called, the office person lost my phone number and did not pass it on to their sales rep. The second time I called, we scheduled an appointment for an estimate but they never came through as they cancelled via text one hour before the scheduled appointment. They never reached back out even after leaving a message and texting. Is this is how they treat their prospects, Im glad I will be taking my 15k budget to another company.
Bill just finished a big landscaping job for us. This included an outdoor gas grill, a gas fireplace, a covered patio with lighting, fencing, raised planters, flagstone, plants with irrigation and drainage. On top of all of this, he helped us recover from a disastrous job from a previous contractor. Bill shared our vision, helped us through the citys red tape, made valuable recommendations, and completed our project in a very reasonable time and budget. We are so happy with our new outdoor living area! Anderson Landscaping can certainly deliver quality with some of the more challenging projects. Thanks Bill!
Supposed to be budget friendly per his Website but he obviously felt that he couldnt do our yard with our budget which was well over his minimum requirement. He told us he will email us an estimate but almost 2 months later - still nothing. What a waste of our time!
I have a 2 acre property only 1acre needs to be grade so I can landscape. I saw his commercials on TV. So called Bill for a quote. He told me to grade my property at 1 acre is $5000 just over the phone. I told him to come look at the property first and give me a quote to grade the 1 acre. He said if I have the $5000 then hell come out if I dont have it then he isnt wasting his time. He was rude. It was an easy job I just didnt have the time to rent the stuff from sunbelt rental (bobcat and laser level). I found a local contractor and it only cost me $500 to laser level and grade 1 acre. Sorry bill the service you provide needs to change. I think everyone needs to hear my experience with bill and think before you waste your time.
I just had my yard renovated into drought tolerant landscape from Anderson Landscaping. I am excited for the reduced water bill! I just referred my boss to use their services as well. I couldnt be happier with Bill and his crew!

Bill and his son are the BEST! I had water collecting under my house, my back patio was flooding, my house was a nightmare every time it rained! I called Bill. He, his son, and Ruben turned this nightmare house purchase into a dream. If you want a permanent solution to your landscaping problems, then call Bill Anderson.

If you are considering working with Bill I wouldnt recommend it. I didnt use his services thank goodness. He was very unprofessional when speaking with me over the phone. He seem disinterested in his job and he doesnt seem like the type of professional to get a job done on time and done the right way. I choose not work with him and I would recommend that you do the same.
I call Anderson Landscaping to see how much a one day cleaning is and he was rude as hell. Tell me that he doesnt know how much it is and straight up he cant come out. You cant even be professional with your words and business! Im glad Im not wasting my money on your business!! I rather take my money somewhere else that is professional and have respect. This is my first and last time calling this business. So unprofessional!! What a shame!! So rude!!!!!!
