Briggs Tree Service was working in our area, and we needed a couple of trees trimmed that required a climber. I was impressed with their clean equipment and staff wearing matching gear. I went over and asked David Morales if he could come by and give us an estimate. He agreed and came by promptly. He provided a written estimate via email, and the price was quite fair. I told him to go ahead when he had time. Luckily for me, my job was not huge, and he got it done the same day. The staff was professional and friendly, and I was impressed that they spent extra time cleaning up. I would use them again anytime.
David and the team at Briggs were exceptional to work with. We had them take down 6 trees, 3 were very large more than 80-100ft. They were quick, professional and safe. We couldn’t be more pleased.
David and his crew just completed a job for my son, Anthony's house and as always did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail is bar none for a tree service company.
I rarely leave reviews but since I had a very positive experience with Briggs and I've previously had terrible experiences with other tree services, I wanted to share so others can make an informed decision... I had spoken with about 5 other tree removal companies, many quoted me ridiculous prices, some ghosted me, and 1 even tried to scam me. When David from Briggs came out, he assessed the trees, and provided a fair and transparent quote. He even noted other dead/dying trees that the town should take care of. The day of the service, the Briggs team arrived on time, worked very hard, and completed the job in just a day and a half. What really stood out was their attention to detail—they even took extra time to clean up leaves and sticks that were already on my property before they got there. Compared to another tree service I used previously, the quality and overall value was far superior. If you are looking for a tree removal service in NJ, Briggs is the only one I would recommend.
Needed a tree removed from our yard. Called these guys. They provided a very reasonable quote. They were friendly, fast, professional, and did a great cleanup job afterwards. Strongly recommend. Update 26 Aug: Had to remove a couple of more trees after a recent storm. Once again, Briggs delivered big time. They provided the best quote, did a quality job from start to finish, and very quickly. Very satisfied
We cannot praise this company enough. They are extremely professional and clean up all debris. We had a large tree branch come down which resulted in losing the enormous tree. The guys hustled and have all the equipment necessary. I would highly recommend Briggs and use them in the future.

Just had 8 huge trees cut and others trimmed around the house. We are very impressed and pleased with the quality of work. The staff worked from 9am till 730pm. They were here 3 days and had all the best equipment. It rained and they just kept on working. I would recommend Briggs for sure.

David and his crew did a fantastic job. They removed 3 large trees, stump grinded and removed bushes on my property. Pricing was very very fair. It was great that David understood exactly what I wanted. Everyone was very respectful of the property. They all worked very hard from early morning and finished within a day. Guys took down 12 trees and stomps for a very good price. They work clean and fast.
The fourth tree service we have used and by far Briggs is the best. They understood our needs and worked with us to deliver quality work that accommodated those needs. On top of that, they were able to adjust on the fly as we made some changes, and they did it all with professionalism and courtesy. They carefully took down trees and made sure all the stumps were ground low enough that they would be below the grass line (other tree services we had did not do this and the stumps would impede with the lawn mower). Their clean up was just as amazing, making it seem as if they were not even here.

I met with David regarding some trees that needed to be removed on my property. He was able to provide pricing for removal at the time of the appointment - He was very friendly, helpful, and clear about fees and services. When we decided to proceed with hiring their team, they did a wonderful job removing large trees from my property, cleaned up trees that had fallen from a storm, and really went above and beyond. I have used Briggs Tree Service twice in the past year for two different types of work. The first time (last Fall, 2022), they expertly tamed, pruned and ultimately sculpted long unattended leylands, green giants and the whole of my front yard landscaping. They did a great job, were completely professional, cleaned-up and communicated throughout the process. This year (today, Aug 9th 2023), they took down four insect damaged tall locust trees on the perimeter of my property using a bucket truck (one of which was lilting over a neighbors childrens playset), ground the stumps, cleaned-out and chipped a great deal of brush and then properly reassembled the fence that I had disassembled to give the bucket truck access to the property. Their work today was (is) exceptional. The price was fair. The conduct, once again, was professional, courteous and communicative. Owner Luis, his son David and the whole crew run that business the right way. I am pleased to endorse them, will be utilizing them this fall for other pruning and related work, and thank them via this forum for a job VERY well done. --Ron Corey
Everyone were very professional. They cleaned up. Even though it was raining out they still finished taking down the trees and cleaned up. We are very happy and would definitely Recommend them to everyone. They did what they said they were going to do.

Tree-mendous service!!! The storm brought down a very large tree, across my property and onto my neighbors property. It reached his driveway and struck his car. One phone call and they were here in under an hour. After agreeing to terms, they were back with their crew and equipment. In the middle of the storm with pouring rain and heavy winds, they took care of business. Awesome to watch amidst all the conditions and in the middle of flowing water. Professional removal and a clean-up, far better than expected given the conditions. Extremely happy with their service. If they come back to haul away stump, all things would be perfect. From first call to finish in under 4 hours!!!

The Briggs tree crew took down 5 90foot trees this past weekend. We were extremely happy with their work. They were very professional and neat. They cut all the timber into 4ft lengths and stacked them neatly along the back of our property. They also cleaned up above and beyond their mess. Their pricing was very reasonable and they did a great job.

Briggs recently removed a very large tree on my property.The price was very reasonable and Luis and his crew were very accommodating. They arrived on time and completed the job in 2 days. When completed they were meticulous in cleaning the area of all debris and were concerned that I was happy with the work that was agreed on and completed. I highly recommend Briggs. I have dealt with other tree services but Briggs will be the tree service I will call in the future.
Louis & his crew removed 7 trees and pruned 3 trees at our property. One of the tree they removed is a huge tulip tree. They were very professional with great skills and did an excellent job. The price is very reasonable too. I highly recommend their service!
